Comfort Masters Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

We have been using Comfort Master for at least two years now. Absolutely would not use any other heating, ac and plumbing company. Usually Tyler comes out and has everything squared away immediately. Last year it was terribly cold, sleeting and we had no heat. But Tyler still came and got it fixed. We r on their maintenance plan that I strongly recommend. Nice nice people who do great work. I am one happy customer.

Ron called before heading to my home and arrived just when he said he would. He listened to my issue and then went to work. He was professional and cleaned up when finished. I am always pleased with Comfort Masters - ALWAYS!

We had a problem with our plumbing under our driveway that we initially were quoted a very high estimate in amout to fix and time wise. When I reached out to Comfort Masters, not only did they half the price I was initially quoted by another company, but came out the next day and fixed it! They were extremely professional and reasonable on all fronts. I will forever refuse to use anyone but them for my plumbing and AC needs!

Isaiah troubleshooted and installed a new blower motor and fan for my heater unit. I made the call on a Saturday morning and he arrived promptly after the call. I really appreciated the service I received. He was very friendly, well mannered and competent.

When our heater failed to stay on, Michael E. persisted in his investigation until he corrected the problem. He made sure to stay long enough to know the heater was going to continue to work and gave us some important safety information while there. We have used Comfort Masters for many years to both install and then service our HVAC system and have always been very pleased with their work.

They took care of my problem the day I called. They sent Jason and he was very kind and polite. He fixed my problem quickly and was so neat and clean while he worked. I couldnt have ask for any better person or job.

My technician arrived on-site the same day as my service call request and quickly diagnosed the issue with my heater not working. Very professional support.

**Update: After the techs left it was found that the water heater was not heating. Unfortunately this was not discovered until late in the evening. I called Comfort Masters the first thing in the morning and someone was at the house and fixed the issue (a defective wire nut) within all within 30 minutes. A company should be judges not by a perfect record (that is impossible) but how they respond when something goes wrong. Comfort Masters is top notch!Sam at Comfort Masters got us out of a ditch quickly and efficiently. Our hot water heater went out and we were scheduled the same day and had a new heater in less than 2 hours after they arrived. The old heater was only 4 years old so he handled getting it replaced under warranty so we only had to pay for the labor to replace. This was our first experience with Comfort Masters and we will definitely use them in the future. I can highly recommend them, especially Sam!

Called this morning, and they were able to send someone the same day. Sam was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, and was happy to share his knowledge with me.Second time Ive hired Comfort Masters, would definitely recommend. Their prices are a bit more reasonable than Earls as well.

Comfort Masters originally sold, and now serviced our AC/heater two years and two days later when a power surge apparently burned out our fan motor. We were very pleased with the quick and excellent service received when our AC went out two years ago in the August heat, and again when it quit working in the multiple 100 degree days recently. Of course this happened the night before we were leaving on vacation. Our warranty for parts was 10 years, but labor was only for two years and we were 2 days over! Scott and his crew not only searched and found a fan motor, they got it installed, provided a new surge protector and sent us on our way mid-afternoon. Great work and thank you Michael! When handed an invoice, Scott did not charge us a penny, without us even asking for a two day grace period for the labor. If you need repairs or a new unit, I highly recommend these folks! Isaiah came over to fix my disposal and was very fast installing the new one. After that, he took his time to insure no leaks. Great service done the right way!

My heating system and water heater were checked this week by technician Ron Murdock. He did a thorough job checking both systems. And also answered questions and gave me advice. I truly appreciate his professionalism and Comfort Masters.

Avoid this company! Seems like the positive reviews are fake....Poor customer service at its finest! Techs were rude and they did nothing to fix my air conditioning problems, even though all that was needed was coolant for a temporary fix until further repairs could be done. One rep lied to me and said that nothing could be done for another 5 days, even though the temp inside was 87 degrees. They dont care and they treat customers like trash. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Spend your money elsewhere. Another business came out and filled my air conditioner with coolant until they could fix it. This is a horrible company with rude people working for them. Avoid this place and use someone that cares...

Referred to Comfort Masters by a neighbor. They came out immediately since I had a gas leak and replaced the line. It was an involved process but they handled it quickly, efficiently, and smoothly. Very professional, great quality work, reasonable price. Could not have turned out better. Jeremy, Chelsea and crew were incredibly polite and helpful - did a super job. Totally recommend them!

Our AC stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year so far. One company I called couldnt get a tech to our house sooner than 3 days out. Comfort Masters had someone at our door within half an hour, and the problem was fixed and our house cooling down again about an hour from my original call. Price was reasonable, everyone was courteous, and the work was done efficiently and well, from what we can discern. Would recommend and will definitely call again!

Sam was quick to come out and found the problem that other companies apparently keep missing. We should be fixed up now. We’re looking forward to cooler afternoons!

We have had our AC/Heating out for a week and a half in our apartment. The maintenance here wasn’t able to fix it so finally they got a hold of Comfort Masters. They came in, quick and easy! I have used these guys twice now, for my Water heater that had to be replaced to my AC that just needed a new motor. We needed our water heater replaced. It was under warranty but the heater we needed was hard to find. Josh talked to us over the weekend and explained how it would all work and he got what we needed and came over first thing Monday morning. Josh and the man working with him(so sorry I forgot his name!) were both incredibly kind, professional and knowledgable. They managed to change our water heater very quickly while also making friends with my kids. I couldn’t recommend them more

Outstanding service. Our AC quit right as the 3 digit temps were hitting. Matt came out and diagnosed a leaking coil. Showed me where it was leaking. He discussed all the options I had with me. Answered all the questions I had. I decided the best thing to do would be to replace the 17 year old unit. David and his crew showed up to replace it. They were there at the time they said they would be. Took about 4 or so hours to install a new AC. Everything was installed neat and tidy, just as it should be. Couldnt ask for better service. I highly recommend these guys.

Repair tech was amazing! Squeezed me in on what I know was a very long day for him. Came out and stayed until he figured out the problem, froze up. Said if I needed him tomorrow, his day off, call him. Turned out I did have to call him, he lost his day off so he squeezed me in again. Determined to find my issue, he went over everything and did find the issue. Fixed and working great! From the original install to my service call, this company is AWESOME!

At first, they were great to work with. they came out in a timely manner and the guy that gave us a quote was great. However, once they had us on the hook to get the work done, I had to wait well over an hour for the service guy to show up, after he had told me 30 minutes. Then upon calling and talking with a customer service rep, they guy began to argue with me and basically called me a liar over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. We will NOT be doing business with them, and neither should you if you value your personal dignity and time.

Our heater stopped working, and someone came within a couple hours. I missed his call, but he came anyway which I appreciated very much. He found the problem, had the part because he’d anticipated it might be the problem, and informed me after he’d installed it to test that it would fix the problem. I still had the option not to accept it, but this was an efficient way to take care of it. He was very professional and friendly.

Joshua can to my house to help out with the heater. He was on time and very respectful. Told him of our problem and he went to work. Found that out that I had a dirty air filter that what my problem was and a simple fix. Very honest company and personal. I would recommend this company to any one. Thank you

Mike E with Comfort Masters Plumbing came in response to my call concerning two leaky outside faucets at my mother’s residence. Mike was punctual and courteous. Our AC went out on Friday evening. We reached out to Comfort Masters first thing on Saturday morning and Dillon was at our home by 10:00am that morning. Dillon communicated when he would drop by and was very professional and courteous. Top notch experience all the way around!

I have used Comfort Master many times in the past. I used them at the 1st of this year & it was a horrible experience. The workers that came tore up my yard, and didnt put the dirt back down. My husband was very upset because he works hard at keeping our yard looking good. He called them & asked that they come fix the yard. Well that never happened, so someone else had to fix what they messed up. While I was inspecting the yard, I followed the trail to the back yard where they also had to dig up & I see that they had put a water faucet not even a foot from where I already had a working faucet. I never thought anything else about it, until the summer came & I was putting weed and feed down & was about to water my yard. I keep turning the water faucet & nothing was coming out. Long story short the worker decided that I diddid need a water faucet in my front yard, and I needed 2 water faucet in my backyard side by side. My husband and I were really disappointed on how we were treated by Comfort Master after using them as many times as we had!

Just moved into a new house. Discovered a problem with the AC. Tried to use the company that had been taking care of the equipment with previous owner. They were horrible and over priced. I called Comfort Masters and had everything fixed and running with in a couple of hours.

We have mini splits in our home. Comfort Masters worked to find the problem with our indoor unit. Sam and Michael took the time to diagnose the problem and then install a new unit. They did not stop working until problem was solved and our house was cool.

Jeremy came and fixed a plumbing problem in our bathroom. He was pleasant and seemed to take special care in doing the repairs correctly. In fact, I think the whole sink and drain system works terrific. It even sounds better as the water runs through. Lol.

My elderly aunt received the most DISGUSTING service from this company. They did her inspection prior to her buying the home and said there wasnt much wrong with the plumbing and quoted around $1000 for repairs. She was charged over $1000 and next to nothing was repaired! I was in the home when they came to fix her plumbing issues. Brian charged her an exorbitant amount for fixing her plumbing issues. He said they repaired her dishwasher which was never fixed! He said he charged her for fixing the plumbing in her bathtub which they never did - the bathtub still does not drain at all and is completely out of order. He said they fixed the drain in her entry way which they never did - it is still backed up and leaking sewage! He said they repaired a toilet in the entry way which doesnt even exist. Brian REFUSED to provide a breakdown of services and costs provided. The plumbers forgot to bring the Shop-vac and snake when they came to fix the drains that were clogged (which they couldnt even repair) so they had to come back a second time. I was personally told by one of the plumbers that this was THEIR error and that she would NOT be charged for a second call-out which they later denied saying. They took advantage of her. Do not bother requesting services from this company, they dont know how to fix anything and will charge you for it anyway.

Called about a leak under the kitchen sink. The first person I spoke too was Chelsey. She was very sweet and assured me that they could take care of it same day. Within 15 minutes Dillion called and said he would be at the house in 20 minutes. Dillion showed up on time and fixed both cutoff valves in less than 20 minutes. Brian had to come out several times in a matter of weeks unfortunately. Every time he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After years of plumbing troubles, he’s the only one that kept at it until he figured out the problem. He also hounded the city until they came and fixed the issue. This is my second time to use Comfort Masters. I had a plumbing issue with a small leak on my water heater. I called my regular plumbing company that I have referred two slab leaks to and used faithfully for years. They couldn’t “fit me in” until after hours or over the weekend. My wife likes hot showers and that wasn’t going to be an option. She works out at the feed yard and hot showers are a must at our house! I wasn’t even aware that Comfort Masters also had plumbing services until a co worker mentioned /recommended them to me. Long story short, they had a plumber at my house within and hour, the leak was fixed and my wife no longer smelled like feedyard. Comfort Masters is the best!!

I called Comfort Masters because my A/C wasnt blowing cool air. They were quick to come by the house and proceed to tell me my unit was too old to repair and that I needed a new one. I got a second opinion and found out my unit was not too old to repair and all it needed was a good cleaning and a little Freon. Dishonesty is one of my pet peeves! Always get a second opinion!

I’ve had good results with these guys. They’ve always taken care of me. Only thing I can say is with the exception of 1 guy that has came out to do my annuals that’s I’m not sure that they know exactly how my system operates and therefore all but 1 has performed it differently. May not mean anything but for peace of mind I like consistency.

Great customer service. I called several companies looking to see who I wanted to install my new system and these guys beat everyones price by hundreds of dollars. And everyone I spoke with was very friendly and eager to help.

One of the employees knocked an expensive camera off of a shelf. It fell facedown. No one said anything about it. I am out a professional camera. They are not cheap.

They came And told me that everything was going to be OK Pulled out his $20 hand crank did not want to pull out the machine still charged me $100 told me everything was going to be OK I told them shouldve you used the machine he said he didnt to the water was flowing now my tub will not flow and I have the same problem and it only took 2 weeks from them trying to say that they fixed it And Im sure if I tell him the problem is still here and they never fixed it in the 1st place theyre going to charge me a $100 or more I would not use these plumbers again

The same driver of one of their trucks tried to run me off the road I call the office they didn’t care and didn’t work out a resolution so if you do call them just know they hire horrible drivers and are likely to bring those beefs from the road to your front yard God forbid someone from the road follows them to your house
