Paul, Yoni & Ben replaced my outside condenser the same day as inspection. Paul offered alternative lower priced options along with the replacement option. He was not pushy whatsoever. Just very knowledgeable and pleasant in a way that it made more sense to me to buy a replacement. I’m very happy with the purchase, the product thus far and the overall experience with customer service.

We called this company the day of the issue. The receptionist assured me she could get a technician out the same day between 2-4pm…Jody White called me like right around 2pm and asked if we were home. He came out went into the attic and within minutes our unit was back up and running and we paid and it was just perfect!!!! Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of service

I called ACME one day during this past summer when my A/C wouldnt run. Ben Johnson arrived in less than 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had us up and running in 20 minutes. I was so impressed with Ben and the company in general that I happily signed up for their maintenance plan which is a great value. Id recommend them in a heartbeat!!!

My service guy from acme air was Paul White. He is an outstanding tech! He tested each component on my ac/heat unit. He was very thorough checking on the outside and inside unit. This is such an amazing HVAC company to include the personnel who work there. Brittany, who answers the phones and scheduling, is always so pleasant on the phone and really works to get you the soonest appt. My first emergency appt technician was Jody White who was so polite and professional. Once he got my AC back up and running, he showed me and explained to me what he did in case it were to happen again. Most technicians are not going to do that. My next couple of AC emergencies I have had Paul White, no relation to Jody I was told. I cannot say enough about Paul and his professionalism and work ethic. He has spent sometime working on my AC system even resorting so far as to speak to technicians and other personnel in his trade. My AC and heating was already in my house when I bought it. This system is one I would deem a lemon. They are not the installers or owners of my system but they have worked so hard trying to figure out why I have so many issues with this HVAC system. They have gone above and beyond trying to help me with this system and I cannot say enough about this company. I would definitely recommend them.

Acme air conditioning were amazing to work with!!! I had so question and called them. They had Mr Paul out just a few hours later. He did a wonderful job. Acme Air are on top of thing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I initially called them for an evaluation of my air conditioning system. The first technician, assessed the situation and informed me that the issue was with the outside compressor and that the unit upstairs was just old and rusted—there was no mention of any gas leak.However, when the second technician, came to give me a quote, he accidentally broke a part in the attic, which caused a loud noise and a strong gas leak. This was not a pre-existing issue but a direct result of the technician’s actions. Despite this, the company never informed me of their mistake. I only found out what really happened after having two other independent companies evaluate the situation. Both companies confirmed that the leak was caused by the technician’s error.This company acted in bad faith by failing to acknowledge their mistake and then refused to offer any monetary compensation for the damage caused.I would not recommend this company due to their lack of transparency, accountability, and their refusal to provide fair compensation for the damage they caused.

Nothing but good things to say, per usu:)Edited 7/19/2024**Ben did an awesome job w/our routine maintenance. He was personable, kind, &really knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. Our yearly warranty has already more than payed for itself w/ our initial call, maintenance &2 new capacitors, so I highly recommend!Jodi was AMAZING! He got here so fast on a Sun (everywhere else was booked or not open). Hed diagnosed, left to buy parts &fixed our AC w/in an hr or so. We were getting screwed for 3+days by our new homes choice home warranty, so we just ended up going w/the Acme warranty he suggested that saved us a couple hundred $ -not to mention, saved us from added time& stress, &from going at least another 4days (in July🥵) w/o AC. W/in 12 hours, theyd already called to schedule the 1st included maintenance on our old unit (something that wouldve prevented it from flooding our bedroom carpet the prev, wknd, had wed had this then), so, so far, weve been satisfied w/our decision to go w/them, &look forward to working w/Jodi again in the future (hopefully its just for routine maintenance, tho! Lol🤞🤞🤑) Moving &being 1st time homeowners is labor intensive &stressful enough, so its a huge weight of our shoulders to have peace of mind from a place/ppl we can trust. So, thank u, Acme & Jodi!

Paul was very knowledgeable and courteous, and answered all of my questions pertaining to getting my initial consult and quote for what my house needed. Ben did an amazing job installing my new AC system. He was quick, professional, and even fixed issues we had with our duct work that was improperly installed by the previous owners crew at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend Acme Air for any needs you may have. Also, they offer a 1 year, same as cash, financing option. This way, you get can your AC installed today, and you have 1 year to pay it off, with no payments due.

Yoni was a good service tech. Came in and fixed the noise in the air conditioner and it was just dirty air filters. Didnt even charge us.

Landon has serviced our AC units several times. This time our unit started making a loud noise and he was able to come within 2 hours! Didnt need a repair today. He is so very professional and pleasant. I neglected to post the above review last month and sadly the fan motor did go out this weekend. We left a call Saturday evening and got a return call Sunday! Ben was at the house early Monday AM and we are cool again by 10:45am. Our service agreement saved us money and Ben was his usual pleasant and professional self. We highly recommend this company.

I really dig this guy. Paul is a breath of fresh air, compared to most servicemen I dealt with or read others reviews about. Paul was very polite, professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly. Paul went through every single aspect of my AC, he explained what he was doing along the way, and why. Paul found that my inside A/C unit motor control module ONLY had failed. It’s an expensive part, but he did no up-selling, like I’ve experienced in the past from others. Paul had a Padawan with him, teaching the next generation how it’s supposed be. Well worth the money!!!

Acme was able to respond on the same day I called and they even sent me a photo of the tech that was responding. Very safe and easy to deal with everyone involved. Paul had me up and running in less than an hour. Great service!

Yoni did a great job for us this morning. He showed me pics of the unit dirty and then cleaned. He also did a couple other things like taping up a hole to prevent air leakage on the inside unit, and taping up wires in the outside unit to prevent them from pulling downward. The tech that came to the house (Paul white) was here in the time frame they gave very quick to access the issues and solve the problem he was in and out very polite friendly also very knowledgeable he walked me through what was going on and answer all my many questions 10/10 the company itself was also amazing they send you a text with a picture of the tech that will be arriving they send a text when the tech is on their way I will be sticking with acme for my ac needs!

They were quick to come out. Landon was nice and professional. I ended up going with the company that installed my system but at least Landon was honest and upfront about what I should do instead of just charging me.

In addition to the scheduled preventative maintenance Paul installed a soft start that he recommended to prevent the unit start up from dimming the lights. It cut the start up power usage dramatically. We are very pleased with the on going care of our unit.

This is the second time in around 3 months we have had to use ACME for repairs to our unit. The first time was for an emergency issue due to a gas line leak and this time was because our fan went out on the outside unit. The first call out was when Ben and Paul came out, today was Landon. Both times, the technicians have been knowledgeable, courteous and timely with their response and repairs.

Very impressed and thankful for Technician, Ben Johnson and Acme air conditioning. They came out as an initial check up on the AC system, but also checked an airflow issue. Ben quickly found the problem and was able to explain it to me in a way I could understand (I don’t know anything about AC systems and ductwork.). He was patient with me and my questions and came back out for the repair. Highly recommend.

First-time customer here! I decided to use Acme Air Conditioning because of previous reviews. I called Monday to schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Thursday. I was quoted technician arrival 8a-10a. I received a text stating my technician was on his way. The text also included a brief bio of Paul who would be my technician for my appointment. Paul arrived within the quoted timeframe. While conducting scheduled maintenance; Paul explained the process, and the importance of maintaining the unit. He answered any questions I had and provided his recommendations. Overall, I am pleased with Paul and the service he provided! Great work, Paul!

Ben came out to our house to do our regular inspection and found a clog and quickly took care of it to remedy the problem.Also, while he was cleaning the compressor out, he heard a small leaking sound and noticed our propane line was leaking going into the regulator. He immediately alerted me so I could get it fixed and show me where it was leaking. Ive used Acme for many years. They did a complete system replacement including duct work. Ben Johnson just came out for our Preventative Maintenance check this week. He arrived at the scheduled time, and was very thorough and professional. He even asked permission to go into the attic to inspect all the duct work to insure all the seals were still in place. Even documented everything with photos. Great service! This is why we are loyal Acme Air Conditioning customers.

Listened to everything i said politely and then without hesitation in well over 100 degree temp went up into attic to investigate a potential smell coming from a/c up in the attic. He thoroughly searched for the source but neither of us could smell it as i waited for him to safely climb down the attic stairs. He was quick to offer a return visit anytime needed on top of routine maintenance visits. Nice, polite, prompt with no messes whatsoever made. Would recommend him and his company to anyone.

ACME has serviced our A/C needs for about 15 years. They have the best technicians who are also gentlemen. Our needs have been minimal but response time and repairs (if needed) were dispatched in record time. Recently, during the last two years, we have upgraded two units to heat pumps. Installation on both units was accomplished in one day!! This is amazing to me because both the inside handler and the outside unit had to be replaced along with new thermostats and some physical modifications in the inside areas. The most recent need was handled by Jody White and BEN. Jody found a faulty valve in the unit that was two years old and had us up and running quickly. After the unit had run for a couple of days, Paul White and Yoni came by, at my request and at no charge, to reset the unit to operate as we desired. IN EVERY SITUATION, These folks are so responsive to our requests. Brittany, in the office, Jody, Paul, Yoni, Landon, Ben and others of their service team, have responded with the best of CARE! The unit is in our attic and was dripping through the ceiling in our kitchen. Jody used some glue to attach the pipe to the coupling. Well they got called around 10 am came out by 12:30 Cody got his tool bag went straight to work unplugging flipping breakers then bam there ur problem solved he found the problem ac back cooling by 1:30 pm thank GOD. For the easy fix and Cody for finding the problem

July 24, 2023: Jody White and Ben came by today to determine why our AC quit cooling. Great customer service. Very informative, explained our options without being pushy. We have used ACME since we bought this house in 2016. Extremely satisfied with their service .2021: Kris and Yoni came to do spring maintenance on our HVAC system today. They also reworked gas piping to bring us up to code to make our house safer and added a flow switch to our drain line. They were very professional, caring, and did a wonderful job taking care of all our requests. They are extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend ACME.

Great experience. Showed up in about a hour from when I called. Sunday evening! Tech diagnosed our concern, explained thoroughly what had happened, and got it fixed within a hour. Super courteous and professional. We signed up to have them come out every 6 months to do a check, and look forward to working with them again.
