These guys are great! Called the warranty company. They showed up today! And they actually troubleshoot! Found the problem in our electrolux duel fuel oven and ordering the parts! Very prompt and professional. Anthony was outstanding 👏. Really appreciate your work!!! Thank you!!!

Anthony arrived on time and was so nice and friendly. He identified the heating problem with my American Standard Heat Pump, rather quickly and proceeded with the repair. I had several techs from other companies out to repair, but they were not able to identify the issue. Anthony is really an extraordinary person, he will put you at ease almost immediately that you will be taken care of. Im in Texarkana and feel fortunate that he drives here for hvac calls. I will definitely call him again. i just cant say enough nice things about him.

Our home warranty company contracted Corgi to fix our dishwasher. They did a great job at diagnosing and repairing the issue. We just had to wait for the part to arrive, and they came day of arrival to install it, even on a Saturday. Very satisfied and happy to have a working dishwasher!

Anthony just left my house and made the repair to our washing machine very quickly. Identified it as a bad capacitor went out to his truck and installed the new one. He was extremely friendly and on time. Thank you Corgi Air Conditioning

We called Corgi and scheduled them to checkout an older HVAC unit. Im soo glad that we did. The flame sensor wasnt working and the heat wouldnt stay on. Corgi was able to replace a simple part and give us a clean bill of health and insure that its in great shape for its age. Im so glad that my buyer chose them to come inspect it! Prompt service, Good Communication, & Fair Prices.

Pleasure to work with! Due to circumstances beyond their control, holiday, weather delay in getting the right parts for my washing machine, my repair kept getting delayed. Anthony was polite, professional and most importantly consistently communicated with me about the progress. That is top notch customer service and I’ll recommend him and Corgi to anyone. I would like to say I cannot say thank you enough for allowing this company for fixing my air conditioning problem. I had water literally leaking from ceiling in my home when ever I turned on my air conditioner I was miserable. Corgi AC is the name of the company and the very young, professional, well dressed and respectful. Im a senior citizen and I greatly appreciated his expertise another company told me my coils were causing my water leak. Rick told me I have a big water leak and my coils are functioning properly. What Rick said made sense and I about to spend money on the wrong thing. I was given a quote that was affordable for me and Rick returned to my home I was so so happy. My air conditioner was not working for over a month and a half. Rick was in my attic for a long time, when he came down my issue was finally resolved. I asked Rick if I could give him a hug and he said yes. I gave him a big hug. I highly recommend this company I will always give them my business and recommend there professionalism.

We had to wait forever for our AC due to the home warranty company but the guys at Corgi were amazing! They made sure as soon as it came in they installed it that day and were so helpful the entire time and nice. I would recommend them to anyone!

Anthony came to service our broken outdoor unit today. It was a tricky fix figuring out what was going on, and he worked on this until it was figured out. He came back quickly the same day when the unit stopped again and again and it truly felt like he cared and would not stop until our house was cold again that night. Even mentioning they were 24 hours and to call at any time! We have been through multiple different companies especially through home warranty and never got the service we got today. Highly recommend!

Anthony of Corgi AC and Appliance Repair provided excellent compassionate, professional service to me, a 68 year old disabled person. He diagnosed my dryer repair correctly and completed the job timely. Prices were very fair. He went even above and beyond by regulating my hot water heater for free so I could once again take a hot shower that I hadnt had in months. I will definitely use him for all my repairs. Hes coming back tomorrow to check my central AC. Im in good hands.

Its Saturday. Im going to start there. AC just stopped blowing cold. I filed the service request with our home warranty fulling expecting to suffer till Monday. Anthony called just a few moments later. Stated he was in the area and asked if he could come on ahead.. he could be at my home in 15 minutes. Did I mention Its Saturday!!!!! He came.. opened up the unit and Immediately saw the problem. I do not exaggerate.. 5 minutes he had the AC going again. God is so good. I cant thank Anthony and Corgi AC enough. Im humbled and beyond grateful for them. He was in the area and he took my service request. He didnt have too. He could have choosen to end his day and go on with his weekend Im sure. Good companies and good men are still out there and i will always praise them for their service to those in need. I found this company on Facebook and contacted them to get a tune up on my HVAC system due to the upcoming cold snap and to make sure Im ready for the summer heat. They answered me promptly and set up my appointment within 2 days of my message. They would have come out the next day, Sunday, but I wasnt home, so we set up for Monday instead. The service man who came out was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I dont need. He did point out some areas of concern that I may want to address in the future but he did tell me how I can take care of some of those issues myself. His explanations were easy to understand. I felt the service was reasonably priced and am very satisfied with my experience today. I will definitely use this company in the future and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
