If I could give more stars, I would. The level of customer service and a willingness to do whatever it takes to outserve is what makes Betenbough the best. Braden was incredibly professional and helpful in resolving an issue with my flooring and replacing the baseboards in my bathroom. When I mentioned I was buying a shower door, he immediately offered the contact details for someone who could assist with that. He even took the extra step of measuring to ensure I got the right size door. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Betenbough Warranty Team!

We bought a house from Betenbough and have had a great experience so far. The build quality is great for the money and the warranty is amazing. We’ve had a couple of relatively minor issues and they have been addressed quickly and haven’t been an issue since. Jace has taken care of some of our issues, and Braden took care of our most recent warranty claim and did an amazing job. Our family recommends Betenbough!

Betenbough is awesome! Jake has always shown up to take care of what we needed promptly and on short notice. We were recently serviced by Braden. He showed up with a short notice as well and really gave us good care and time he took care of all of our needs promptly and on our schedule, in addition, Frank and the Warranty floor crew are great as well! Braden and all the Hone Warrenty Staff are very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. If they are not able to fix your issue they are quick to find someone who can. I am so grateful to be able to call on them when an issue with my home arises.

Pleased to say that all across the board any technician coming into the house was skilled at his position and translated that to good and thorough workmanship. The rest of this critique is centered around Braden McAfee. You are lucky to have him working for you...he has excellant communication skills interacting with the homeowner. He put us at ease, reassuring 1) the work would correct the concern 2) that any replacement items would get fixed quickly and in a timely manner 3) he communicated to us that work was followed thru with a cleanup of the area as if they were never there 4) called us continuously keeping us in the loop as to when workers would be there and would it be any inconvenience to us. Having a newborn baby in the house, this approach evaperated our fears for a potential dissruptive household.Just a passing comment to all his superiors...Braden has a good command of the English language, a terrific speaking voice and handsome good looks. All of this points to a forward direction for your company where he... given the chance could make things happen on an even higher level producing a greater good. My husband and I assumed that starting the process of purchasing our first home was going to be very stressful. However, Paul Boeker with Loan Depot made our buying process simple with the upmost integrity and professionalism. Braden was amazing in explaining the warranty for Betenbough & helping me with my squeaky door.

While the houses are nice at first after their 2 yr warranty drops everything starts failing. Some of the things are harder to notice. Like air bubbles under tiles that cause them to break when weight is applied in areas close to the walls and cabinets. The continuous fight of keeping pests and rain outside due to poor or no chalking around the windows and base boards. Recently had located black mold under some of the perimeter walls from water seeping in from the slab. Is this due to poor grating or improper build up, your guess is as good as mine. In my experience buying properties elsewhere these issues dont seem near the problem as they have been with Betenbough products. I had several friends recommend to me, to not purchase one of their homes and I really wish I would of taken that advice. Instead Im finding that the home will probably need 5k-10k to repair the issues that should of been done while building the property. Whereas I buy properties and fix them over time that cost could sink a first time home buyer. Hopefully the product they sell gets better but from what I have heard on it, most likely it will not.Reply to Betenbough,What kind of maintenance prevents caulking breakage within 2.4 years? Most chalking Ive redone in homes lasts 5-10 years with no issue. What kind of maintenance prevents the warping of the windows you install? What kind of maintenance prevents air bubbles from being in the mortar when the tiles are set? Please enlighten me with those answers instead of fluff.Did I buy the house directly, no but I did purchase it about a year after it went up. As the prior owners, I assume got tired of it or opted to move somewhere else.

Our neighborhood in Bell Farms is bursting with young families and folks enjoying a “peace” of SE Lubbock.

I loved the process and all of the quality. The experience was so nice without allot of stress.The only thing I would change is the Samsung appliances. I have not enjoyed the dishwasher, and I am considering buying another one. The quality is not there in the Samsung appliances.
