Originally, another company told us the whole air conditioning unit would need to be replaced on the inside for about $5k. Rob (our technician) showed up about 20 minutes after I had called dispatch, AND he was able to get our air on in less than 30 minutes. Also, he was able to advise me if further action was required. He was super professional and honest and made my day so much cooler (pun intended.) Highly recommend this company!

We called and a technician, Rob, was out in less than half an hour! We were amazed. The problem was complicated, a friend was on site helping and I was on the phone from out of state. After Rob left and we had to work on some of the issues on our end, he was available for 2 phone calls to help us trouble shoot and wound up coming back out and spending a great deal of time helping us resolve the issue, even though it wasnt technically his job/a mechanical issue- he just stayed out of kindness to make sure we got everything working. We are so grateful! 10/10 would recommend!

We had an issue with our mini split. Dillard and his team quickly responded to our service request, professionally provided a quick replacement to bring comfort back into our game room. Unbelievable service. AC went out of course on 100* day, at 4:45pm on Friday! They sent a technician the next day. Relay and a capacitor, done! Yeah I paid extra for the weekend call, but it was worth every penny. Technician was friendly, polite, went right to work. Thank you!

They ended up replacing the compressor and recharging the system as it was defective from the manufacturer. The moisture buildup was concerning so the blower was turned down to decrease static pressure. The plenum has an undesirable structure so they explored an extension. Upon opening it up they found dampers closed to multiple supply vents. The air feels more evenly distributed and cooler so far. We appreciate their steadfastness in solving our issues. We feel confident that they will take care of any further issues we might have, but we feel like they took care of everything that was causing our issues. Thanks!Update [1-14-25]: It only makes sense, for a family who has lived inside an anomalous cone of weather silence in three different states, that our HVAC would suffer from an anomalous bought of summer symptoms in the dead of the days long Texas winter. Clint was great. He gave me some troubleshooting steps since the system was working when he was here. I called at 4am this morning and got a call back when they opened at 8am. Clint was scheduled the same day. Liberty Air LLC is great. Always friendly and accommodating.

The HVAC person that installed my unit flaked on me 3 days in a row and ghosted me on the 4th. I called these guys and they had someone at my house in under 30 minutes. The tech assessed the problem and came back in the afternoon to fix it. They were polite on the phone, I received text updates and the tech himself talked me through and showed me what was going on with my unit. A+ service all the way.

Liberty Air is AMAZING! From the office staff to the technician and then the crew that came to our house. Everyone was so professional and friendly. We were luckily able to get our unit inspected the same day we called. After it was inspected we were given several options for fixing the problem. We never felt pressured to pick one over the other. The office staff was great with all the questions my wife had and we were then able to make an informed decision. We thought we were going to be without A/C still for almost another week due to the weekend, holiday and scheduling. We got a call a couple hours later that there was a cancellation and the full crew came within 30 minutes and worked hard for several hours to get us up and running again. We can’t recommend and thank Liberty Air enough!!!

Wonderful company start to finish! Their scheduling is amazing. They have a tracker of the technician so you know exactly when they will be there. No waiting and wondering. The guys are very nice and respectful of your home. They clean up everything and haul away all trash. They explain how the new system works and how to maintain it to minimize repair calls and then make sure that there are no questions. I highly recommend them!

The service technician, Steve, inspected my heating system for the winter and offered me advice on ordering the correct filter to have on hand if needed for future service calls. I am very pleased with this companys prompt and efficient service.

I had another company diagnose that my 4 year old AC unit needed its evaporator coil needed replacing. They quoted me a cost over $3,000 to replace the under warranty part. I asked for clarification on why it would cost this much and no one would call me back. Liberty AIR has been a breath of fresh air (no pun intended).They charged almost half of what the other company charged and have bent over backwards to answer any questions and I was always communicated with proactively. Great company. I will not use anyone else.

Nov 2024About two weeks ago one of our handlers wasnt working properly. These guys came out the next day and within 24 hrs I had my faulty board replaced and kicking out some cold air!!A couple weeks later my other handler went out. And again, I less than 24 hrs the guys were here, on time as they said, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. And once again the house is feeling great!Honest, reliable, pricing has been totally reasonable, theyre convenient, and courteous!! Im glad these guys are in town!

Liberty Air has been nothing short of amazing. I called them at 8:00 AM today because the AC in my master bedroom went out. Being 7 months pregnant, having a functional AC while sleeping is a necessity. They immediately recognized the urgency of the situation, especially since they had serviced the AC just a month ago. By 11:00 AM, they were at my house, and by 11:30, the AC was fixed. I appreciate their promptness and the sense of urgency they consistently display.

OUTSTANDING service. Our air went out at 102 outside. They sent Rob out immediately after I called and he had us cooled off in a matter of minutes! Would recommend 100%!!!

Dishonest company that is not willing to make good on their mistakes.They charged over $1,200 to fix a leak in a condenser line at my house but it was not properly patched. Less than a year later my unit went out again. When I called them back to take a look, the same technician that made the initial patch pretended like it was a new leak and tried charging me again to fix his patch! I went into the office and tried to work it out with ownership - one person said they would, make it right, but then another partner, Dillard, texted me later and refused to fix it or issue me a refund.They also said it was necessary to discard and refill all of my refrigerant last year which I came to find out was not necessary at all.I trusted this company based on the reviews and even paid them for a yearly service contract. Dont fall for it!

This is the best heating and Air company in the area. Have always been prompt and Steve was great!

Steve was just here to do a summer check-up (I recommend getting there service package, its cheaper than most other companies and covers a lot more items.) on my residential 3-ton unit. He replaced my (provided filter) cleared out the drains, checked pressures, and washed my condenser coils. During his visit he allowed me to tag along with questions. He was kind enough to answer all my questions and gave me extra tips on how to run my HVAC efficiently and comfortably. A true professional. Thanks Steve and Liberty Air. See you all in the fall for my winter check-up.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They really cared that we were without air in the Texas heat and did everything they could to get us up and cooling as quickly as possible. The service was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Liberty Air team!

Called and spoke with Jessica and she scheduled service for me right away and Rob was here about an hour later to see what was wrong with AC unit. Unfortunately had a leak in coil and unit was frozen up is also 13 years old. Rob recommended replacement of coil and condenser and scheduled me for the coming Thursday as he had to order new parts. He also charged up system to get me by and unfroze so hopefully will last a few days till they can do replacement. This company has great customer service and people who know there business have used for several years now and very happy with my choice as Liberty Air for all my AC needs.

From the time I made the call to time the service tech assessed the problem everything went smoothly and fast! Jessica was great with scheduling and Rob was amazing w his knowledge and level of service. They were able to come out within 2 hours and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! Liberty was fantastic. I noticed a bunch of water coming from the air handler in our hallway and I figured out the drain tube was clogged and I didnt have the equipment to clear it. I called Liberty even though is was late in the evening. The lady answered the phone anyway and was very nice and understanding. I explained that I had water leaking all over the hall (it was a lot) and even though they were already booked up she managed to squeeze me in first thing the next morning. Steve came out and was super helpful and nice as well and knew right away exactly what the issue was. The pricing is very reasonable and they were fantastic overall. I would highly recommend them.

Rob was great. He fixed our problem quickly and I appreciate his offering us options and not just trying to sell us a new system on the spot simply because of its age, and advising us of options so we can plan our budget accordingly.

Technician was very thorough with his inspection. He is going above to find out if our unit is under warranty so we dont have to pay the $1,500+ cost to fix the unit, as the unit is only 5 years old, but if the developer didnt register the unit the warranty has just expired.

We are on an annual maintenance agreement. The company makes the appointments when the visits are due and provides real time tracking to know when the tech will arrive. The service is professional and complete.

Liberty Air is the place you want to use if you are needing repairs/or a system. I have used them for repair work on all our properties for a while and never have they disappointed me. In most cases they are out there that day and have me up and running without fail. In this recent transaction I had to replace my outside unit and they were on top of it. Even with having to order the unit they had me up and running quickly, and their team that came out were completely professional. So, I would highly recommend them for anyone that is needing AC or AC repair.

Didn’t even try to find the leak bc the unit was older but it could have been something obvious that could have been repaired cheaper than a 6k new unit Unit only has about 150 hours of run time if that. Looked at the unit age and said we just needed to buy a new one.

I cant say enough good things about Dillard! We had a technician out 2 times prior to his visit, and both times nothing could be found that would cause our home to stay at 80°+. I was told the unit just wasnt big enough but was confused because its worked well for the last 4 years. I was so worried the unit was going to have to be replaced. Then Dillard came out! Updated: My friend recommended Liberty Air. The a/c coil in the attic leaked and needed to be replaced. He performed a rapid assessment, and replacement with a new coil. Im happy with the work. They were professional, polite and timely.After the initial repair the A/C cooled for a couple days and stopped working well. The system still had a leak somewhere. An unusual 2nd leak was identified near the compressor. Because of the location it wasnt something they would have identified easily because the leak was so small it was difficult to identify and since a large leak was identified at the coil, we thought everything was good. Fortunately the newly discovered 2nd leak was in an area that could easily be soldered and the system was refilled and the service was no additional cost since theyd completed the extensive repair a week earlier. Im really happy with their customer service.

I came home from being out of town for 2 days. It was 80°F in my house. I reached out on Facebook for help and he not only responded in 2 minutes, he arrived at my house in 15 min. He reminded me on the importance of changing my air filters and walked me through the issues, which was the capacitor. Overall, the best service Ive had for issues with my home. Thank you. I was having issues with our AC not cooling very well. It was the original AC in the house(over 20 years old), so I was expecting to need a replacement. I called Liberty based on positive recommendations from some friends. They were able to come right out, identify the problem as a refrigerant leak, and add some refrigerant to get it working again temporarily.Additionally, we had them quote a new system to replace our existing components(gas furnace, electric AC) with all new components. I had been researching brands online for quality, as well as to get an idea for how much a new system would cost. The quote from Liberty was for an American Standard(a good brand), and a good 20% less than I was expecting based on prices I had seen online for similar systems. So it didnt take too much thought to go ahead with their estimate.When they did the install a few days later, they showed up with several people to get it done quickly. They swapped out the compressor outside in no time flat, and did the furnace install upstairs. They put down blankets to keep our carpets clean and overall were very thorough in the installation to make sure it was done right. During the install, they checked the condition of my ducts and electrical controls for the different zones and explained the zone controls to me so I could adjust it later. Since the install a month ago, there have been zero issues. The system runs great, the house is much cooler now on both floors, and the electric usage seems lower than before.They do have warranties and stand behind their installs, although I hope not to find out about that first hand.

Liberty Air installed two heat pumps for us recently. Both of our original units were twenty years old. One quit in the heat of the summer and the other was leaking freon and about to go out during freezing temperatures. We were so pleased with the first installation of the 3 ton American Standard Heat Pump that we ordered a 4 ton to be installed in January. I called several companies to get bids and most wanted more for the units and to install them. Bubba honored the quotes he gave us this summer which we appreciated since everything is going up in price. Rob and his crew were on time, professional, and taking care of walls and floors as they carried equipment up the stairs. The crew also had to climb a ladder into the attic from a closet which was a difficult job! The new updated thermostats look great and our digital readout display is easy to read and set with humidity and temperature readings inside and outside. The American Standard heat pumps look so nice outside our house and they took great care in leveling the units. They even helped my husband raise our concrete pad up so it would be level when they installed the heat pumps. Last, but not least, the crew swept and cleaned up any trash from boxes or dust from the attic. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, and work ethic. We also liked that some of the staff are military veterans and volunteer firemen. We are so glad we used a hometown company, from Liberty Hill, instead of an big city Austin company!

I returned home from two long days of driving and walked into an 84 degree house. I live in a pretty remote spot on Lake Buchanan. It was close to 5 pm and I was having no luck finding another company to come out - until I called Liberty Air. Dillard, the owner, answered the phone, and he was very polite, friendly and professional and promised to swing by after he closed up shop. He got here in less than an hour, very quickly got the problem fixed and was very easy to chat with. Good dude, good company and very highly recommended!

Our A/C went out on a Friday (of course), so we called Liberty Air. We have used them before and were happy with their services. They called back and set up a time to come out. They gave us all of our options from part replacement, piece replacement, or total unit replacement. No pressure to upgrade or up sell. Our system was 15 years old and no longer made, so we decided to replace the entire system. The entire crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and good people! Loved our pups and fun to talk to. They cleaned up and everything was working within 6 hours of arrival! Their cost was way below what my family’s business in Houston charges. Very reasonably priced. I called and left a message on Sunday asking for a call back to schedule maintenance. It is now Thursday and I have not heard back. I understand that we are in an unusually HOT July, and I am sure that they are swamped, but at least be courteous and professional and call a potential customer back. I am not in a 911 situation, but we could have at least scheduled something even if it was a week or two out. I read all the reviews online and was looking forward to working with you, but not anymore. Definitely NOT impressed.

Once again these guys save the day. I narrowed it down to the start/run capacitor… but it’s a Sunday. I figured I’d call and leave a voice mail and get my place in line for the coming week. But instead, a REAL person answered the phone! And they work weekends!!!! They came out within a couple hours and replaced the faulty capacitor. Yeah I paid a little more for a weekend service call - but everything was back up and running and I did not have to suffer through a couple days of this heat! WORTH IT! These guys do their job and they do it well. Happy Customer!!

These guys did a fantastic job replacing our air handler. They also offered some great advice on extending the life of our system. The price was fair, they cleaned up after themselves, and were very respectful. All in all a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend their services.

Our heat went out just as it’s starting to get cool. Even when I called after hours they were able to call me back within 20mins to answer my questions. Service was fast. They could not order the part needed because it was discontinued. However they were able to come up with a solution to use another part for under $100. Both techs that came out were friendly and fast. Would be happy to recommend them. In the future.

(It is now 5:11pm and my AC is running again.)He told my husband that their was a short between our unit and the thermosat. They even tried to help me unload my groceries while they were working in the heat. I had a mini split installed in my garage. The price was better than any where else and they saved me money by changing my breaker themselves so I didnt need an electrician. Definitely my go to AC guys from now on!

He was very nice, but very fast. I attempted to ask a couple questions, but he did not take time to answer them. I text him after he left asking for a call back to answer a couple questions. Did not get a response. Problem not solved. I still have water in my secondary drain pan.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!! These guys deserve it. I had them out to service my AC and now on a schedule for Spring/Fall- extremely reasonable. I had a return vent I needed moved and have been putting off so Dillard came out to take care of that and again, excellent work and extremely reasonable! I feel bad for Dillard as I was that guy that had a ton of questions around my system: ). I am far from knowledgeable with AC but was looking to automate a few things. Although my system was not quite what I expected, ask a lot of questions before you buy a spec home: ), Dillard not only took the time to educate me and explain what my options were but he called the manufacturer of my current unit to verify those options!! We had water leaking from our AC unit. The team at Liberty Air came out first thing in the morning, no questions asked. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it all within an hour. They even checked our freon levels just to make sure there were no other issues to be had.

These guys are the best. They came in, put down drop clothes to help keep the floors clean since it had rained the night before. They answered all my questions and talked me through anything I didnt understand at first. They are my life long company for A/C issues.
