Paid C. Woods over $18,000 to replace old water supply lines throughout our house.Right at 1-year later, we have a leak in one of the lines, and call them to repair it. The plumber (Colt Neville) claims there is no leak, slaps some caulk around the shower valve trim, hands us a $200 bill, and instructs us to let the caulk cure for 12 hours. 24 hours later, we attempt to use the shower and the leak is still there completely drenching our carpet.I have attempted to call the office yet again and had to leave a voicemail message. I will update this review if/when they choose to fix this issue, but at this time I will not be repeating business with C Woods.Update #1 - The company called us back and I explained that we are still having issues. They chose to send the same plumber back out despite our specific request for anyone else. They assured me that a manager would accompany him. This did not happen, the same guy added some more caulk and called it good, even after being shown the pictures of the leak. The manager is now scheduled to come out on Monday. No changes to review rating at this time obviously.

I called them to check my toilet out and told me that they could either snake through the toilet but would recommend taking my toilet off the floor and snaking it that way. We tried the first option and then was told he had to do the second. They then told me they were hitting an obstruction and the snake wouldn’t go through. Then after looking through the vents they said oh it’s mud and grass in the walls. Then told it was mud in the ground. He had no clear idea why it was stopped up and all other drains were fine. They took five hours to tell me that they didn’t know what the problem really was and then wanted me to hire them to dig a trench for over $11k. They left my bathroom, stairs and the rest of the house a mess with poop stains all over the walls, in the showers, stairwells, handrails, and cabinets. They even opened my window shutter and left a stain on the handle. When he took the toilet off, he dropped liquid “through the flange” and I now have a stain on the ceiling of my first floor. They told it would be fine and I could just paint over it. My shower had mud, leaves, and used paper towels inside. I called their numbers multiple times with no answer. They said they are a 24/7 service but they really close at 5. Do not use their service.

We are very happy with the water heater and were very happy that they came out for a free estimate that same day!Enrique Ramirez did the installation...I would rate his service 12 out of five! He was very professional and he took plenty of time to explain everything & did an excellent job!If we need service or anything else we will ask for Enrique!

Very pleased with the work we received by Rose & her assistant. Rose was very knowledgeable and professional! Rose handled the delay from Swepco patiently! C. Woods Company employees Rose & Julian installed a new breaker box on my house. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The old box was a mess. They had it off and the new one installed in one day. They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and will be my go to people for anything electrical . I may use them for plumbing next. They went above and beyond my expectations.Thank you so much !!!

I had a new furnace and AC unit installed a few months ago (working great!) and as a customer received a complimentary plumbing check. The technician, Enrique R., went over 2 issues he found. I decided to have 1 corrected and he did it right away.It was so convenient to have the work done immediately and not schedule more time out the office. Enrique was very courteous and professional. He clearly explained the issues that he found and the work area was left very clean. I am very pleased with the work!

C. Woods plumber Enrique Ramirez did an outstanding job in performing an inspection of all out indoor and exterior plumbing and found leaks under the kitchen sink and water heater that we were not aware of. We authorized him to make all necessary repairs and he did so promptly and expertly including the replacement of our old indoor gate valves with ball valves and the installation of a new water heater. Enrique is a great plumber and C. Woods is a great company. I highly recommend them both if want excellent and prompt plumbing services.

Jordan was nice, knowledgeable and very professional (also left a cute little red gift box).The company was also quick to respond later when I thought I had an issue turning on my electricity. They were going to send someone out immediately, but I discovered the solution while on the phone. Great to know theyre ready to take care of their customers with no hassle. Great overall experience with C. Woods. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Their technician, Micheal K, was very knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue, but also explained what was causing the issue and told me how to prevent it in the future.

My hot water heater went out yesterday. C Woods company sent a very competent technician to diagnose the problem. Today is Friday. Tomorrow they will be installing my new unit. If you’re using some other plumber - unless you’re married to him (or her - C Woods also has a great lady technician) - I would highly suggest you make the switch. And, no, I’m not married to any of them - just in love with their service - for the past six years.

Alex was really nice and worked with me to fix the issue I had. I asked several questions and he answered them as well. He let me know what my options were and quoted me before proceeding. It was nice to have the option to discuss the work before being charged.

Shane and Drew worked hard and did us a terrific job. We are very happy with the new installation of the water heater and the suggesting from Shane of adding the water alarm make us feel more secure with the system. Would recommend C.Woods highly. Lee and Patti Harris

Had a leaking water pipe in front yard. Technician showed up on time, confirmed the issue as described, and completed all work within 1.25 hours for $918.56.I had asked about a veteran discount to try and get the higher than expected price down a bit. He said he had already given me a discount, so he couldnt do that as well. Wasnt sure what the discount was, but if they do have a veterans discount its probably better than the ~6% savings from the one he gave me.Work quality (as far as I can tell) was good, but price is extremely high considering the time and parts required.Wont be my first choice next time we have an issue.

Rose and Julian came in the house very respectfully. Immediately found the problem with our electricity and fixed the problem outlet. She made it better than new as I can use my hairdryer in my bathroom. We were given an estimate for the work before she started. Wow what a professional worker and consciencious also. Steven was a delight. He got to work right away, keeping me advised of the jobs cost and parameters. I would give them 6 stars. I will certainly refer this company to anyone looking for plumbing work. The office kept me up to date with his arrival time and sent a photo so I would know who to expect. Great work all of you!

Enrique evaluated the situation and quickly went to fixing the issues. He was methodical and very proficient at the task at hand. He was suggestive about issues that needed to be addressed in the future and he had the problem solved and working in short order. I was just a little “sticker shocked” at the bill, but I would use him again if it were to become necessary.

Mackenzie serviced my HVAC system and he’s great. Very friendly, very professional. However, C Woods in their text to me confirming my appt mentioned that they are doing a food drive. If I donated canned goods up to 6 cans, I would get $5 per can removed from my cost. This was a maintenance agreement call and the food drive did not pertain to maintenance calls. I think that’s pretty crappy. Mackenzie had nothing to do with that. I think he might have been a bit embarrassed. But overall, I’ve used C Woods for over 20 yrs and have always been super satisfied.

I cannot thank you enough! It’s been 2 months since I’ve had a cooktop. I received my new cooktop today and needed help to convert from gas to propane so I called C. Woods Company and they sent someone out the very same day! Oh my goodness, I’m a happy girl!!! I can’t express just how awesome this company really is! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU! Came out very quickly! The Electrician was nice and professional, and they didn’t try to over sell. Repairs were reasonably priced. I will be using them in the future for all my electrical needs.

CWOODS is a great plumbing company. Yesterday 9-9-2024 I called for plumbing issues. I got this serviceman named Chris. I didnt really like his attitude. Any other plumber was super nice, but this one he was not very pleasant in the sense he was not cordial. He would make snide remarks. I didnt like to deal with him. He was the only one that I have ever dealt with that had that type of attitude. Even though he doesnt want to come back I dont want him back. The other plumbers that I have met was cordial and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly.

Have used for new AC/Furnace system, HW heater repair and pressure valve replacement. Every technician I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I hope all my issues are behind me but if something else comes up I will definitely use C Woods again.!!

The company called to give advance notice they were in the way, advised the tech and his eta if arrival. Shortly after that, the tech, Alex called to touch base. He was precise, very knowledgeable and professional. The costs were reasonable and will use them in the future is needed.

He installed us a New Hot Water Heater, Electrical Box, and a shut off Valve. I used to be able to do this type work and done it myself. Due to things hurting and just dont feel like doing it anymore I went this rought and glad I did. Great Company and Employees.
