This company installed our new air conditioning system in July 2023. It was no easy job since many of the components were in the attic..stairs, tight spaces, and heat, but they got the job done. They have responded to follow up adjustments and service since, mostly with same day requests. Many thanks and compliments to the hard working technicians.

A/C was not working at my daughters home. Called Greg at Wilson Air Conditioning early morning for need of tech. Greg responded with response, he would be there shortly repair it. Greg arrived and had issue resolved within hour. Replaced capacitor, checked operation. Worked great. Charged me a very fair price. Great company & highly trained tech.

Johnny was polite and found the problem quickly. Wilsons a/c showed up 2.5 hours after I called to get an appointment which was really good for a Monday!

In this heat prompt service was so appreciated. These folks know their business. We’ve used them for 20+ years. They even brought me a new filter which saved me an hour trip to town. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

The last technicians were not conversant or letting me know what they were doing. Did not introduce themselves or interact until job was completed. Had to ask what was checked and their evaluation of our system.

We love Wilson Air! They are quick, kind, and very reasonably priced. We use them for our place of business and have not regretted it. It was 87 degrees in our store and they came by the same day, assessed and fixed our AC!

Quick and excellent service. They were able to reprogram our smart thermostats (the previous owner had the thermostats protected by a security code which they did not provide to us when we bought the home).The serviceman resent the thermostats and checked out both AC units. Wilson Air immediately responded to emergency situation at our home. Water was dripping from light fixture in our home office. This was after normal working hours around 8:45 PM. Young man named Brent was on the scene and fixed the problem. He was so gracious, respectful and had such a great spirit about him. We have done business with Wilson Air for over 30 years. I called the Company, and they came out the same day. John was great, couldnt fix the problem, said my a,/c needed the R22 freon that isnt made anymore, and I would have to get a New air conditioning system

We have used Wilson Air Conditioning for over a year for maintenance on our aging AC/Heater. They check our system every six months. All the technicians are very polite, professional,on time and very friendly. They have even cleaned vines away from our compressor. The office staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this business. The office is even clean and tidy.

Issue with condensate drain preventing filter change was fixed

Wow!! I live in Chattanooga TN, 800 miles away from Longview where my son and his family rent a home from us. My son called today (Apr 10, 2019) saying the AC wasnt working. Wilson AC was recommended to us by a contractor who had done repairs on the house. Several hours later, Wilson AC had finished with the repair. My son had, by accident, cut a power line to the compressor. It was repaired quickly at a great price. Since Is so far away, it would have been easy to take advantage of the situation. Wilson AC showed great integrity, professionalism, as well as quick and competent service...and, the repair man was very friendly with my 2 year old grand-daughter and my daughter-in-law. I recommend them highly. Exceptional service!

Came to our house looked at our AC that we thought was going bad (for a second opinion). Told us there is nothing wrong with our AC and that its doing what exactly it needs to do when temperature drops. Honest people! The first AC Company that came told us it needs a new motor and charged us $100 for the visit. AC still working good after 1 yr. Keeping this company in mind for future service.

I have used Wilson’s AC several times and always at the worst times (evenings, weekends, holidays) and they have done everything possible in a timely manner to fix our ac. Also they have wonderful integrity. We were told we may need a new ac unit and through the technician’s determination to find out if it was the unit he found a loose wire that was simple to stabilize. They have saved us tons of money and kept me and my children cool when it was 100 degrees outside. God bless these people!
