I would highly recommend Best Air & Heat. My home builder used them on our new home. We had some minor issues, NOT related to the product itself, or their installation. Their service people came right over to fix the problem. The technician gave me a thorough explanation of how the unit works. He was extremely up front and honest and I felt he genuinely wanted to help me out the best he could. I had to have major work done on my attic unit as it had frozen over. Shane and his team are great!!Even though they were overwhelmed with calls in all this heat, they still got to our office at the SPCA of Polk County quickly. These guys are awesome. Super responsive and very friendly and professional. We had an issue and I initially called after hours and received a call back first thing the next morning, received an appointment the same day and Glen was able to work around some unique circumstances to diagnose the issue. We had to order a part that took a few days. As soon as the part was delivered, Tracy contacted me to let me know and Glen was at the house within the hour to finish the repairs. 5 stars all the way!

This team is amazing. They were on time, professional and the pricing was amazing. From scheduling to the job being completed. We had our local company (WA Ac heating in Trinity) come out. Their price was 3 x the $. Their techs couldn’t answer questions etc.HOWEVER!, BEST AIR tech Glenn was on his A game, was able to quickly diagnose and service our system. I called late afternoon and they were able to get a tech out by end of day. I so appreciated their response time and the fact they were able to repair my unit so that I had a cool house that night. We have been customers for 20 years. They always come out right away when we have a problem. This summer our air conditioner needed to be replaced. They came out and gave us a quote on the price. That week it was installed. Their office staff and the air conditioner techs were so courteous and efficient and did a great job. They really are the Best! Highly recommend Best Air.

I called Monday morning to have a evaluation done, office staff were very friendly. Owner returned call minutes later and by mid morning a service man was there. Early afternoon I had multiple bids. By Wednesday the installers were at my home. New equipment installed with total satisfaction. Most noteworthy is all staff were responsible and friendly. Exceeds five stars!!

If you are looking for a company that is honest, very responsive, and knows their craft I would highly recommend Best Air Conditioning and Heating. My first call was an early Sunday morning after a sweltering night without A/C. They arrived right on time and got me going again. I knew the system was on its last leg so when it failed again these guys were my only call. We scheduled someone to take a look at my system, provide a quote, and I had a new system installed the same week. Im very happy with my unit and this companys service. I now only have one phone number for A/C work.

Called office I’m the morning and was told I’d have a service man at my home after lunch. About 3 hours later I got a call from Tyler stating he’d be at our home in 30 minutes. He came in with his equipment and did the necessary repairs. He cleaned up debris from the AC unit and explained what caused our problem. He was very courteous and even pet our dogs who stood watching him work. I was extremely pleased with this company employee and will not hesitate to call them again.

Tyler and Jake came to our rescue this morning. These two technicians arrived on time. They listened to our issues and made a thorough exam of our HVAC system. The problem was diagnosed and action taken to correct the problem. Tyler and Jake were very professional and friendly. They got the cold air going and we appreciate the respect they showed to our home and equipment. Best Air did the spray foam insulation and installed this system when we built the house. First unit purchased in 1976. Since then two more units. Service has been excellent. They worked with me to upgrade attic insulation and complete replacement of air distribution system.Very professional, well trained techs. Timely.

Listen up folks, you wont meet a nicer bunch of people west OR east of the Pecos, from the women in the office answering phones and (running the show) to Glen one of their great technicians.I had an A/C emergency this morning (heat pump frozen, Dad on oxygen and puppy dogs panting) anyway, I called first thing this morning and Glen showed up an hour later, got us going again temporary while he orders a part, should be here in a couple days and then he will be back to fix it completely.Glen was professional, well mannered, clean and extremely knowlegable.Bottom line is that you wont go wrong using Best Air Conditioning and Heating, they truly are the best.

Called this morning to request service for noisy outside unit of heat pump. They sent Tyler out at 12:30...the same day! Tyler was the nicest, most professional, and extremely knowledgeable young man. He wore his protective mask when entering our home. Turned out our unit had iced from the extreme weather of URI. He had it defrosted and set our thermostat correctly. He also helped us better understand the workings of our heat pump. Thank you Tyler and Thank you Best Air for hiring a great employee!

The AC in my rental house was leaking a great deal of water. I automatically called my regular AC service company in the morning, but when I did not an ETA by almost 4 pm, I called Best Air. Shane assessed the urgency of the issue and got a service person to come to my house within an hour. Juan was very professional and pleasant. He explained the problem and fixed it. And they did not charge me an arm and leg for it. Thank you Best Air for coming to my rescue.

We have used BEST AIR for about 20 years. They put our first unit in and after 18 years we have replaced it with a brand new one and we love it. BEST AIR sees to all and goes that extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied with their product and their service. Highly recommend!!!

I have used several local companies over the year and this one was the BEST experience of all. Techs were well trained and knowledgeable. Price was affordable, service was courteous polite as well as quick! I highly recommend this company and will be using them from now on!

We have used Best AC since moving to the lake. We have always had great service. We recently had the yearly AC/furnace check with no issues. Last weekend when we turned on the AC it blew hot air only. When the tech came out this week to check why we had heat on the AC we found out our new thermostat was not hooked up properly by our son.But we also found that when the yearly furnace check was done by Best AC the system was not checked to ensure it was operating properly. We now have been charged for yearly check up and another $123 for the visit this week.

I have called Best Air for two issues during the past year. Shane Moffatt, the VP of Sales and Service, made the service call on a Sunday to repair a bad switch on our AC unit within an hour of our call. This was during the summer! The second time was today to have an issue evaluated for cooling the upstairs. Shane made a recommendation and we acted on it and it was modified and made a difference immediately. Cant say enough about how good these folks are for response time, affordability and the quality of the personnel. Thanks!!!

Tech arrived at promised time to troubleshoot a problem with my heating system. He was efficient and thorough in troubleshooting my problem, and quickly isolated the cause of the problem. Repairs were made and my heating system was working again. Throughout the entire procedure, he explained what he was doing and was very personable. Wouldnt hesitate to have Best come out again if I had any problems with my HVAC system.

I have used these guys twice. They are reasonable in their pricing and everyone is so professional. If I have heating or air conditioning needs in the future, Best Air will be my first call!

Highly highly recommend. AC quit late yesterday afternoon (Thursday). Family gathering planned this weekend. Technician came out early this morning (Friday). AC up and running again. Repair very reasonably priced. If there was an option of assigning more than 5 Stars, Id assign them more than 5 Stars.

My AC stoped working and I called best Air. The circuitboard on my AC unit Had a burnt spot on it, but it was still working and it had been like that for past year or so. The technician found out the reset button was switched off without further diagnostic he reset my AC and told me that I need to replace the circuitboard. Before he came over I had opened up my thermostat and bought another one from Home Depot, thinking that my thermostat might be bad but I never finished installing it. He told me that was not a good thermostat so he sold me one for $138+services $80, and he also did the early maintenance that he did every year BUT NOT ANYMORE, the total bill was around $280. After a week I had the same problem and when I called him he told me the same thing that I need that circuitboard that cost over $550 to be replaced. A friend of mine recommended another technician when he came over he diagnosed it properly and found out that Their were 2 wires touching each other which were causing shortage, The two wires were coming from outside for the thermostat and he replaced them. The AC started working and he told me even if I had replaced the circuitboard the shortage would’ve burned the second one as well. I had him replace the board as well. I will have him replace that as well but my concern is what if Best Air would’ve replaced the circuitboard and or down the road the second board would’ve burned as wel I will have him replace the Circuit board this week and it’s a lot more reasonable than the price was given to me by Best Air .

This is the way to run a business. I have used Best for the last four years and would not think of using another company for my a/c and heating service. They go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. Courteous, professional, competent. Enough said!

Called and they had a tech out to my house in less than 20mins and had us up and running in no time. Forgot our techs name, older guy, perfect service! Will def use them again if needed.

First off they installed the wrong size unit inside my house and I had to cut through a wall myself for them to make it work then when it came to a warranty service call they ripped me off and charged me for parts under warranty and just worded it differently. Truly not honest people !

The tech was on time or ahead of time. He was very professional. It looks like next year I will need a new air and heat system. The cost of the coolant has gone through the roof. Not your fault, just the goverment.

This is a great company do give my business to my ac stopped cooling at night so first thing in morning I called them and tech named Jacob was outside in 20-25 mins (I live in cedar point subdivision ) very professional guy whom I told to be as quiet as he could as my family was still asleep and this nice gentleman was literally quiet and did his job really quick without causing any noise at all I will definitely call them again for my cooling / heating needs
