Jason and Ty I must say have been the absolute best. I had a pipe burst in my home due to the weather. When I called SERVPRO I spoke with Anna and she was just as amazing. They have taking care of me every step of the way. I pray to God I would never have to use them again but if I do I would surely request these gentlemen from SERVPRO. Thank you gentlemen for all your help.

Guillermo & Ulises were who I worked with. They were very helpful with my house fire repair. The girls doing the pack out did A LOT of work and I can’t confirm, but I feel like their particular job is underrated. They did leave ugly, burnt furniture, etc in my yard well past when I thought they should have, given it was an eye sore for my neighbors- but that’s the only thing I can complain about. They were helpful, great, informative and got me ready to rebuild my home. I would recommend calling them if you are ever in an unfortunate event such as mine

After an unfortunate and damaging hot water heater leak, I was in need of a clean up crew. Servpro of Longview sent out technicians AD, BE, DE, & AS. These 4 individuals were very hardworking & professional, always calling me “Mrs. Ashley” and happy to work around my schedule. I hope I don’t need them back but if another accident occurs I’ll definitely be calling ServPro of Longview.

The packout crew just finished at my sister’s flooded/moldy house today, and I am just so pleased with everything they’ve done. They worked so hard & were truly life-savers! They were so very careful and kind. Especially Neph and Fernanda and Crystal, who I spoke to the most. They are the sweetest people! I’m just so grateful for them! I have also appreciated the hard work and kindness of Amber and Kory and the help of Adrian. They are all precious people! We’re not finished yet. The next step is demolition. But so far, ServPro has helped keep my anxiety down, in a very stressful situation! THANK YOU, ServPro! My heroes!

Cory and Rodney from the Longview office were awesome when they came in after a burst pipe flooded our home. Super professional, answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Highly recommend these guys!

I was pleased by the ServPro services at my residence provided by Amber and Blake. Water leaks in lines in attic damaged bathroom, two bedrooms, and around kitchen sink. They worked for 2.5 weeks bringing in other staff as needed. They always let me know when to expect them and kept me advised of any issues found. Blake and Amber were also mindful of my pets keeping doors closed as needed. Thanks for sending such a hard working and empathetic team.I want to provide a new review of ServPro staff. On 1/16/2025, ServPro staff Ulysses and Ceasar returned my furniture along with 14 boxes. They arrived on time and completed their work in an hour. They were polite and took great care moving the furniture back to insure not to scratch it or new drywall. They noticed 3 wheels on the bed frame were broken. I was not aware of this damage. They said they would find new wheels and return with them tomorrow or next week. Im very pleased with their services.

Jason, Angela,Ivan, and Jorge did an awesome job with the mitigation process if my home. They come highly recommeded.

☆☆UPDATE AS OF 6-26-24☆☆Finally back in my house after almost 7 months. Servpro sent out Carla and Karla and they did a wonderful job unpacking my boxes from which were all boxed up back in January (seen below) hundreds of boxes and they came in and did their job professionally and asked me questions and applied their skills getting everything set back up. Very pleased!Now I finally get out of the hotel Ive been staying in! Woohoo!-----‐----------------------------(Jan 2024)I had a very bad flood in my house. Called up Servpro and they got to working on all of my needs. Most importantly for me was all of my belongings needed to be packed up and relocated. Fernanda and Nefre came out and did a wonderful job taking inventory, collecting, packing all of my important belongings. Neatly stacked and categorized and placed in a safe location.Very professional job start to finish.Appreciate everything the ladies accomplished and a job well done by Servpro! ☆☆☆☆☆

Servpro was great to work with. We found our home flooded at 6 a.m. and they were here at 8:00 a.m.. They were fast and professional and as kind as can be. We really appreciate what they did for us. Blake and Amber arrived at our house for a potential water leak that came from the outside foundation that affected 1 room. Both technicians were very prompt, courteous and very caring during our troubled times. Honestly I would recommend them to anybody that has a water damage because of there prompt and outstanding performance in there line of work and how well they guided us through and explained everything on what we need to do next. They were some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while, thank you Servpro for y’all’s knowledge and professionalism.

Blake and Amber were super helpful and nice! They were did a great job on getting our kitchen area dry. I didnt like how their supervisors said they would come and contact me on what the next steps were but never did, or the supervisior showed up at a different time then I was avaliable after telling him i wouldnt be around. If you get Amber and Blake youll be in good hands, again super sweet and nice people who did a great job.

Our house flooded because of a plumbing issue. Within 45 minutes of calling, amber and blake showed up. They walked me through the process and helped me understand what was our best and worst case scenario. Once they got started, they kept me in the loop with each part of the process they were doing. I am not only an Insurance Agent but a homeowner. When I had a severe water leak at my house I called SERVPRO of Longview. This happened on a weekend but they were there quick and their service professional. I could not have ask for anything more. For any kind of water mitigation, I cannot recommend anybody more than Longview SERVPRO.

I had water damage prior to the “deep freeze”. Called them to come repair the damage. They sent someone just to take pictures. My wife let them in, as they where leaving they called. I asked about what it was going to take to fix the base frame and stubs. The guy stated he only took pictures of the sheet rock and had to go back and take pictures of the wood.I called the writer that was working on my claim, after the big freeze, and told him I understand what was going on but didn’t want to be overlooked because it was a “small” job. I have never heard back. Left 2 messages and sent a text. Don’t expect service if it is a small job.

Amber Jacob Blake rs did a great job.

Very unsatisfied. They came out the first time to clean our vents and were two hours late. The equipment broke so they had to reschedule and scheduled it a week later even though they had the part two days later. They did not clean every vent, they left dust/dirt smudges on painted cleaned ceiling. They used our floor covering to cover vents and did not ask if they could use up our floor covering. They asked to borrow our ladder to clean the dryer vent and just left it outside which is not where they found it, not where it belongs. they left the cover off the dryer vent and now it is lost, any animal could crawl in. Then they call me two months later after not receiving an invoice or anything stating how much I owed and told me it’d be going to collections if I didn’t pay soon. Of course I paid right away. Just very unprofessional
