We refer everyone we know to them when asked about a good builder. Our answer to that question is “I know a few good builders but I know a great one you should go with!” Not only do they build to a high level, everyone on the team from the owner James Jordan the owner, office, sales and field team truly have the customers best interest in mind and heart. In our opinion Addison Homes is one of the top builders of Lubbock because they have an eye for detail and are always willing to go above and beyond when issues arise. We love what we have seen in this growing company over the past years. They are always looking for better processes and materials to improve the over all outcome on these amazing homes. Way to go Addison Homes!! They are always a phone call away or a short drive to their model home in Escondido Ranch that is open everyday from Monday through Saturday. So you should stop in if you are looking for a great experience and amazing home.

Addison Homes employees donated their time, labor, and supplies to help homeowners in Levelland, Texas, board up their windows after a severe storm caused millions of dollars in damage to homes and businesses. If you are planning on building a home, they are the kind of people who you want to deal with! They are willing to go out of their way to help their fellow man!!

Addison Homes was everything we were hoping for. Open, honest, responsive, experienced. They are large enough to get the good subs, but small enough to still provide personalized service. It meant the world to me that I could call or text the owner anytime, and he always responded same day. The entire company made us feel like part of their family, and I know we will have a lifetime relationship. In addition to all of the above, they build beautiful homes! The attention to detail is impressive, and SO many features come standard; they dont nickel and dime you with a huge list of upgrades. I highly recommend Addison Homes; they exceeded our expectations!!! We love our new home. P.S. Their new model home/office is located in Escondido Ranch.

We had our house built in 2020 during covid. We were so excited about building and customizing our forever home. We were promised good quality work and that was not received. We are having to pay multiple companies and contractors to fix/repair items Addison failed to do correctly from repainting our entire inside of our house, fixing door jams, we have several walls that are cracking and paint spots everywhere. Even inside our warranty coverage the work was mediocre at best and promised to be corrected. Our shower floor is dull and looks like it’s been used for years and has no shine and rust spots to be specific. Several issues that we can address but lack the time. These are pictures of the work that was completed and marked “quality” What is the point of building a brand new home if we are having to pay for their poor workmanship. Hell our sprinkler system didn’t even work the first year we had the home we had to hire a 3rd party company to come and fix what was incorrectly installed (which was not covered under warranty from Addison or company who installed) We were told to “YouTube how your sprinkler system works”..saddening. Our yard was dead! My husband had to dig up the sod they laid and pulled multiple 50+ lbs of random concrete out of the yard and even had to lay new sod himself…I digress…Addison has promising homes that with the right quality control can be out of this world…however, and lack of quality control and accountability I’m afraid the results are sub par. Their model homes are flawless and really rope you in and sell you. Kudos. The final product was merely acceptable and was not what you’d expect for the money you spent. Please stay on top of your build and be overly proactive and hold them accountable for Their shortcomings. You work hard for your money, get what you pay for not what they accept as “complete work”.Sincerely,one of many disgruntled Addison home owners who have had to accept “we do a poor job of customers expectations, they expect a flawless home, and that’s simply not the case.You are correct, our expectations were completely let down and still fixing their shortcomings.

Addison Homes built us a beautiful, custom home just like I wanted! I was a little hesitant to build because I thought the process would be overwhelming, but the team at Addison Homes made it fun and easy for me! They met or exceeded my expectations in every category. I love my new home & highly recommend this company.

I have examined a number of Addison Homes as a professional architectural photographer. Ive been very impressed with both their build quality as well as their modern design. They are magazine worthy while being comfortable. These people appear to take considerable pride in their work and it shows in every home. Im impressed.
