AC Repair and Insulation by Complete Comfort Control

Over the past several years I have used Complete Comfort Control for all my A/C needs, through a home warranty program. They have always been prompt, friendly and taken care of the problem the first time. Recently they installed a complete new unit for me. I am totally pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

This is our first time using them. The AC repair guy tried to sell a cleaning service and refused to change the capacitor without paying for the clearing service claiming it might go bad if he does not clean it. The unit is clean and has some small leaves on it. A hose of water would have removed the leaves. He was informed that the capacitor is the problem and to change it-- even if it breaks down tomorrow we are okay with it, realizing he wanted to make a sale. A sales pitch followed and the price dropped from 350 to 250 in a mn. This is not right and situation intimidated style knowing it is over 86 degrees inside the house.I do not recommend this company for anyone. Especially for elders. Honesty is important in this business as in others. You will be sales intimidated and left with a broken part if you do not pay for the other stuff he tries to sell. The receptionist was kind and helpful but the repair man who claimed to be the main guy in the company, is not customer friendly and pushes for an unnecessary sale. This is wrong!!!The issue was not if maintenance. When the house is 89 degrees and children in the house, a technician refuses to change a unit even though the owner says please change even if it breaks down, it is not about maintenance. The unit was clean. It was a decision to not fix since the owner knew it was not the maintenance but the sale. In any event, is this how a company deals with an upset customer. Yiur customer clinician sent a text of threat and a lie. That needs to stop!

This is the best AC service around. Mr. Turner will treat you honestly and fair. Ive used his service at my home and always been 100 percent satisfied. I also use Complete Comfort Control for all of our Church needs they are the best.

Mr Turner sets an example on how to run a small business. The formula is not hard . Just be honest , charge customers fairly and keep up with communication. Not all businesses do this but Mr Turner does
