I hooked up with Goode brothers for their comfort club membership. Best thing I ever did! I have a very old unit that has never been serviced and these guys did a most excellent job! They found a part that was hanging on by a thread and would have cost me a lot Had it gone out unnoticed. She sounds better than she has in a long time is cooling better and is all clean and shiny again. The air in the house is fresher now and the feel of it is nice again. Thank you, Goode Brothers

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Goode Bros.! Our 23 year old outside unit stopped working and the technician discovered it could not be saved. Lance came out the next morning and explained all my options and answered all my questions. We decided to replace both the outside and inside units with an energy efficient unit. I had just had surgery and needed the AC to work as soon as possible. Lance made sure to locate the unit I needed and my installation was set for 8 am the next day. Mason and Tony were here on time and worked diligently all day to have us up and running. They were so professional and friendly and did an amazing job. Mason even helped me set up the app for the thermostat and taught us how to use everything. Anthony came by the next week to make sure everything was working right and to see if I had questions. Briana and Paige in the office kept in touch through the process, and Lance even checked back in to see if we were pleased with the work. I could not have asked for a better experience. My technician was quick to show up on Saturday and solve my thermostat problem with ease. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. And he even cleaned my condenser coils a bit with a brush without me asking. Love these guys!

We had a great experience. They showed up on time. Very, very friendly. Mason and Tony showed us pictures as they cleaned the ducts. They cleaned up after they were finished. They went into the attic and verified that all duct work was in good shape. We will be recommending them to friends and family.

We had a great experience with Goode Brothers on our recent HVAC purchase and installation. Lance took us through the equipment selection process and answered all our questions on features and rebates. Mason, Tony and Perry did a very professional installation. They stayed late to finish the job on a cold day and made sure that we were familiar with the thermostat before they left. We got a follow up call the next day to check on things. Lance is handling the rebates which other companies wanted me to do myself. Everyone has been very courteous and helpful. We are enjoying the new unit. It’s quiet and comfortable.

I just bought a home and was having issues with the heater. Jarron came out and what am awesome knowledgeable honest guy! He explained everything so thoroughly. Fixed my issue at a very fair price. He went above and beyond what I expected - I highly recommend his services!!

Best Contractor experience. The Staff for installation of our new system, Chris Bradford, Jacob Knapp and Perry Aaron were professional, courteous and thorough. Anthony came today to checkout the installation of our new heating and cooling system.He did a thorough inspection and everything looks good. He ask if I had any questions about the smart thermostat or anything concerning the system. I told him I didn’t have any. I strongly advise against hiring Goode Brothers Air Conditioning. My recent experience with them was completely unprofessional. During a $100 cleaning, the technician replaced a part costing over $300 without my authorization, a blatant disregard for standard practices. This is something I’ve never encountered in over 10 years as a landlord.When I raised my concerns with management, I expected them to address the issue responsibly. Instead, they were dismissive, defending the technician’s decision to bypass my consent entirely. This company clearly lacks basic professionalism, transparency, and respect for their customers.If you value communication, accountability, and trustworthiness in a service provider, look elsewhere. Goode Brothers operates with complete disregard for their clients’ rights, and I would never trust them again with any property I manage.

Goode Brothers have been servicing our heating and cooling units for approximately 10 years. They’re honest and prompt. Thanks to Cody and Harlon for restoring our large gas furnace last week when it was so cold outside! Thanks Team!

Chris and Jacob did a wonderful job on a much needed repair. They were thrown some unforseen challenges in the attic and they rolled with the punches and completed the job in a very courteous and professional manner. Always professional service. Office is so pleasant, technicians are knowledgeable. We get texts with arrival time and a picture and highlights of the technician that is on their way. They installed our systems when we built our barndominium and have been with us for 4 years. They even came out same day when my AC hiccupped the day of a family funeral and I had a houseful of people. Another time they responded within hours when I didn’t know how to turn on the emergency heat mode bc we have a heat pump. Honest pricing, trustworthy staff can’t say enough about this company. Always above and beyond.

They came out very quickly to look at my AC unit. Anthony was very nice, professional, and explained very clearly what was wrong with the unit. He worked quick and efficiently to get my AC running again. Im very happy with the overall work, and customer service I received from the office as well as the technician.

I think the service guys that come out are top notch. They are very respectful and are willing to answer question you have. Just had a service guy out today for 6 month check up on unit. Awesome guy and very respectful. I raised the question to him and asked what all are you guys required to check due to him cleaning the coils on the outside unit. He gave me a run down Was surprised due to the last two tech did not clean the coils on the outside unit. However I was told by the last tech that the compasitor was weak on the inside blower fan. He quoted me a new one at $300 which you can buy for $25 on line. Raised an eyebrow. I asked the tech today what would a new fan motor cost for outside unit and he gave me a cost off the top of his head $ 500+. You can buy on line for less than $200. 11,000rpm. 1/2 horse motor. Look I get people that are in business are in business to make money. They have to. But when you mark things up well over 100%+. It should raise an eyebrow to the customer. I really like the service guys that come out and these guys are only following the guidelines that have been instructed to them from above. They are honest and hard working and caught in the middle. Good brothers rethink your business. It may be that I am to savvy and mechanically inclined and see the wait a minute versus others do not. As said great experience with the tech today. May have to rethink future business. I can share what was quoted today on the fan motor and other things. Removing the A coils for a cleaning. As said tech was just answering question off the top off his head while he was working. At the end he got on the web site and gave me real quotes on the questions I asked and the professional suggestion. You guys should be very proud of the techs you have. They are just the folks that have to share what that find and the PRICE They are caught in the middle.

Just got a new variable speed 4 ton Lennox system installed and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service. Lance is top notch and knowledgeable on what was best for my needs. He didn’t try to upsell me on the systems and wasn’t pushy about me buying. Logan installed the system and did a fantastic job in doing so. I always shop around and do my research before making a big investment and I’m glad I did. This company and their employees have high ratings for a reason.

I have no complaints with this company They maintain my unit twice a year. They are always above board on my unit’s condition and anything that needs to be replaced. Destin was particularly helpful, kind and professional!

I cant say enough about how well Shane and crew take care of my family. Moms a/c decided to act up and I was confident I could just swing by and kick the outside unit and it would magically get back right. Well after that did not work I put in an after hours service request. I think Anthony must have been sitting in his truck somewhere anticipating my call! Lol he was there in a flash and made short work of testing and repairing and even washing out the condenser and had it back in service in no time. We had a quote and got the appt scheduled. I thought we would have to wait until 2025 but they worked with us and got us in today where we would not have to take off work. Our unit was about 20 years old and we were in need of a new one. We were given plenty of notice and the time to do the job was spot on. We replaced our unit and had our ducts cleaned out. I called Goode Brothers on a Saturday morning around 830. Our AC compressor was sounding off. Lance was on call that weekend. He got our info and headed to our house. He did a maintenance check up on the unit. Turned out everything was functioning normally. Peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. Goode Brothers HVAC company will be our HVAC company from now on.

We had one of your competitors come to find the problem with our system. They came out four different times and used three different techs. They ended up saying we needed to replace our entire AC unit. Enter Jarron when we called for a second opinion. He looked at our unit and narrowed the problem down to two things. He was right!! He basically saved us from purchasing a new HVAC system, which wouldve been a great expense. I am so grateful for his attention to detail and professionalism. My AC quit on Monday, I started contacting HVAC companies that evening and followed up the next morning when they opened. I called 8 companies in East Texas. There were only three that called back and Goode was one of them. Price was not really a consideration as much as timing on getting new unit installed. Goode won the install by a couple of days before the competition. Mason and I believe Tony were my installers and they did a fantastic job. They were cordial, knowledgeable, and got the job done. Thanks to Lance, Paige, Mason, Tony, and I forgot the outside condenser setter. I will recommend you.

The main board went out on our new system and they took care of it in a timely fashion. Very courteous and friendly technician and phone support.

Goode Bros when above and beyond and delivered exceptional service.My AC went out the day before I was to give birth and the part that was needed for my AC was not readily available. They had several people in and out all day trying to get our AC fixed and when they couldn’t made sure we at least had units to keep our house cool for the time being. Came back promptly and had my AC repaired and cooling the day we came home from the hospital. Every service technician was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. This is my second time using them and I cannot recommend them enough!

Harlon is always kind and respectful. Plus I love that I don’t have to worry about maintenance for our unit, Goode Bros. takes care of that for us!

We’ve used Goode Brothers for years. We recently had them clean our air ducts and install an Air Scrubber on our heat pump. I would dust and mop, and the next day everything was dusty again. So we made the decision to get our ducts cleaned. Chris was so nice and even provided before and after photos of the duct interiors. I was amazed (and embarrassed) at the amount of dirt and pet hair in our ducts! I am so glad we made the decision to have them cleaned. The house even smells better. Chris was very careful to protect our wood floors throughout the process, and thoroughly cleaned everything before leaving. Great customer service and quality work. Highly recommend Goode Brothers!

Ive used Goode Brothers for many years now and whether its maintaining or a repair, theyve always been very responsive to get us up and going OR maintained when its just a tune up service. This visit today was a seasonal maintenance service done by Joseph Jennings (who is ALWAYS very professional and thorough) on the system Goode Bros. installed over 16-years ago, and its still running very well. Thanks Goode Bros. and Joseph for your efforts in putting the customer first, yall are 5-stars all the way!

Love, love this company. Our ac unit started making a loud noise Saturday evening and I called Goode Brothers and they had someone out within an hour or so. The technician name was Joe and he explained everything as he was looking at it and found the problem quickly and had it fixed and ready to go in no time. Shane, Joseph, Mason and Tony what a great team they are! My mom’ had a freon leak in her wall and had been out of air all week. She had called several companies that couldn’t get to her in a timely manner. She is close to 80 years old and single. I called Goode and even though they were booked up they got to her that night to access the situation and the next day worked 5 hrs straight to get the job done! My mom bragged and bragged about their kindness, their professionalism and their work ethic. She was impressed with how they kept their work area clean! I live 2.5 hrs away and I knew Shane Goode would take care of my mom! Don’t waste your time calling any other companies! They are the best!

Sam was not at all helpful. The moment he came in he was asking for the manual to the thermostat. I asked him to give me a minute. He said I must have set it on a schedule. I never have. When I went to show him how I operated the thermostat he got very short and an attitude with me. He then proceeded to yank up the sensor and said your problem is you have a clogged drain line. So what can I do??? He said I was getting and attitude and went to his van to call his boss. (I was not) Never ever have I had a technician with Goode brothers have this kind of unprofessional attitude with me. He came back to the door and asked do i I want my problem fixed??I said yes if you can come in and help without an attitude.He picked up his stuff, turned around and left.How unprofessional is that?So he e can’t do his job without getting short tempered or helping customers?Goode Brothers is Great but this guy Sam is NOT.Update 6/25—-Joseph and Jarron took good care of ME and serviced my AC like professionals! This company is GREAT!!!’It was just an experience with one bad apple, Sam.Joseph and Jarron called and came out very quick and made sure my 2 year old unit and thermostat were working efficiently.Thank you guys and Good Brothers for the WONDERFUL service!

Theyve had some great techs over the years, the office can get chaotic it seems, but we got it done in the end. The Brothers themselves can be difficult to work with an seem to have an air of superiority. After making my last payment, last month, the unit stops cooling, they were going to get me a coil under warranty, and discounted the installation labor, but with service call was still $1000, my mother said something about a lawyer and I said no, but if this continues, the Bible says eye for an eye, apparently the Bible is a threat to them as they promptly told me they wouldnt do the job now ! Adding this to my review now, in response to Shane, My voice on phone was elevated and I was struck with yet more sticker shock in this economy. I may have used a blue word or two, but nothing derogatory about anyone. As for threats, I assume you mean my bible quote, for that I accept it may not have been appropriate. After your shocking call the next morning, I called back twice, just trying to make sense of things. Leaving a comment on my comment about how youre changing what you told me on the phone is sketchy, A more professional approach could have been to contact me directly with changes, or sent a letter with the plan. So, forgive me if I now add feel lied to by the owner. Ive always been happy with the work Ive had done by yall, but if asked, I couldnt say I would recommend yall. Thats about it, best of wishes to yall. Karen, huh ? you are a true professional sir, Im over it, keep the money, if this is how you run your company, youll probably need it soon enough.

I called Goode brothers for cleaning and maintenance on my A/C & heating systems. Sam who came out to work on the units was very knowledgeable and friendly. Anthony with Goode Bros examined and diagnosed the issues we were having with our gas fireplace. Our GC that installed the fire place wasted months messing with it, and Anthony figured it out within an hour. He only took that long because he thoroughly went through the entire thing before determining the ultimately very simple fix. Anthony was very courteous and professional.

Jarron came out to our new installation to show me how it worked and instruct me to the different settings. The guys were polite, worked super fast to install and we have had zero issues with the system since.Steven came out today for a maintenance check and was great as well. Made sure everything was good to go on both our inside and outside unit plus gave me a maintenance tip for build up we were experiencing on our drain pan. I would recommend Goode Brothers to anyone!Update: December 2023 Had Brian come out today to do our preventative maintenance and again top notch service from Goode Brothers. Our first time using GOODE BROTHERS A/C and Heating. The service technician, Cody, was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough check up of our Heating and A/C system. Checked all the connections and wiring. Cleaned the outside unit. Gave us a good report on the systems capacity and functionality. Made an adjustment on the air filter housing and now it will be much easier to change the filter.
