Excellent company. Honest and professional. Had to have a whole new AC/furnace installed. I was given some misleading information by a local company, before contacting Air Cybernetics.I was referred to Toby, and he immediately explained what I needed. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. He is not a salesman. He is a good, honest man.Two very nice young men, made the install a breeze. They worked efficiently and were very professional and polite. They covered my flooring for protection and picked up after themselves. One of them actually used my vacuum to pick up any small debris.Toby contacted me the next day, to make sure that everything went well and that my family was pleased. Ive known Toby personally over twenty years and have utilized his company extensively to solve our heating and cooling problems. Toby and the crew are professional, punctual, and personable. Toby and Stephen and the team have always gotten to us promptly. Between the business, our personal house and rent houses we have a lot of a/c units that need up keep. They always get to us right away when the a/c goes out at the clinic. The team is always friendly and professional. They are great about giving us options when we need replacements or major fixes. Air Cybernetics is the best! Weve used them for AC needs since 2011. Through the years, weve had to repair and replace a thermostat and, most recently, had a repair replacing a part to make the AC work. They are always quick to respond to a call, very professional, and have very fair pricing. Im very happy with their service and wouldnt use anyone else,

I’ve known Toby Cubine for 20+ years. He is a trustworthy and caring guy. I have called him whenever I had issues with AC and Furnace. Hes always quick to fit me in so my family hasn’t had to suffer through the heat or cold for very long. Toby and his crew do great work and they do it right the first time. I’ve never had to call them back to address the same issue. I highly recommend this company.

Our A/C went out….called Toby w/ Air Cybernetics. He came out gave us a bid and we used his company. They did an awesome job with removing old system and installing the new system. They even answered my many questions! Well pleased, would recommend his service to anyone needing HVAC work.

Air Cybernetics came to my house after hours and fix my a/c after 3 other companies could not fix it! Finally someone knew what they were doing. Toby was knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!!!

I called Air Cybernetics and explained our problem and within minutes I received a call from Toby and he came out right away. Toby fixed our air conditioner within a hour or so. To have a company understand how uncomfortable it is w/your air conditioner not working & quickly shows up speaks volumes to the kind of company they are in my opinion. I called at 4:55 pm on Friday the 10th and told them that my ac was out. The owner, Toby Cubine, came to my house with a couple of his guys and tried to fix it. The compressor was no good. They called the distributor that had already left and asked him to go back so that they could replace mine. I want to tell you. Because of his service, we now are able to have a comfortable weekend instead of a miserable one. Thank you a ton Toby. You have always had my business and will have!

Air Cybernetics - NEVER use them for your HVAC needs, we had two brand new units installed last year in May, $11k, we have had nothing but issues with the AC part of the system. Starting almost immediately after installation our downstairs unit would stop cooling, getting up to 80+° inside. They came out multiple times last year and tried this or tried that trying to fix the issue with the BRAND NEW unit that was installed, it would work for a few days and then go back to having the same issue. Also, if that wasnt bad enough, the upstairs unit had a faulty float switch that stopped working causing it to flood out the floor in the HVAC closet and soak all the way through into the garage ceiling and break through the ceiling. Here we are again having issues with the cooling system, not only down stairs but up stairs also. Two techs came out and stated that the compressor was running backwards because it was getting too hot, so they put in delay switches to fix the problem. So, now instead of it getting up to 80+° in the house and the system not blowing cool, it still gets 2-3° above the temperature it is set at runs for hours on end.

I had a problem with my air conditioning unit and the first company that came to check it told me that i had to replace it because it couldn’t be fix. I call Air Cybernetic and not only fix it they also save me a few thousand dollars. The unit only had bad capacitor which was making my main breaker to trip. I know that units get old and need to be replace but thank you for helping me and hopefully you help a lot more people like me.

Highly recommend!! Great people working for them. We lost heat during the winter storms and they were more than happy to come assist us! So thankful for the quick customer service.
