This is my go to Auto Service for my Toyota cars. They are always efficient, friendly and easy to work with. The waiting area is always clean and you get Mobil 1 and quality Oil filters. They also check all your other basic lubricants as well and they never try and upsell you. Highly recommended

I’ve been going here for years and they are always so welcoming to me and my two littles while we wait. They are efficient with time and clearly explain what my car needs to stay running well. I never feel like they’re trying to sell me something I don’t need. Love this place!

I recently visited Mobile Lube 1 at 761 West Round Grove Rd on 12/8/2024 for an oil change after having my engine repaired. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted by the attendant. When I mentioned I had a Groupon, he told me there would be an additional charge, which was odd since the price ended up being the same as a regular oil change, completely defeating the purpose of the coupon.Despite this, they were the only shop open on Sunday morning, and I really needed the oil change before heading to church, so I decided to go ahead with it. However, after receiving my keys, the attendant didn’t show me the dipstick to confirm the oil level. When I got home, my husband checked the oil and found it wasn’t filled to the proper level, so he topped it off himself.In addition, none of my other fluids were topped off, as they have been during previous visits. Three days later, my check engine light came on. My husband checked the oil again and his earlier suspicion proved true—he said they had used old oil. I didn’t believe it at first, but after checking the oil change sticker, I saw it was already near time for another oil change, even though less than 2,000 miles had passed since this service.Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and the subpar oil change service. I won’t be returning to this location.

These guys take care of our cars and trucks like family! They make sure it’s right and take amazing care of us! If you need a new family mechanic, tires or oil change go to shop, they are it. If they can’t do it, they will recommend the best place for you too.

Been to Mobil 1 Lube Express several times. 1st was a tire related issue which they quickly diagnosed and repaired. 2nd was an oil/filter change which had me out the door in under 30 mins. Very professional honest and knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed with these guys!

This was my first time to Mobil 1. I found something Im not used to in a car repair/maintainance facility. Honesty. My vehicle has 90 000 miles on it and my dealer gave me a long and expensive list of repairs I needed. At Mobil 1 Lewisville, the manager and staff inspected my car, and pointed out what was really needed and not just padding to run up my bill. I cant recommend this business highly enough. They have a new customer, and will be doing all the maintenance on my vehicle in the future.

Great service and price. If your car requires, there can be additional charges. My did not. I paid for oil disposal and tax. I knew that when I purchased the service. I enjoyed a quick, pleasant experience. Will be back.

(Update!!)Went to a different mechanic to get a brake fluid change and a transmission fluid change and I have to say one of the greatest mechanic chain shops I’ve visit (first time going to a mobile 1) first reliable and affordable repairs I am happy about telling you. I really recommend this place when it comes to stuff like repairing your vehicle, the individuals I spoke to well really wise on cars and know what their talking about, it is a waiting time but for your car to last as long as you will not complain on it because they are giving a promise estimate on all parts of your vehicle so before you chose to go to cruddy mechanic shop you have had problems with or it’s your first time taking your car to a mechanic shop stop by here and tell them Carlos sent you!Came back to get my oil pan replace because the “dealership” who sold me the car sold me the car with a chipped oil pan (with them not knowing) (supposedly) I was scared on the price the were going to tell me because I went to 2 other shops and they were trying to charge me over $1,000 but when they told me the labor price I was relieved. here and there I went to look how it looked like under the vehicle and got a awesome video on it look and posted a new live picture of them resolving some problems that were a issue for my safety and they took care of it! I will always take my vehicle here and so should you! very busy place but if you come at the right time it’s the best time👍🏾

Service and people were nice, they just forgot to update me on why my car was taking a lot longer than expected. They had to run out and get more fuel injection cleaner. After that all was well. Thank you!

Had my Mercedes towed in to have my coolant reservoir replaced. After the inspection, Mobil 1 Lewisville told me that my radiator had a leak and needed to be replaced, so I authorized them to do the work. $1,300 later, I go to pick up my car ( which is a 3 plus hour drive since I live in Louisiana) and my hood is jammed and will not open (which has NEVER ONCE been a problem in the entire 10 years of me owning the car). I end up having to leave my car there another night as well as finding a place to stay that night because I was promised that first thing the next morning they would have another mechanic look at it and get my hood unjammed.The next day my hood was unjammed and I was able to start driving home but in less than 24 hours from picking it up from Mobil 1 Lewisville, my car was overheating and completely undrivable. So I ended up having to call roadside assistance and get my car towed to a Mercedes dealer in Louisiana who ended up diagnosing the problem as my radiator hoses. I ended up having to pay Mercedes an additional $1,200 to correct the work that Mobil 1 Lewisville completely looked over and failed to inform me needed to be done that was directly related to the radiator that they had replaced less than 24 hours before. Mobil 1 Lewisville offered no apology nor compensation to help pay for the nightmare of an experience I had with them. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Moved to Rockwall and we still drive there for our auto services. Really good and honest group of guys.

I did some research and discovered that Mobil 1 has the best quality oil. Had to try it out. Good service, we will see how it goes.

The BEST service in the DFW! Not only did they diagnose my issue with losing coolant, they were able to order the part and replace my radiator. Within a day the part came in and was able to get it fixed the same day. They also fixed my bumper which was hanging off and I didn’t even mention it to them to fix it. I am so grateful that a friend of mine recommended this place. The front desk guy was extremely nice and they had the best price for parts and labor. I will definitely bring my car back if I have any other issues in the future! Thank you so much!!

It’s an oil change right? Well my 2009 Venza uses Mobile one 5w30. The paperwork says they put in 0w20. I’m sure it’s fine, but not what the manufacture recommends. Says it right on the filler cap too! And as far as a Groupon goes… forget it. By the time they put their add ons in for “special” filter and a couple of other fees. It was still almost $85.00. Yes, my car needed 1.4 qts. Above the normal 5 ($12) more. That’s to be expected. Anyway, this was my first experience to have someone do it for me in 16 years and my last unless I’m unable to do it anymore. $45 vs $84 no brainer for me. Other than that it was fine.

Quick and easy to get into always professional. Have had a oil change here before but I don’t remember it was a long time ago no issues. Today stopped in for an inspection. Got me in super quick and on my way. Five stars.

Last night at 7:30 pm I was around the corner and got 2 flat tires! I walked over to the shop and found it had closed at 7 pm.....in despair I did not know what to do when out of the corner of my eye the owner came out from the back of the building and said sorry we are closed I replied with dang...I have 2 flat tires the owner then replied without ANY hesitation we will take care of you, pull your car aroundThis has to be hands down the best shop around! The way this was handled says a lot about the owner and employees. I am so grateful to them for helping me out in a time of need!

Went to change brake rotors and break pads called the center before going the perso. Promised that there is duralast gold brakes that will be installed but when I reached the same person said it’s Sunday and they have to get Napa brakes and mentioned it will be ultra premium and it will be life time warranty, the model they installed is premium low cost model and on Napa website it was mentioned it comes with 2 years warranty and the whole parts costs less than 400 dollars, where as in the bill they put 519 dollars ! They made me wait from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm to get the job done ! Absolutely unacceptable ! Will never go to this center bunch of liars !

I took my car to Mobile One Lube in Louisville, Texas, on June 22, 2024, to have my brakes fixed. Initially, I went in for a wheel bearing and brake repair due to hitting a pothole. However, I was informed that I did not need a wheel bearing, but instead needed new brakes and an alignment. Trusting their assessment, I agreed to the brake replacement and alignment.Since then, my brakes have been making a weird noise. I specifically asked if they were using OEM parts, and the technician assured me they were new, Toyota-approved parts. However, the noise persists, which indicates that something is still wrong. I returned to have them check it, but they told me they didn’t have the right mechanic available and to come back later. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the time to go back, and I’m left driving with noisy brakes.Moreover, the alignment they supposedly did is clearly not done correctly, as my car keeps pulling to the right. This not only affects my driving but also causes additional wear on my tires, meaning I’ll need to replace them sooner than expected. I paid over $471 for these repairs, and it’s incredibly frustrating to deal with these ongoing issues.Based on my experience, I would not recommend Mobile One Lube. They do not keep to their word, and their service quality is subpar. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

Mobile One in Lewisville is the only place I take my car for service. The guys are friendly and helpful. Ive always had a very pleasant experience.

Charged me 600$ to fix the check engine light by replacing the oxygen sensors. The light came back up the next day. When I went back “Israel” told me that it wasn’t the oxygen sensors, it might be something else. I don’t know why’d they change the oxygen sensors in the first place without checking the oxygen sensor levels with the scanner. Don’t be fooled by the 4.9 rating on here. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

I always have a pleasant visit here. I get my oil changed, converse a little, then Im out the door. Never longer than 45 minutes for everything. Im truly grateful for this place

Got oil change in Austin and drove to Dallas not knowing they didn’t seal the oil cap all the way. Nico was prompt on giving me all the information and a quick solution to save my car. If I lived here, I would bring my car here for all of its needs.

First time using this shop for a major repair after positive experiences with oil changes for my car and my son’s car. I explained the steering wheel trembling noises. After inspecting the car, Israel brought me to the shop to see all that was broken/leaking and in need of replacement. The work was done by the end of the day as promised, and the car drives as if brand new. I really appreciate their customer service and getting my car ready for my long trip later this week.

The staff at Mobil 1 is great. They treat all their customers great but treat the return customers almost like family. They do amazing work, use quality parts, and always do what is right for the customer.

Mobil 1 here is all about Integrity, I took my Porsche here and as soon as I pulled up they were very attentive. Not just with me, but also with anybody else! Issac helped me out and the staff definitely makes sure the work gets done. They double check the job well and shops like these are Rare to come by. I would recommend any car to this shop. It really completed the feeling of what car care actually means! Foreign or domestic I would recommend this shop here!

Friendly and knowledgeable car mechanics, brand new and clean shop with free coffee, best prices for cost and labor, good ethics, full service, open on Sundays, open later than most car mechanic shops. I am an ethnic, single woman that came in to get my check engine light diagnosed, and everyone was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. They diagnosed the problems, gave me an estimate, parts ordered and delivered the next day, and car fixed the same day. This place is great. I highly recommend!

I should have come to this place much much sooner!Both the manager and the team are extremely knowledgeable and professional.I was quoted $2K+ for my AC to be fixed at a car shop… Here at Mobil1 they were able to diagnose the issue correctly and by replacing a valve stem they fixed it completely and only charged me a tiny fraction. Brought my truck here 2 times for an oil change and both times they forgot to change the oil filter and over filled the oil. Technicians are disrespectful and will drive your vehicle as if it’s their own.

The team at this Mobil 1 Lube Service are professional and customer-centric. They always deliver prompt and polite service and fair prices. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and I am very particular about my car. The owner of this shop has made sure to keep the appropriate oil filters in stock for my vehicle since the first day I came in and I’ve been coming here ever since. I bring my car here for all of my oil changes and tire rotations. I must note that as a female (which I see several of their reviews are from), feeling safe and not like I’m getting ripped off or told that my car needs extra b.s. when it doesn’t, is the type of outstanding customer service that makes this location/shop stand out amongst their competitors. I had to service my Mazda with a radiator flush and the wheel alignment and I landed here after an extensive research and Im glad I did. Armando, Nico and Jesse provided excellent service, professional knowledge, courteous and friendly treatment and way less expensive than my dealer. No upsell and good recommendations. Their facility is top notch, the waiting room is clean with comfortable seats and have free coffee, water and all kind of drinks. Went on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and I was out in one hour and half. The car is running great. As much I like my Mazda dealer this shop got a new regular client.UPDATE: I came back this time for an air conditioning issue. At the dealer just the price of the part was more than the guys charged me for a brand new part plus other minor stuff and the labor. As usual, excellent attention, good advise and now my AC is working like just out of the factory. Next step, brakes. Get ready guys, The Italian will be back soon.

It was my first time visiting here, Mobile 1, and they take care of you real good. Even though it is not their business, they try to let you know everything about your vehicle that makes you even extra safe. Ill definitely come back next time

Nico and Branden took good care of my and my wifes vehicles. Both were at the point they needed automatic transmission, brake, power steering and coolant fluids flushed and replaced. They did a great job on both vehicles in a quick and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop for having work done to ones vehicle.

Mobil 1 is a fairly new business takeover for this location. I tried them out as I was due for inspection on two of my vehicles. I was able to get in and out pretty quick, even on a weekend. The real reason for this review is to give Nico credit for his hard work (7 days a week) and professionalism. Most people who work 7 days a week tend to have a negative response to this. Not Nico! He has a great positive attitude and he honestly enjoys what he does and it shows through with his customer service. Mobil 1 give Nico a raise! He has been there to help me each and every time going on my 4th visit (trying to get my Jeep to pass inspection). I will be back for future oil changes and alignments as Nico explained they have the latest model alignment tech. I appreciate the recognition of my military service as well. I want to thank you for your great customer service!

My tire sensor light came on and I stopped in while on my lunch break. I was helped by Nico - and he had service with a smile. He checked the tires and added air and reset the sensors and told me what to do if it happens in the future. Will definitely be back in the future and will recommend them to co-workers

Ive been here a few times to have basic service and tire repairs done on my two cars. Overall, the staff is good and has always done exactly what Ive asked them to do without trying to pressure me to buy extra stuff like so many other service shops do.The only negative experience I had was when my Chevy Bolt has a run-flat tire that was leaking so much that it went completely flat every 12 hours or so. I took it here and was literally told that there was no leak and that my tire pressure monitoring system must be malfunctioning. I then restated that the tire had completely deflated VISIBLY 4 times over the last 2 days, and they continued insisting it was not leaking and was a TPMS issue--at which point I just gave up and drove to a dedicated tire shop where within 5 minutes a guy splashed some soapy water on the tire and found the leak using a bubble check and patched it.Im just docking one star for the tire flub since everything else has been great--but it makes me worry what kind of mistakes can get made if they have people working there that will tell you to your face that your eyes seeing a flat tire is just a sensor issue.

This is a late review but a few weeks ago they did my oil change and I also ended up going to them for a leaking head valve gasket as they do more in depth work too.Only thing Id say they need to work on is over the phone time quotes - bring your work. Other than that, they do a 100% thorough & fantastic job.

I had a cracked rim and they offered to take it off and send it to someone else to get it repaired, at no charge. Great customer service and everyone was super friendly. I will definitely use them in the futureThank you!

Mobil Lube Express did a great job repairing my car and the price was very reasonable.

First time customer. Oil change only. My impression includes a knowledgeable staff, fair prices and reasonably prompt service. There was some confusion on the oil filter that caused delay but it could have happened to anyone.There is not much more one can ask for in an Auto service shop. I hope to use them long term for maintenance needs as it is difficult to find such qualities nowadays. Good job!

I literally drive 15 miles out my way to come here!! Especially after having really bad experiences at other places like Kwik Kar in Grand Prairie (garbage).I finally found a mechanic place that I don’t have to worry if they are cheating me, or if they charge me for full synthetic and then put the regular oil in my car, or other stuff that the other places do.Mobil 1 Lewisville, has a loyal customer for sure now.

It’s very early and easy as walking in they are changing my oil and even that they tell me what’s good for the car what I should do, just very helpful place and wonderful… thank you so much.

They may be quick, per them they dont use Mobil1 oil when we go oil change. they use some other cheap oil. so i wont be going back to them

Fast hassle free oil change with genuine Mobil 1 Synthetic.The negative experience I had here stems from no upfront pricing on the oil charge. I asked for Mobil 1 full synthetic and after the change was made I was charged for high mileage synthetic which is $15 more. Secondly, the technician tried to upcharge me with $40 tire rotation which isn’t necessary and worst of all showed me a cabin air filter that was dirty that wasn’t even from my vehicle and said the service is $30.I won’t be back. Should not have to worry about being scammed for a simple oil change, especially from a store that carries the Mobil 1 name.
