Automotive Super Center has always provided exceptional service. I went there the first time about 12 years ago for a blown head gasket and was very pleased. I recently had to use them again, and their service is still A+. RJ and Josh have been great to work with and we will continue to use them in the future!

Got new tires from here. The employees were amazing, The service was fast, and I got a great price! The manager RJ was amazing as well, very attentive and professional. I drove from Austin to come here and I would do it again if I have any issues or needs for my suv. Thank you for everything!!!!

I found myself in quite a bind while traveling. I called Automotive Super Center after a recommendation from a local parts store. I called at 10m with no expectation that I would be able to get in and also get my vehicle repaired before they closed at 1pm (Sat). RJ got me in, found the parts and got my car fixed and out the door by 12:30 same day. I can’t thank them enough for the quick turnaround!

Very professional, the young man who changed my oil was very courteous and I always try to give a tip however, I didnt have more than five books but I just wanted him to know I appreciate it him taking time to be of service to me.

While on my way back home with my 1year old grandson, my car started breaking down. Thankfully, I was close to Automotive Super Center #2 and was able to get my car there. When I pulled in, there was a great deal of smoke or steam coming from under my hood. Technicians hurried out to assist me. The serpentine belt was shredded, so there was no way I could go any further. I was told how much the diagnostic test would cost and they would let me know what all might be needed to be done. The next day I received a text with a receipt of the cost of possible repairs. Due to being retired on a fix income, I had to tell them I had to find someone else to do the repairs. I made a post on a local Facebook group, asking for suggestions,. Later that night I received a call from Josh, the wonderful assistant manager. He informed me the manager had seen my post and they were going to waive the diagnostic fee, as well as the cost of a hose they had already put on. I was so thrilled. The next day I was informed by the amazing manager they were going to do the repairs, free of charge. I am so overwhelmed by their kindness and generosity. In no way were they obligated to help me, but they went way beyond what was necessary. I cannot say how much I appreciate them and will continue to sing their praises. God sent me to the right place when he directed me there. They are the absolute best.

I had to have my jeep engine replaced. The team at ASC #2 was very helpful in finding and installing it. I am very satisfied with the work and pricing they provided.

Eastman Road Location. Blown away by their level of service. From the time I dropped my car off till I picked it up I received awesome Txt messages informing me about what they were doing and how the progress was. When they ordered my parts and when they were working on it. Even when I phoned I got my answers immediately. These guys are what every auto repair service wishes they could become!!!!!

RJ and the entire team at Automotive Super Center are the BEST! I had a tire that needed to be patched. I also had them do a tire rotation and oil change on my vehicle. They had it all done in less than an hour at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive repair needs!

Talking to others in the waiting area, everyone was a returning customer. All felt work was done timely and fairly. We were pleased with our first experience, so well return, at least for an estimate. Really nice group of guys.Only suggestion for improvement: perhaps the TV facing the waiting area could have something other than car stuff on it.

I got a 18 Nissan Titan and these guys put alot of man hours into this truck. I trusted them to do suspension components. Steering components. And all my fluids. Very professional and they guarantee their work in a timely manner. Big thank you to RJ and Josh for working with me.

ASC has done a terrific job for me. Its the only place I will take my truck from now on. Very professional, friendly honest staff. You know what youre gonna owe before they ever start the work, not some estimate that changes when you go to pick up the vehicle. I highly recommend these guys!

Josh and the crew at Automotive Super Center were great! AC on our Durango had quit blowing properly. Ran complete diagnostics and found an animal had made a nest on top of the cabin filter. Also had a check engine light on due to a computer upgrade that needed to be done. The guys got us in and out in one day! Fixed everything! Super helpful, friendly, very professional place, you won’t be disappointed with their service. Will definitely do business there again.

The best customer service! RJ was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. He called to let me know what was wrong with the two vehicles I brought in without me having to call and ask for an update. The prices were very reasonable and they had our trucks in and out in a days time. I will definitely be back ! Highly recommend!!!

Josh and the whole team at Automotive Supercenter on Eastman Rd did a great job installing a new leveling kit and new tires on my truck. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on leveling kit and tire recommendations. I received updates throughout the whole process. The customer service was the best I’ve experienced! I will be back for all of of my vehicle needs, and I recommend everybody I know as well.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Paid to have it looked at, they didn’t fix anything? Still paid $65 out of pocket for them to say they don’t know what’s wrong with the ignition.. unbelievable what kind of auto shop can’t figure out a small problem like this but still charge for an inspection. Very rude behavior from everyone I dealt with here as well.

Very impressive facility. Traveling out of state Leaking cooling system. Able to diagnose and get parts and repair and get us back on the road. Moved us ahead of repairs in the shop. Very accommodating. Even received a Veterans Day gift. Still bragging about our treatment there.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and trustworthy with repairs. Flexible and willing to work with the customer to best accommodate them. Each time I’ve taken my car in I was able to pick it up within a couple days and they took the time to fully explain what was wrong with it and why they needed to replace certain parts. Caitlyn was very friendly and made sure to communicate with me the whole time my vehicle was there to keep me updated. She provided by far the best customer service I have received when going to get my car checked. Made me feel comfortable and like my vehicle was being taken care of properly!

RJ and his crew did a great job on my car. He came out to look at my car and was kind to hear out all of the problems I had been having. Customer Service was off the charts and my car was fixed in a very timely manner. I trust this crew and will forever be a returning customer.

I brought my vehicle in for an AC repair. They were able to quickly fix it but while fixing it another pet broke. They called me to let me know and they estimated it would take a couple days to get the part in and let me know this. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a couple hours later to let me know both problems were fixed and I could come get my vehicle. They were very helpful and worked hard to get my vehicle back quickly with the work done correctly.

I have used Automotive Super Center for all my auto maintenance for the past 15 years. They have always treated me with respect; they give me a detailed explanation of necessary work to be performed; their prices are fair and competent; from auto inspection for tag renewal to substantial mechanical repairs, I trust them implicitly. Also, their mechanics are polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The only service I wish they offered is auto detailing. As long as I live and drive, they will have my business.

Highly recommend this business due to honesty and ability to trust their word. I am 7 hours from home and stranded. RJ drove to where my truck was, during shop hours, and diagnosed the issue. He opened a bay specifically for my vehicle, and got it fixed as soon as he and his crew could. Appreciation is an understatement. I am now back on the road thanks to these folks. There are to many shops that are out for your money, and I trust that Automotive super center is not one of them.

I had just had work done on my car at the Honda dealer and hadn’t made it 3 miles and my light comes back on. Took it to y’all and it was taken care of the first time. Caitlyn was a blessing and while talking with her we found out that not only are they cheaper on tires but on oil changes and most other services. I truly believe y’all picked the right logo. I’d like to start by saying RJ IS ROCKSTAR and he always treats us like family, never ceasing to amaze us with his top tier knowledge and customer service! He and the team at the Eastman Rd Center are great! We have refused to go anywhere else for our automotive needs for over 4 years now. From radiators to batteries they take care of us and usually get our vehicle back within a day or two!

I went in for an alignment right after fixing a couple of things in my suspension, they said I needed upper and bottom ball joints, I said how much they said 1,400 I thought that was too high, and declined, the next day I went to pick it up the guy said I owed hin 65 dollars which I told them I was not going pay, to which the guy responded very rude and aggressive.In my opinion 1,400 is way too much money for ball joints, and if they charge anything for just looking at your vehicle the client should be informed beforehand, thats just my opinion I hope it helps.

I absolutely love them not only are they very polite and extremely professional but they quickly service your vehicle in a timely manner. They will let you know exactly what is wrong with your vehicle down to the smallest repair. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

After discussing the issues, ASC began a logical, prioritized, diagnostic process that identified & isolated the root cause of the cascaded failures. Fixed one problem to correct two. The battery replacement was a peripheral but related repair.

Of all the places I have ever used for tires and oil changes this place is the worst in both categories. They also never give you the correct time for completion of a job and dont fix everything you ask of them. Their work is shabby and substandard at best. This was my third and final time to use them!

Josh was amazing. I had to get repairs done to my car and I wasn’t from the area. He made sure that everything was done, he gave me the best advice on what I should do to make sure I get gone safely.

My daughter attends LeTourneau University and her check engine light came on. I contacted her roommates mother who is an alumni of the college and she highly recommended Automotive supercenter because that’s who her cousin goes to and who lives in Longview. Josh was so nice and so accommodating and the Team were able to get the car fixed in 24 hours! And explained why the check engine light came on in detail and I appreciated that I will definitely use them again! Thank you for helping us!!

I have come in to get something fixed here 3 times in the last few months. They have great staff and fair prices. All three times they have got whatever was wrong fixed and my car back to me the next day. Best repair place I have used in Longview!

WOW! It’s rare that auto shops actually take care of their customers. I’ve taken my truck to this shop twice kind of expecting to be told “bad” news on repairs/charges only to be told that they were able to fix it for a lot less. Kudos to Glen and his team. I will be taking any car repair I have to them for sure.

Nope. Went to two of them trying to get my State inspection done and neither one could do it. Called a third one but didnt go there. Instead I went to this little office on Pine Tree and they were great!

I went in for an inspection at 448 eastman rd. and was the first car in the parking lot,I got there early about 5 minutes till eight.I ended up leaving at almoet nine.The sad thing about it is I should have been first and I had to sit there and warch them dance all around me and waited on an older white guy before me.I asked the guy who seemed to be the manager was he the manager and he said yes,I told him I was the first car in the parking lot and the way he looked he knew that is not the way to be.I had a va appointment in shreveport and was very late.I knew I should have went to the one on the spur across from the what a burger danny know how to treat people.

Left truck to be aligned. Called couple hours later they said it was on the rack and be ready by 2. Went to pick it up and they said we called and told you our machine was down. I received no call and they told me when I called they were working on it. I don’t think anyone knows what is going on here. I won’t go back

Glynn, manager, is AMAZING. He dont jerk you around and he is straightforward with you. Friendly. Danny, tire guy, is attentive. He found stuff wrong with my tires that were safety issues.

Probably ok for oil changes etc. Needed my older truck gone thru (no limit to budget), they couldnt be bothered with all the small stuff, and for some reason never really got the engine to their liking either.

I have dealt with them in the past and been more than satisfied. Dont know what happened, change in management maybe, but this time they didnt fix the problem but actually made it worse. Wont use again.
