He was referred by a friend and weve gladly referred him to others ourselves. The first time we called Affordable AC Services those years ago, Ricky arrived promptly and did a $200 repair when other big-name companies wanted to charge us as much as $13,000 to replace our system! He continued to service our old AC for several years at very reasonable prices, until we finally decided to get a new system, with no pressure from him. Ricky gave us a great deal on new, high-efficiency Trane units, easily 40% to 50% less than other competitors offers! He even gave us tips on how to double our warranty coverage at no extra cost! Ricky is honest, fair, easy to deal with and makes great recommendations but will never push you into buying any of his services or offerings.Truly a stand-up guy from a stand-up company!

We have a home warranty through AHS; affordable has been on our property two times and both experiences have been bad. The most recent time was today. We made the request yesterday first thing in the morning. They did came today, which made us hopeful it’d be fixed today. Affordable uses this tracking app to let you know the technicians arrival time which is nice, but not enough to make up for the poor service. The feels like temperature today is 110 & we already stayed one night without AC. When they arrived we had a wasp nest on the underside (by the hose) of the unit and we were willing to eradicate it immediately(had to find the wasp spray). My mom, who is 71 was there meeting them, asked the tech to wait while she handled it and he refused to wait per his boss. I spoke to the tech and he said there is nothing he can do. It’s not his call. We would never put anyone in danger and were going to fix the problem. This company didn’t have

My A/C went down this afternoon and Ricky squeezed me in on a busy day; now my A/C is running nice and cold. Affordable AC is the only company I will even consider when I replace my antique of a unit this fall.
