We do a lot of business with betenbough and they are always great people. They treat my guys with respect not just the help which says a lot for the company as a whole. Trey, William, and Brent are amazing. They look out for the companies that service them and the customers they provide service. We have been blessed to be able to work with them.

Cody and Zeke Jr were great informing me of all my warranties and my obligations of keeping the home updated and safe. But one thing is that I had fire alarm system in the master bedroom that was not functioning properly concern is they were here January 10 and it is February 10 30 days and has not been replaced but other than that they were great

Jonathan, the manager was outstanding, ensuring everything was handled perfectly. Taylor, our closing coordinator, and Kiera, who helped with the walk-through, were also amazing and made the entire process stress-free. Cody T. showed up on time for our 30-day warranty work and addressed the minor items on our list with professionalism and attention to detail. Zeke Jr was very nice & respectful when fixing the two small things that needed repairs in my house. He worked fast, but still did it effectively. Every worker that has come to my house for small repairs has been great, including Zeke. Theyre all helpful and understanding. I couldnt ask for a better house built by Betenbough or neighborhood to live in!

Zeke JR. Was very helpful, very professional to help me with the issues that we where having in our home. He also called out another employee to come help him, and they worked very efficient together to get the problem resolved.Zeke was called out on a weekend and took his time to fix what he was called out for.

He solved the minor issue by reinforcing the stripping along the trim. I am very grateful for his ability to recognize my issue and stopping to solve it within a matter of minutes! We had our 30-day warranty orientation completed by Zeke Jr and Michael, and they were great! They took care of our needs and the minor issues that arose that come with building a new home. They were pleasant and very personable!

Zeke and Cody were in charge of my 30 day walk through and were great. I was in a hurry to get to work, and they were able to thoroughly and efficiently complete the walk through. They were receptive to my questions and it was clear they were here to help.

Zeke Jr. & Cody T completed a maintenance order I put in just the night before. They had great communication by calling ahead to let me know when to expect them, arrived at the discussed time, they were quick to fix the problem. Even asked if there was anything else that may need to get fixed & said they could come back the same day to fix a fence issue for my kids safety. They were kind and professional over all great experience.

We cant thank Zeke Jr enough for his help today. We called for assistance, on a Saturday, and Zeke Jr was at the unit within 20 minutes. He provided outstanding service and was able to easily identify and fix the issue extremely quickly.

On Feb 12, 2024 I have a schedule warranty on my first new house that I bought at Betenbough Homes. It was very easy to make an appointment and they are very fast and quick to respond to my issues and very professional on their job. Also they are on time as per your schedule and completing the job properly. Mr. Cody T. was the first person came yesterday. He check all the issues that i rased and start fixing things that he can manage and coordinates the other remaining issues to his team, he was very professional and knowledgeable on his job. On second day Mr. Cody T came along with his colleague Mr. Zeke Jr. for fixing the other issues. Both of them are knowledgeable and knows the job very well. I am very happy and satisfied how Betenbough team respond to my issues. I highly recommended Betenbough Homes. Thank you😊😊😊

Our dryer arrived damaged. Betenbough had a replacement here next business day. It’s typically on the homeowner to move it inside and install. Michael Sanders with Warranty saved my back and did both for us. Good guy, we appreciate the excellent customer service. Zeke Jr helped us on another occasion. Good dude.

Closed on my home just about two weeks ago now. I recently just purchased my washer and dryer and was going to do my first load of laundry today. I turned on my first load and left for a couple of hours and came back to a flooded floor. I called the maintenance number and received a call from Cody within 5 minutes. I told him what was going on and he made it to my house within 30 minutes and started working on finding out what was wrong. Once he discovered the issue, he called the people needed to come out and fix the issue and stayed at the house until everything was taken care of, which was probably close 4 hours. He’s coming back on Monday morning to check on everything and to see if there is any damage to the baseboards and flooring that needs to be replaced. Super impressed by Cody and the Betenbough warranty team.

Cody was responsive, prompt, and respectful. Overall, very helpful and patient. He worked efficiently to fix all our issues and was happy to go the extra mile for us.
