We continue to have good experiences with the Schneider team. We had a situation over the weekend and we were assured we would hear from the scheduler “first thing Monday morning.” At 8:00am sharp, they called me and had a tech at our home within the next few hours. Noe was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. These guys rock!

Scheduled fall HVAC maintenance with Schneider. They were very flexible when I had to reschedule due to illness and kept me informed of my appointment status via text and phone call from the tech. The tech did a great job explaining everything from the PM and providing recommendations based on his assessment. Would highly recommend.

Noe was polite, professional and through. He presented all the issues and solutions in a manner we could understand and make a decision. I would highly recommend Schneider Mechanical for any HVAC work.

My A/C quit working on Sunday. I left a message with Schneider Mechanical on Sunday afternoon reporting my problem. I received a call at 8:20 on Monday morning from the technician who was on his way to my house. He got here before 9:00 and was extremely professional and competent. He sorted out the problem in about half an hour and replaced the part that had failed.

Scheduled a regular maintenance visit, Noe texted me he was on his way, called when he was half way here. Showed up right on time, asked me if I had any concerns or questions before he started. Noe was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the service done, debriefed me on the unit status, paid, and off to his next appointment two doors down. Give those folks a try, you wont be disappointed.

Tech is very knowledgeable, and showed up on time. I’m confident we will get my AC up and running. No other company in town seems to be able to tackle these very problematic and way too technical communicating systems I have.

Our technician was fantastic! He came out in the pouring rain and connected his test devices. He found that we had no refrigerant pressure in the line. He next looked at the inside part our mini-split but did not find any refrigerant leaks. He gave us clear options with the rain pouring off him on the choices we had. He gathered information from the outside and inside units and let us decide how to proceed.We had another technician from a different company come out and the technician didn’t do anything but say we needed to replace it.

Keith was very thorough and checked all the heating components as well as washing down the outside unit.

My furnace was acting up and called Schneider for service. They were able to come out same day! Noe was knowledgeable and worked through the system to diagnose. All the staff I worked with were helpful and friendly, will definitely use Schneider for any HVAC needs in the future.

Great and immediate response. Work was completed efficiently and effectively prior to 10:30 AM.Technician ensured system reboot and coordinated thermostat for both temperature and humidifier prior to his departure. Wine Cellar is now working efficiently without additional attention and activities as a home owner.

Schneider Mechanical has always taken care of my HVAC since it was installed. They are very friendly and keep you informed of everything they are doing.They arrived very quickly the one time I had an emergency.

The service technician was very professional and personable. He had no problem answering my questions as he attempted to troubleshoot the problem. He did not find any visible leaks in the system that could be attributed to the CH35 error code; however, the system did need additional refrigerate. Refrigerate was added and to date the error code has not reappeared.

Repairs were done in our Wine Cellar Refrigerator. They carefully dismantled the unit, removed the defective part and installed the correct part. They arrived timely and were very polite and took care not to scratch floors or leave any mess behind. They performed work as Certified Technicians, keeping our units Warranty valid. Highly recommend Schneider Mechanical! A+ Service! The office staff who schedules appointments is also really friendly and professional and truly good about updates as to any scheduling changes (which we had due to road closures/ winter storm). We needed a new HVAC when we purchased our house. Schneider Mechanical came highly recommended and we can see why. They worked with us to select and install a system giving us options with the efficiency ratings to make the choice. I have a 5 port York/JCI mini-split system that I have had problems with for over two years. The previous company that did the original warranty work was just terrible and we had to stop working with them.Fast-forward those 2 terrible years and I found Schneider Mechanical and requested to talk to a tech before they visited, so I could explain the issues and the failed work of the previous company. Steve called back and we spoke for 20 minutes and I could tell that this guy knows how to troubleshoot/find & fix problems.On Steves first visit, he identified the issues and had everything resolved and working in a couple hours. No more errors and shutdowns! It just took the patience of a great technician.A couple weeks later, Steve came out again to re-route a drain line. The work and the expertise just shined. He had pin-point precision, removing the tiniest amount of drywall to re-route the line.If I could give 10 stars, I would!

My heater wasnt blowing warm and the team got to me so quickly. Krystal reached out ASAP and offered their first available and offered to get me in sooner if there were any cancelations. I called Schneider Mechanical because they had great reviews and were local which is important to me. I had a response within 24 hours and an estimate for a new system within 48.The estimate was very competitive and we received a fair discount for paying with a check. They were at my house within a week after signing the agreement. The techs were punctual, professional and worked very clean.I am in the construction industry and know how challenging it can be to find quality contractors. We couldn’t be more pleased with the Schneider Mechanical team and would highly recommend them to anyone that is having HVAC issues.

Uriel was the only tech that was able to solve my issues. Now we have freezing cold AC in the Texas heat! I will be calling him again if I need anything.

Schneider’s mechanics were professional and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job replacing my 24-year-old HVAC system. They gave me an honest estimate of what I needed for my home and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them and will use them for my ongoing maintenance needs.

Update: the owner called an apologized for the miscommunication and issues and took responsibility. Still an annoying situation, but I appreciate and respect the follow up.First they lost my appointment, they were still able to come at the time they had said. I explained to the dispatcher my issue. Their one employed technician is only allowed/capable to do quick easy repairs so he left within 10 minutes and explained they would send a quote to do my repair some other time, meanwhile my AC is still not functioning headed into the weekend. No further meaningful diagnosis was done and the technician left. They then sent me a bill for $69 because they drove out and did nothing but waste my time.

The team has always been diligent with maintaining regular maintenance. I don’t have to remember, they do. And we have some unique filters that require a special order, and they always ensure the filters are available. Again, I don’t have to remember, they do. And when we have had a repair issue, they respond to my request literally in minutes and I have always experienced a “same day” response. They are polite, professional and extremely efficient. I’ve done business with them for five years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.A new technician provided fall service today. Ty was on time, but more important, he spent the time to correct some issues that had developed in our systems. He went the extra mile, as this outfit does on a regular basis. I can’t recommend them highly enough and Ty is just the latest reason I put my trust in this company.

I had Schneider Mechanical install my new AC unit a month or so ago. It was time to replace my older unit so I began the process of trying to find a reputable HVAC installer. The first two quotes were definitely in the appropriate price range but I was very surprised at the candor of some of these companies. There just seemed to be an arrogance you might say. One of the companies that came out to quote actually took the panel off my ac unit, leaving wires exposed and just took off for another job leaving all the screws etc on top of my ac unit just laying there. When he called a week later to ask if I was going to use him, I explained the situation to him. He had totally forgotten about leaving the system torn down and apologized. Nevertheless, I finally came across Schneider Mechanical and was impressed from the very beginning. These folks are super well organized and really have it together. They were affordable, informative and simple to deal with. My unit was quickly and professionally installed in no time at all. What a fantastic company. Hire with confidence! We are so grateful for Schneider Mechanical. A few years ago they replaced our downstairs AC unit and did a fantastic job. Fair prices, showed up exactly when they said they would, did the work and fully explained each thing they did.Last night our upstairs unit was on the fritz. Thermostat set to 75° but it was 86° and climbing. I called Schneider but it was after hours. The tech I spoke with told me he could come out that night but would have to charge overtime cost since it was after hours. If it wasn’t an emergency he could get me on the books for today. It was not an emergency and I was glad he even gave me the option. This morning I spoke with Jennifer to see when someone would be able to come out. She had me on the schedule for someone to come between 2-5pm and they would call when en route. The tech called at 11:48am and said would be here in 20 mins. Right on time, Ty arrived and fixed our problem. Priced us fairly and didn’t try to upswell anything. Since it’s a much older unit, he could easily have told us we just needed to replace it.We will definitely continue using Schneider Mechanical for all our AC needs. And would highly recommend them to anyone out there who needs work done! What a fantastic company!!!

I called in the early afternoon, was able to get same day service for the evening. The team arrived during the time window and resolved my furnace issue within 20 mins.The team was very professional and polite.Have used bigger companies before and have been disappointed, not so with Schneider Mechanical.Highly recommend them!

It’s a shame that I’m not able to rate this company higher than Five Stars. A/C was going out, and we were roasting inside our home. I called two other “reputable” companies to give me an estimate. With doing minimal research into the issue, both companies made snap judgments that I needed a whole new system. The estimates were as high as $10,000. Of course this didn’t seem right to me. I called Brandon Schneider at Schneider Mechanical, and he came out immediately. After thoroughly reading into the issues, he advised me that I did NOT need a new system as the others had advised. He told me he needed to order a part and that he was confident it would fix the problem. And if not, he would dig deeper and find out what would. It took a few days for the part to come in, but luckily we had a few days of cool-ish weather and weren’t sweating to death. He came out as soon as the part came in, installed it, and BOOM! A/C blowing cold as ice! And still is. He fixed my A/C, AT A FRACTION of the cost it would’ve been had I not made that call to Schneider Mechanical. Brandon was prompt, courteous, professional. He respected my wishes that we communicate via email as I’m not able to be around my phone at times because of work. Answered every email immediately. I can’t say enough about my experience. Customer service and integrity are lacking these days....and Schneider Mechanical makes it their mantra. Brandon told me that he treats every home like it is his own, and does what he would want done if the tables were turned. You can TRUST these guys! Thank you again Brandon.

This place is amazing. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We contacted Schneider Mechanical by email at 0600. Brandon Schneider returned my email by 0630. He was able to squeeze me in that morning before his first appointment. He showed up about 0900 and was able to replace a part and get my AC going by 0915. Super nice guy and super professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in crisis.

Called Schneider Mechanical in the morning after my AC went out the night before. They sent Jimmy out within a few hours. Jimmy did an excellent job fixing the issue (drain pipe clog), made recommendations for future upkeep, and the price was a lot less than I expected. Whats Texas without a working AC? Its hot!!!! My ac stopped working a few days ago. I tried troubleshooting it until I was unable to take it anymore. I prefer to stay locally, did a quick internet search in the area and Schneider Mechanical in Liberty Hill came up as number 1. Everything was flawless, and professional. I couldnt of asked for anything more.I received a reply to my text almost instantaniously after I sent my plea for help:) The communication at the office was phenominal as was my technician, Steve. Brandon was great! Called ahead of time, arrived earlier than scheduled which was fabulous, and then came in and had a good idea of what the issue was. Found blown capacitor, grabbed new one from his truck and installed. AC came back on and started cooling again! Very courteous and quick. Highly recommend them for your cooling and heating concerns! We called on a Sunday morning after a light freeze following an unseasonably warm day—our very outdated HVAC system had stopped working completely. Ty arrived quickly and was both professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and was able to get out heat working while offering advice on more permanent repairs (in our case, it is a system replacement, which was in no way a surprise). We understand that Sunday mornings are a difficult time to be on call, but we very much appreciated his time and expertise.

Top notch AC repair folks. TY answered the phone on the first ring and was out at the house diagnosing the problem in just under 2 hours from the time I called. He showed up looking professional and introduced himself. Normally I wouldnt mention those two things but having worked with tons of contractors it is not as commonplace as you would hope. He found that it was low refrigerant and got us filled up and we are back cooling down ready to go.Very disappointed in my regular go to AC company who is supposedly open on Saturday but never answer the phone when I need them. My two technicians, Jacob and Allan were heroic. They arrived thirty minutes into my three hour time window, were friendly and courteous and promptly fixed my AC problem. My house is cooling down nicely. The cost was a fraction of what I had envisioned. I would recommend them to my best friends and family members.

Schneider Mechanical really came through for me. My A/C Compressor went out but was covered by an Extended Warranty from American Standard. The first place I had come out diagnosed the problem, but wouldnt do the work because they didnt do Extended Warranty work. The second place I called said they would honor the warranty but couldnt send someone out for over a week. I called Schneider and they said no problem - they would gladly honor the warranty and they had a tech out that afternoon to evaluate it. The next day they had the new compressor installed and the system re-charged. Everyone was professional, on-time, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you guys!

Picture this ... its mid-September in Texas, and seeming like this horrendously hot summer is never going to end. Its just after 2 p.m. and the temperature is already 80° in my house, and I dont even wanna imagine what itll be come 5 p.m.. I look up local HVAC repair shops and come across Schneider Mechanical in Liberty Hill. They come highly recommended, so I waste no time in calling them, all the while hoping theyll be able to send out a technician today!Not only did the tech come, he was there within 1.5 hrs.! Daniel Sydney was awesome, locating the problem rather quickly and fixing it just as fast!! And the price was very fair, too!! He couldnt get anyone out that night, but I told him that was not a problem, just schedule a technician for Monday. Great people who show up during their work window and get the job done quickly. I called many companies before having Schneider mechanical come out. I have a two AC unit house needing a full replacement so i knew it was going to be a big job. I got about 6 quotes and Schneider was cheaper than all but one, but WOW did that one sound like they had no idea what was going on.I was happy with the cheaper price point, but i decided on them because of how they were able to give me information on the phone, walk me through the process, and they sounded like they knew their stuff!I AM SO THRILLED THAT I DID! WOW! NOT ONLY IS MY HOUSE COOLING FASTER AND BETTER BUT IM SAVING SO MUCH MONEY ON ENERGY WITH THE NEW EFFICIENT UNITS!If you get a chance request JAKE SCHNEIDER BY NAME! His brother owns the company, and they have a few people on their crew as far as i could tell, but wow did Jake do such a great job.More importantly, i got such a good vibe off Jake, I actually left home after about an hour or two and left him alone in the house. not normal for me. Schneider Mechanical is the best in the business when it comes to HVAC and customer service, Period. So grateful to have this local, honest and reliable company here for the Liberty Hill area!!Our on-site technician, Ty called to let us know when he was in route, he showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue on our HVAC heat pump system which had frozen up during the last two February cold spells.Service charge was very reasonable and they didnt add any unexpected fees or cost. Ty even provided a couple recommendations for a bedroom air duct improvement (unrelated to this call) that we asked about while he was on-site.Will definitely call Schneider Mechanical for all our future HVAC service needs.

I had Schneider Mechanical install an AC unit in my shop. I gotta say this thing is really nice, my customers always compliment it and talk about how comfortable it feels in here. Schneider was quick, responsive and had a really decent price tag! Cant Go wrong!

Technician was well trained in the type of wine cellar split cooling system that needed replacement of the outside compressor. They have all the tools necessary to evaluate potential issues and keep them organized in good working order. During his final check of the system, the technician discovered that the related breaker on the house electric panel was not working reliably, which may have been the cause of failure of the old compressor.

Schneider Mechanical are always on time and very thorough. They have made many emergency runs to diagnose problems with our wine A/C unit and can usually complete fix the problem within 24 to 48 hours if parts need to be ordered.

Overall good. Could have cleaned up around furnance better. Install was great. Had problems, but where able to work around them. They did install a new alarm on discharge hose. Had a question, in the past we had to pour bleach down this discharge hose, it is now sealed. Do we no longer need to do this. If yes, how, since the access point is now sealed.

The whole team is very professional. Ashley is great about setting up an appointment time that works for you. You get a call when the tech is on his way. The technicians come prepared to diagnose and address any common problem. They have an escalation process for the tricky problems. So reliable. I have used them on both my HVAC systems and they made them hum.

Guys showed up on a Friday evening to fix my ac. Everyone else wouldn’t make it till the next day and it was my daughters birthday party. These guys new what they were doing did it in a timely manner and helped analyze the cause of the problem to help prevent from it to happen again. I texted at 5:30 AM when I noticed my AC unit was not cooling. They had someone out by 9:00 AM that same morning and got it up and running. Great service and would use them again.
