Mason did a wonderful job servicing our unit. A/C Contractors did the initial installation of our unit when our home was built 3years ago and we continue a yearly service contract at a reasonable rate. We love doing business with them. I have worked with A/C Contractors twice now and both experiences were great. The contractors were very professional. They explained what they were going to be doing and about how long it should take. They were careful to not damage anything when moving about in the house and they made sure to clear any debris from the job before leaving.

Nick got here ASAP-w/ in 20 mins., had a good idea what was going on, got to work & was VERY thorough in troubleshooting issue! Took care of situation, tested it all & heat restored but what REALLY stood out-he was very conscientious about keeping everything as clean as possible and picked up after himself! Service was phenomenal. I called at 4:30 on a Monday and they had someone out and working on the problem within an hour. We have a profoundly autistic child and the tech did not seem annoyed or uncomfortable with her at any point. That meant the world to us. Will definitely be using for any future problems!

I highly recommend A/C Contractors. I first starting using them a few years back when I was told by another a/c company that I would have to replace my entire system. I remembered hearing A/C Contractors commerical about second opinions. I am so glad I called, they were able to diagnosis and repair our A/C unit. We have used them ever since for biannual servicing. We recently purchased a whole home generator through them as well, they handled all aspects and coordination of the install. We continue to use them and again I highly recommend!

Great experience! Well as good as a busted water line can be, found leak Monday afternoon, Brad and crew were there Tuesday, it was under a concrete drive, they made a plan to fix it right and then to reinforce the slab when they were done, very fast and efficient, felt like it was personal to them to get me fixed up, thank you very much!

Ive used AC Contractors since 2005. Travis sold me my unit and it is still going strong! I attribute the longevity to the great maintenance program.I remember, recently I had to have a service tech come help me with my AC unit. I came home from working in Dallas, not only to a warm house, but a wet master bathroom and bedroom floor.I called and Christian came out to my rescue! 🤣Because the drain line was stopped up, the water had no where to go but my bathroom and bedroom floors!He came in and put on the shoe covers as not to get my floors dirty! 🤣 🤣 I asked if those covers came in mopping style?He was able to get the gunk out of the pipe, and reset the unit. Christian was very kind, and professional in everything. He explained what he was doing, step by step, and he even helped me get the shop vac out of the garage to suck up all the water! That was VERY MUCH appreciated, since my husband was not in town, and getting things out of the garage can be a challenge!I always ask for Christian when its time for service to my ac/heating unit!Thank you AC Contractors!

Your team is so wonderful!! We had problem with AC unit not cooling. You guys were able to diagnose the problem and also found mold in my plenum!! Had a problem with the ac unit. A storm came through and lightening struck near us. My blower fan ran continuously. Called and was fortunate enough to get seen that day. Andrew came out and did a diagnostic check and found the mother board was bad. He had to order the part and they got it in fast. He came out and fixed it fast. I also got him to put in a surge protector on the unit. He was very courteous and did very good work. If you need ac work call AC Contractors. Ask for Andrew to come out if you can. He did great work, was fast ,and courteous. Ive known Troy who owns the company for many years and its good to see he has good workers who take pride in their work. Service technician Andrew Roberts came out on a Saturday evening and repaired our outside unit in under an hour. He was very professional and personable. I recommend this business.

Chris is who I always request to come and do my checkups.He is so thorough when checking our heating and cooling. If he is not available for a little while, I will wait until he is available . He is very courageous.

I recently had HVAC replaced in my home by A/C Contractors. The experience was great Auston the service manager helped and had the same Trane unit. Andrew the service tech came out and got my system fine toned. Andrew skill and williness to help me understand the operation of my system. He hooked me up to the internet and insured all future updates would be installed. Also help me load the app to my phone so we could check our system while we were away. Andrew is a credit to his company and to the A/C Techs. Most companies wish they had ten employee like Andrew.

Tech was fantastic. Shared charges for things needing to be done as he went along so we knew exactly what our bill would be today. Gave us suggestions for future. I am the Director of a preschool. We started the morning (6:30am) with the A/C for our nursery and another classroom not working. I was not able to contact our regular A/C guy so I took a chance and called A/C Contractors. The first available appointment wasnt going to be until sometime between 10-12. When I explained to the sweet young lady that these were our babies she had a great young man there before 8 am. Kelsey identified the problem and went to work quickly to fix it. He couldnt have been nicer to work with or more knowledgeable of our problem. We will definitely call them 1st next time!

There was some problems locating the parts for our 25 year old evap. coil and heat kit. However, they were able to complete the job.

Our AC went out Friday evening. Called AC Contractors and was able to get an appointment on Saturday. Jud, the technician, came out and explained in detail what the issue was and what needed to be done. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. AC was fixed..... I just had my winter service call to make sure my heat was working properly and Brian did a fantastic job checking everything out and making sure the heating unit was working perfectly for the winter months. Brian always goes above and beyond my expectations of his job. He sprays the coils of my outside unit at every checkup to make sure it’s not clogged down with dust and grass from my mowers that mow my lawn.I will always ask for Brian to do the maintenance on my unit, he’s the best!!

Carl did an amazing job inspecting my HVAC system. AC contractors is the best HVAC company here in East Texas.

The past three times Ive had a scheduled appointment, the tech was late. Not a few minutes but hours. They point out reccomended repairs, but wait until they have put everything back together to bring it to my attention, adding to the time for the service. I get the feeling they go out of their way to find something wrong, when everything seems to be running fine. Do they work on commission. Not happy.

Kelsey Clayton came out and performed a thorough diagnostics of our HVAC. He explained to me those things that needed maintenance. He was polite and respectful at all times. Carl was a great technician - knowledgeable and hard working. He went above and beyond to fix issues with both of my AC units after the recent storm. One thermostat got fried during the power surge. He replaced it and programmed it to my phone. The other unit had the Generac board go out. He contacted Generac and assisted with getting a replacement part covered under warranty.

High pressure sales with matching high prices.This month called and asked to have a new fan motor installed. Tech, Zach advised the compressor was bad and needed a new unit. The h called the office where Austin quoted $6,500 to replace unit and they do financing. I asked him to email me the info along with their price. Email was received and stated I had 24 hours to reply by completing application for financing.After getting quotes from 3 other companies who without me telling them it was a fan motor all stated compressor was fine just needed fan motor. I mention what AC Contractors said and they all stated that AC contractors is know for high pressure volume selling.BEWARE! Always get 2-3 quotes. I’ll never use AC Contractors or refer them. The company has a character flaw…..lying!

Zack Bouis came out for a service call after dark on 2-15-24. He searched to find the issue and worked to repair it. Brad was also very helpful in explaining what needed to b done to get our A/C working again. We appreciate it very much. We have used A/C contractors since 2005.

Landon with A/C Contractors came out today to service my unit he found the problem quickly and also went through the whole system to explain where the problems were with pictures as well to give better knowledge as to what the problem was. He also was able to give an estimate before getting to work with the problems to ensure that it would be okay. Landon was also very professional and helpful and great customer service, A/C Contractors has gained us as a life long customer! We also decided to sign up on their club membership! AC Contractors installed our air conditioning unit 2 years ago. We also purchased the service plan at that time. Every 6 months they come check the unit and change filters as needed at no additional charge. The staff are all wonderful! Reminders are sent out to remind us it’s time for our service and each time I call they are always friendly. She calls to let us know when the technician is on his way and gives his name for identification and safety. Carl has now been out several times and we just love him. He is so kind, is very thorough, and his always wants to provide professional and top quality services.We highly recommend this locally owned company for their superior service.

Great Customer Service! Christian and Matt arrived within the appointment time (actually a little earlier than I expected). They were professional, polite, and friendly. Christian and Matt were very willing to answer all of my questions. Christian and Matt worked constantly and finished early. Christian and Matt performed an EXCELLENT! cleanup at the finish of the job. I will continue to use A/C Contractors in the future with the latest reason being Christian and Matt.

We have been so happy with AC Contractors! Every technician that has been out has been so friendly and helpful. We’ve had a service call, a new system installed, ducts cleaned, a window repaired twice, and another service call, and we’ve been impressed with everyone! But especially Dallas and Andrew, they were fantastic and made the whole process so easy.

The technician, Carl, was personable and thorough. I like the fact that he took pictures of everything and checked all aspects of the AC inside and out, and then explained the findings. I also appreciated them giving me a window of time for him to be here, and they called and said he was on the way beforehand, and he was here promptly at the given time. Overall - professional and pleasant experience.

Technician very informative and friendly. However it took nearly a week and several trips to find problem and repair. Invoice shows no charge for finding problem but we were charged the initial fee for first trip that solved nothing. That said we still feel a bit gouged.

A/C Contractors is someone that you want working on your system. Andrew, the Tech, was very knowledgeable employee, wanting to help and educate his customers. He genuinely cares about the longevity of the system and concerned about the well being of his customers.

We have used A/C Contractors for years - at our former residence for chimney service as well as A/C maintenance. When we moved to our new house 2.5 years ago, we switched because we knew someone who was somewhat familiar with the system here, but when it came time for an emergency after-hours call, the response was just not the same so we switched back. I am so happy that we did. I feel much more confident in their work (not that the others folks did bad work), and it turned out that they had been part of the original build of this house so they were able to work on our very unique gas fireplace.Andrew is the technician who was been out here several times, and I feel that he really cares about doing an excellent job. I also trust him to work in our home even when I am not there, which is a really big deal for me.Finally, the staff at the office is always helpful and does seem to care about their customers. I have worked with other companies over the years where the staff seems too busy or put out with you, but I have never felt that with Andrew or anyone else here.

I first met with Logan regarding the remodel I was planning for my Kilgore home. He was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He did a walk through, listened to my concerns, and explained the heating/cooling needs of a house this size and structure. Communication between us was great from that day and until the day my home was ready for the actual installation. Jessie and H. were the installation team who came out and they arrived right on time. These guys were awesome and finished in just a few hours. They had to remove the old gas system and install the all new electric heat pump system. They were professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. An August Sunday! Outside of ac unit decides it doesnt feel like cooperating. I called AC Contractors and they said it would be between 5 & 7 pm before anyone could get here. We have used AC contractors for a couple years now having tried other hvac contractors. We have been very pleased. They come when they say they will and we are notified when they are 15 minutes away. Our AC units are over 15 years old and they keep them running like new and don’t try to talk us into replacing them. We have worked with both Andrew Roberts and Carl Husband of AC Contractors and recommend them both very highly. They go above and beyond and they don’t mind me observing them while they work and my asking dumb questions about what they are doing and how the systems work (or don’t as the case may be). I always learn something when they come out.
