Very pleased with Napps today. I called them at 1:00 and they were out within a couple of hours. Our stopped up drain was very stubborn, but they worked until everything was cleared. We felt their pricing was very reasonable, the technician was nice and polite and efficient. We will use them again and we give them 5 stars.

Napps responded quickly to our request for service and Brandon was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained the problem thoroughly and was able to get our hot water heater up and running again quickly. Will definitely use them again.

NAPPS COOLING, HEATING & PLUMBING replaced new water heater in our home. During the whole process of putting it in they were very professional prompt, friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I have used them before and will continue to use them again.

Super quick response time, they worked me into their schedule to get my laundry room up and running. In and out in under an hour. Will be calling back for future repairs.

The thermostat was identified as being defective, and replaced. The new system was installed on Aug.26, a little over 3 months ago, and has now been repaired 3 times. I hope that the third time will prove to be the charm.

11/1/24 I have a maintenance agreement with Napps and my favorite tech, Zachary came this morning to check all of my HVAC units. He was sweet and informative as always and a real pleasure to be around him. Thank you Zach!!! Youre the best!

My wife and I have called on Napps on several occasions since moving to our residence in 2023. This company is responsive, detailed in their explanations, and quite fair on the pricing. Their employees have always worked hard while onsite. Justin has been at our place three times now and has been a huge assistance to us, particularly helping my wife with a couple of issues when I have been out of town. Very good company and employees.

We needed after hours repair. Our technician, Brandon E., came out at 11 pm with a smile on his face! He had everything fixed in less than an hour! Very courteous and respectful. We will use Napps from now on!!

Excellent service and response time!!! I called another company on a Thursday, and they said they would not be able to service my AC until Monday. I called Napps and explain what was going on with my AC, and I was told that someone would be there this afternoon, or in the morning. Within an hour, a technician called me and said they were on my way to my house. The technician did a great job of troubleshooting the problem. He was able to get my AC working within two hours. He did a great job of explaining to me what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. I was really impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will be sure to do business with Napps in the future, and I will refer them to everyone, I know. I am truly satisfied with their service!

They fixed my tankless electric water heater in just a couple hours and had to go back out in town and find a part. We’re very grateful for the professionalism and short period of time it took them. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 recommend

This company came to my home to replace the hot water tank. The two gentlemen were very professional and their work was exceptional. The two employees were very polite and easy to have a conversation with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

They came late in the day because of a previous job but quickly found the problem and got it fixed. They were helpful with ideas of things to do to prevent future occurances.

Great guy, quick and to the point and able to explain what he is doing and whats wrong. Also he was able to explain how to prevent the issue we had from coming back.

Nothing about this engagement went wrong. They were a day later than estimated but it is the middle of a hot summer and my issue was not critical, so completely OK. David was professional, called ahed and did a few more things than originally scheduled to do. very pleased and will call again. Very soon as a matter of fact as I have a project I need some AC and Plumbing help with.

I called Napps, because another technician told me I needed repairs or replacement of my heating unit. David inspected my heater inside and out, checked for carbon monoxide leaks, told me the unit was fully functional and safe, and did not charge me a fee for his time. I will contact Napps whenever I need service in the future. Thank you.

Our problem started on the weekend Napps answer the call with a temporary fix, parts arrived quickly and we were cooling again. I did feel bad for the repair team most of the work was in the Addict. Very satisfied with our experienceKH

Hello Everyone , today 3/24/23 my AC was serviced by a technician named JD, he did such a spectacular job , he had to replace a couple of parts . He explained everything he was doing and why , he was very respectful , courteous, friendly and very professional. In the 18yrs I’ve been at these apartments, known as The Ranch now , he’s by far the best tech I have ever met .Napps are VERY lucky to have him , he’s a great asset for the company, and thinks that he’ll be with y’all a long time , because he seems to enjoy what he does , so please treat him well , because he’s one of the good ones . Great support. Called on the weekend and had someone to the house within an hour and they fixed and issue that another local HVAC company could not. Very happy with their response and technical ability.

Got us in same day although it was almost 5 when they started. Totally professional. Always a great experience when we use them at work and just as good now that I’ve used them personally.

Came on time. Pleasant. Fixed the problem in a short time. (Replaced a thermostat) Wrote him a check. All entirely good.

Our AC system was making a funny noise, and needed a maintenance. We called Napps and they had someone out the same day. They repaired the small problem which could have become a very large problem. Also cleaned and serviced our unit. David was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Napps.

This is the third time we’ve used Napps in the last two years. As always, they let us know when they were on the way. Bobby and Justin came right in and got our old dead garbage disposal changed out efficiently. I forgot to remove everything under the sink, but they just moved it and put it all back when they were finished. Sorry guys. They never tried to upsell me something I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. They were in and out quickly. Excellent service as always. We live in an old house and we will always use them for service. Bonus points: they even marked out the credit card information on the receipt for discretion and safety/security.

Customer service and communication is great. We have used the numerous times at Oil Bowl in Longview. Always been satisfied with their service.

We found all the Napps personnel to be professional, informative, and personable. While we waited for our new unit, we were supplied with two small units to keep us reasonably comfortable until our new unit could be installed. Our new unit was installed quickly and we are enjoying the comfort of our new Bryant system. Thank you, Napps!

Wow talk about a scam. My ac stop working so napps tech came out cleaned the coil and the fan. He added 3 pounds of r22 and said is I sign the yearly service contract that it would be cheaper. What he didn’t tell me was there is a r22 replacement that is much cheaper. He also never did a leak test and my ac stopped a week later. $363 for nothing. I had them scheduled to put a new ac in until the awesome people with Ben Maine’s sold me a good train unit and what really sold me is the way Ben Maine’s when about earning my business. Not only do I get a new ac but they replace the copper lines and all but the real kicker while I was filling out the paperwork the rep with Ben Maine’s had his tech filling my unit with Freon for free to keep my family cool until the new unit arrives. He said if it gets hot call they will add Freon or put window units in for free while we wait. Napps called today and wanted to know if they could get me a estimate in the morning. I said no your tech charged $363 said nothing about the new lower cost free on and never did a leak test. In my book that’s time for a refund for bad service. All the Napps guy said was “I’m sorry”. I not only do not recommend but I will remove that tech from my property if he shows up. Ben Maine’s that’s who you want to treat you right. Can I give half a star.

We had a leak under the toilet in the master bathroom. Brandon figured it out immediately and knew exactly what to do. He also replaced a faucet in the other bathroom when we asked him to. Brandon was very courteous and polite. He also explained what he did in detail. He did a great job!

Napps got us back up and running or draining! The response time and professionalism was amazing as was the attention to detail. No calling cards (scratches/messes) were left for us to deal with which was comforting. He did leave us with some tips and best practices for future plumping use.I highly recommend Napps to remove any pesky hairballs from your drain (whether they are yours or your wifes)!Thanks! RF

Adrian came to adjust the shower door for me. No body wanted to do this job for me. I was thrilled when he offered to help me adust the door and caulk the threhold. Very nice to work with. I so much appreciate their work and commitment to help me with the problem as i am trying to sell the house. Thanks guys Adrian and his helper.

Had a small water leak that occurred in my home around 5PM and had To valve in the water to the house. I called NAPPS and they were very responsive and arrived shortly. The gentlemen that showed up did an excellent job and was in and out in a hour. The problem was the price. The parts totaled $25 as stated on the receipt given to me and I was charged over $300 dollars for one hour of labor. That is truly Insane. I will not be using NAPPS in the future for that reason alone.

The technician sent to my house is very professional and detail-oriented. He explained very well what my compressor needed. I will be using Napps the next time my A/C needs service.

The technition, Michael, is an expert. He is helping me maintain a very old Trane Heat Pump air conditioning system. He is very thorough, very knowledgeable, curtious, kind and genuine. I highly recommend signing up for the Napps Service Agreement. Very reasonably priced. I have finally found my forever A/C company.

Evidently this company is too good to service my central heat and air system all because I live in a manufactured home. And I quote, We dont service mobile homes, our owner has requested that we move away frome mobile home servicing.Guess Im not good enough to deserve cool air? Guess I should live in a fancy brick home maybe then a disabled veteran could get some air conditioning?

We had a mysterious wet spot on our living room floor. We had multiple other plumbers out to look at it before contacting NAPPS. None of them were able to diagnose our problem. They had us fearing that we had a slab leak, and told us to contact another plumber. Finally we called NAPPS, and Im glad we did! They promptly came out, properly diagnosed our problem, and fixed it! NAPPS staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient! We will be using NAPPS for all of our heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing needs in the future!

I was surprised to have them out this late and they were pros at there work and they were very nice and clean. I wouldnt ask for no one else but these two guys. We still have good people that know how to work in todays mess!
