Refresh Carpet Cleaning

We had Refresh Carpet Cleaning come out yesterday to clean our large sectional & 2 bedrooms. They did an AWESOME job and charged less than half of what Carpet Tech quoted us! The 2 guys were very friendly & professional. We will definitely continue to use them in the future!We definitely give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you’re looking for a carpet and air duct cleaning service, look no more. Emilio is super professional, a master ay his craft, and leaves everything extremely clean, my carpets are extremely fresh, and my air is the cleanest it’s ever been.Jamie is also amazing whenever it comes to handling the scheduling and also leaves everything extremely clean.They show up 10 minutes before or right at the time of their appointments every time I have them come out. They even give me a 30 minute courtesy call that they are headed my way.I love the professionalism from this company and as long as I live in Lubbock I will be one of their customers. Jamie and the team are professional and kind. They were very thorough when cleaning the carpet in my apartment after a flood in September. They explained everything in great detail and answered my many questions to calm my nerves about the ordeal. The communication from Jamie was timely and consistent, they never entered my apartment without first letting me know. I have nothing but great things to say about this company!

Jamie & his crew did an awesome job cleaning 4 rooms in our home!! He took one rug to their shop for cleaning & kept it an extra day so we could finish Christmas decorations!! Very kind, great price & awesome job!?

Great customer service. I called on Tuesday and had an appointment scheduled for the next day! The guys were very professional and efficient. I had quite a few old pet stains in all of the carpeted bedrooms. My rooms now smell fantastic and the carpets look brand new. They even hit the welcome mat by the front door on their way out! Would recommend Refresh to everyon.

Honest company and they do an awesome job. Will use again. By far an excellent company. I moved into a home where the previous tenants had pets and there was a very strong pet odor. The thoroughly shampooed and cleaned the carpets and treated the house with ozone treatment. It worked very well. Jaime and the technicians went over and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommended.

They set an emergency appointment for me, to be completed the day after I called. They showed up 5 minutes early, which is unheard of! I was impressed by that alone.I have no doubt they did their best to remove all stains and smell. Unfortunately, there was still a faint smell after the carpet dried. And my upholstery still showed some color spots. I even pretreated with vinegar and Krud Kutter. I dont know what chemicals they used that I paid extra for. But I was still happy that it was almost perfect.

I love refresh carpet cleaners. The first thing that made me choose them was pricing and the fact that I could get a quote over the phone rather than waiting for someone to come to the house.I first hired them to clean my couch which our son had peed on. While their first clean did not completely get the smell out, they had no problem coming back out to get a deeper clean and flush it all out. They treated my home and self very respectfully and were as efficient as possible doing the job. The next job I hired them for was to clean the carpets in 6 rooms. I want to say it took them less than 2hrs, but with a newborn on hand I cant say my memory is entirely reliable, but it was the same efficient and respectful service as it was previously.

Affordable and friendly carpet cleaning service right before the holidays! Armand and Chandler did an excellent job, good customer service skills and I would recommend this company! I just recieved duct work as well by Jamie, and he even went back and put my filters in🤗!!

The guys from Refresh were on time, professional, and diligent to get my nasty sectional cleaned. When the original cleaning solution didn’t work on the fabric, they tried another. They kept at it until it was clean. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again!

We were very impressed with the two guys that came to our house... not only did they do a fantastic job .. they were the most polite guys I have done business with in a very long time... I did not realize how bad I needed them until they were done...WOW what a difference in my carpet!!! Whenever I get a chance to refer them I always refer Refresh over anyone else I have ever used. Refresh was great! Brody and his team came out twice to do our carpet and then tile. They made sure they left everything perfect and they’re very affordable. The guys were so kind and went above and beyond. I won’t ever use anyone else!

When I began to smell dog urine on my carpet tiles, I called Refresh. They came and detected MANY multiple “old stains” to my shock. They explained the process and treated them all (big job). They answered all my questions, so patient and kind. They are Hands Down the BEST and will make sure you are completely satisfied. Exceeded all expectations, thanks Refresh.

Tech named Taylor came out to our house and took care of business.He helped move furniture and kids toys even though majority of that should have been our job. He also took the time to show us, under black light, where dog and kid stains were on the carpet.They earned our recommendation.

I personally do not recommend i should have been patient and waited 4 the other cleaning company i will not use there service again its still stains that anyother company would have made sure 2 get out upon leaving im dissatisfied but i guess u get a e for effort on a positive note they were nice

They were going to be at my house on Wednesday after their 9am appointment .. 11am they called & it would be later in the afternoon.. they called at 4:45pm and said they got into a bigger mess than they thought & would be here early Thursday morning Well.. 2pm I havent heard from them.
