As someone who works in the Car industry, i understand all the chaos. I got my truck alignment done and It was ready to pick up right before 5 and I showed up as they closed. When I left i noticed the truck was still pulling right so I had called Saturday to see if they can work on my truck again, Thankfully Christian had the most positive attitude and was like just come back Monday when they have alignment staff. I got the truck back to them and they got it fixed. they told me the cause of why it was still pulling but I forgot. But I give them 5 stars because they kept a positive attitude. Today i realize that most auto companies and service departments are so quick to judge and almost unwelcoming. So thank you Christian/ Forrest tires for being polite and getting my truck done right !

I have a flat in my trailer. Only one guy working and is working on another flat. He has only one speed (slow). Now have 3 other vehicles lined up. Guy inside is not very friendly if you don’t like your job go home. As a foreman myself I would be out here helping out getting these costumer’s taken care of. He clearly just wants to pout about being here and walk around with hands in his pockets. And I thought bill williams was bad slow service.

I got new tires for my car in March. The price they quoted me beat every where else and they were able to fit me in the quickly. The customer service was great and the team is super respectful. Today I hit something on the road and two of my tires popped. I called forrest tire and once again they gave me a good deal on a new set of tires and sent someone out to the location of my car to fix it as soon as possible! Thank you to Trace the GM and Forrest Tire team!!

Forrest tire did an amazing job taking care of me. I initially went to one of their competitors and left because I wasn’t pleased with their lack of desire to help with my vehicle. I called them asking for a lot and they delivered! They had to order the tire I wanted so that we could leave town in two days. The tire was delivered to the wrong store (through no fault of their own) but they were able to get it fixed the same day and get us back on the road. They even kept the shop open late to get us taken care of and gave us a discount which they did not have to do! They have earned my business.

Great Service, and prices. Came in to purchase 4 tires right around 4pm (They close at 5) Had been all over town, and could not find anything in this size for a reasonable price. They had some at the warehouse in the price range I was looking for. They went to the warehouse, picked them up then stayed a little past 5 to complete the purchase and load them up for me. Will be using them for future tire needs 💯

The guys at Forrest Tire are the best in the tire business. They managed a perfect install for me of some custom wheels with no problems whatsoever. Told me it would be over an hour before they would arrive and they got to us in well under an hour. We had been stranded for over 3.5 hours fighting with the company we rented the truck from, it had gone flat within 10 minutes of leaving and I just drove down a clean road. Anyway they came out got it changed quickly and had us back on the road under the time they said it would take to get to us. They swapped a tire off the rim and put another on while on the side of the road. Great service!!

We stopped to get a flat fixed. The tire was bad. We bought 2 new ones. They said they had them but later told us they had to run to the warehouse to get them. After a long wait we found out they never went to the warehouse. They just couldn’t find them in the back. No one in there was friendly. We were there over 2 hours waiting to get 2 tires. We will never go there again.

I was going to Midland and had a bad tire on a trailer I pulled in at about 7:30 AM some of the employees were showing up at the same time one of them approached me and asked how he could help and I told him I would need a trailer tire he went to see if they had it they put it on and I was gone before 8 AM very good service and a great price for a good tire. I highly recommend them !!

Chose this place based on other reviews and distance from my house. I went on a saturday and asked for tires for my car and to receive a couple of their other services. I was told that there was no mechanic on site on Saturdays and that Id need to come back on a weekday for anything other than tires. I returned on a wednesday and was told they would help me out. Upon receiving my car, they informed me that they just didnt do what I had asked. 3 stars because I did received some nice tires at a fair price, but nothing else that I had asked for and no real explanation as to why other than that one of their guys had to run to Snyder. It was a pretty frustrating experience and I think Id be able to get good tires and much more somewhere else.

I was headed home to Wichita Falls when I had a blow out on Loop 289. Michael talked to my husband and was ready to send someone out to get my tire changed out for the spare. I had already talked to a mobile tire services that was on its way. Once the spare was on, I headed to Forest Tire where Michael and his crew got a new set of tires on my vehicle and got me back on the road! Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Was going to charge me 786.00 for breaks pads and rotors. Already had breaks and pads done about 6months ago. Told them no way got my pickup and left. Went elsewhere and had my rotors turned for 100.00. They told me they almost cheated me out 700 bucks. Do not recommend.

I had locking lug nuts on my pickup wheels and the key had been lost. After checking with several other tire shops Forrest Tire was the only one I found that could remove and replace them. Service was excellent (especially Mike) and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used Forrest tire for years. I called to see if they had my tires in stock, and they did. I dropped my truck off, to get four news tires put on, and literally within about an hour they called to tell me my truck was done. Fast service. Professional crew. Love these guys.

I went in to get new tires and while they had the tires off I looked at the brakes. I thought I needed new ones and someone else said that I might need new ones. So after the tires were on, I went to the new brake shop they had and they put my truck on the lift pulled the tires and came to me and said you don’t need brakes. WOW what shop does that!! I most shops would have put on new brakes and would have wanted to do more. I have been using Forrest Tire a long time and will keep using them for ever. Nice clean shops and friendly people. Came here for a work vehicle. Purchase was denied by fleet services, center was advised. They called back to fleet later asking for approval as they completed job without prior authorization. Job cost an extra 1200 plus tax and labor over our other shop who had our tires on hold for this vehicle as fleet approved them for the work.

Forrest Tire has always been a reliable company with very respectful Staff. I had a flat tire and needed to get it fixed in a timely manner so I could make it to work. And they did just that. Thanks again for doing what you do.

Really good service from a bunch of good guys. They do more than tires. I had tires put on, oil change and inspection done. Price was plenty fair, but wouldn’t have mattered, necessarily. Just good folks to deal with.

Had a blowout on our fifth wheel and contacted Forrest Tire for assistance. Turned out they were only a half mile from our location. Employee was able to respond immediately with a replacement tire and had us mobile again in short order. Thanks.

Best tire store in Lubbock! They won’t try to sell you tires unless you need them. Good HONEST salesmen that are looking out for you. We’ve bought 5-6 sets of tires over the years and they are hands down the greatest.

I needed tires replaced, it was both the time to replace them and i found a nail in one tire. They quickly and efficiently discussed my needs over the phone and got me in imediately to replace my tires. Once at Forest Tire price quoted me on the phone was spot on and better than any other tire place in Lubbock. Also my tires were replaced within 45 min, and they reset my tps before i could ask them to. I will be taking all my vehicles there for my tire needs in the future.

They took real good care of me and my car. I will not use any other tire company in Lubbock. They explained to me when to rotate and balance my new tires. I really appreciated the best service ever even being a woman.

We had a tire blow on our 5th wheel on the loop heading to 62 S. We got off the highway safely and called Forrest Tire. They came out and put on a new tire and we were back on the road within 46 minutes. Great service!

This company is great. Another company came out and could not fix the problem and left us stranded for a couple more hours. Once State Farm got in touch with Forrest Tire they were out in less than an hour, and he stayed until he got the problem fixed. I would definitely recommend them

I was recommended here by family for what I thought would be a simple balancing of my tires. Come to find out my back tire was close to blowing. The guys were super nice and so helpful with everything. Highly recommend Forrest tire!

Brought car in for alignment. Had some issues with pulling afterwards but Chet was more than willing to make it right despite being insanely busy. Overall will use their services again and would recommend.

No longer a customer of Forest Tire. On Thursday, at 4:30 pm I dropped off 3 small lawn mower rims and 3 tires to be mounted. I was under the impression that your store closed at 6 pm as your web site states. Your service stated you clost at 5pm and that I would have to leave the tires and pick them up the next day. Your service rep wrote on a scrap piece of paper what I needed done with the tires and rims. So I took the 3 tires and rims to the back and left them even though there were 3 tire reps standing around and I left the tires.I was over charged for mounting three small riding lawn mower tires. I had already removed the OLD 3 tires from the rims myself therefore your store only had to install the 3 tires on the lawn mower rims. Then I was charged $10.00 each for small valve stems which are normally only a $2.50 item. Added some Slime in the 3 tires. I know for a fact that your competitors do not charge anywhere that price for mounting 3 small lawn mower tires. In all, I was charged $59.00 and change. I spoke to another competitor as well. Lesson learned!! I will do business else where.

Forrest is the ONLY tire shop I will use in town! They have great customer service, they can normally get you in and out fairly quick and, their same day service calls are life savers!

They got the repair work done quickly for a price lower than I expected. They are also very pleasant to work with. Ill be going back next time I need something done.

Just give them a call before you go to get an idea if they have what you want is in stock, if not, they will usually order it, or drive it from a warehouse. There is a Coke machine and candy machine in the lobby. There isnt a high pressure sales tactic here, like the bigger corporate chain in town, nor a predatory loan type situation, like some of the other guys down the road. Just guys with tires.

I’ve had to have been in there more times then I would have liked to be this past year and a half but it’s always my first go to shop, Chet and Jimmy and the rest of the staff are beyond amazing as a staff and have treated me with nothing but honesty, dignity, and respect. I wouldn’t recommend another tire shop in this area.
