Kelly’s came out on a service call and unfortunately our heater needed to be replaced. We had an option for a cheaper fix but decided it was time.The work was scheduled and they no showed. When I asked they said they had the install set for the wrong day and didn’t notice it. Not sure how, I received 2 text messages and an email confirming the correct day and time. Installers were great, quick, and left no mess.Make sure you get a second quote, my other proposal did not come in time, but I could have saved $2K by going with someone else.

I’ve been using Kelly’s for over 10 years. Today, Brad and Andrew were great (as usual)! They arrived within the promised time window and completed the service in a very short period. They explained everything that they were doing, while they were doing it. I’d recommend Kelly’s to everyone!

They are very helpful and they take the time to explain what they are doing and why.I have never been pleased with the performance of a heat pump. However, they keep it performing optimally.

The service was very good except the tech’s never talked with us to provide updated. They also did not have the inspector to come in and talk with us. Other than that everything else went well!

Brad showed up on the day I requested service due to heater issue. He checked the system, noted clean filter, as well as turned on heater while in the maintenance attic. Then after he came downstairs, he ventured to the garage to show me how to perform maintenance just as he did in the attic. Only took a flip on/off of the power switch to trigger furnace and to gain heat once again upstairs AND downstairs. Very quick and easy lesson to perform heat fix. System is running well now and thermostat is also working better. Highly recommend Kellys!

I have used Kelly’s Heating and Air for years. Honest company. Upstairs A/C compressor went out. Called them late in the day on Wednesday. Out the next day Thursday to diagnose. Ordered compressor and back to fix on Friday. All during this current heat wave. Thanks Brad.

Brad came out as soon as possible after a holiday weekend and not only repaired our system, but showed us what to do if it happens again. So glad we bought our units from Kelly Heating and Air!

My AC quit working due to the capacitor dying and being low on freon. We called Kelly’s and received amazing customer service during the phone call. They were able to get us schedule same day and arrive within 2 hours of our phone call! They confirmed it was the capacitor and replaced it and found that the Freon was low and took care of that. They also cleaned the coil and checked to make sure everything else was functioning properly. My AC is now working better than it has in a long time! They didn’t try to up sell and the value is great! It’s good to know we now have an awesome and honest HVAC company we can call if we have any HVAC issues in the future! The guys that responded were SO nice and professional! HIGHLY recommend this awesome company for any HVAC needs!

When we purchase our house we called out several companies to check out our AC. It was having trouble cooling. 3 of the 4 companies told us we needed to replace both of our units and provided quotes. Kellys (Brad) was the only one that took the time to actually test the units. He added some freon and some caps to the lines. We ran the units for an additional three years before they actually needed to be replaced. Kellys was the only one we called when that time came. They have been servicing our home for 10+ years. I trust them enough to recommend them every chance I get. Great company to work with.

From the initial contact to completion of the installation Andrew was there to walk us through the entire process. The installation crew were very professional and done an excellent job. We are very happy that we chose Kelly’s Heating and Air for our HVAC needs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade, repair or just need maintenance on their units. From the first visit to discuss our needs, to the visit to plan material needed, to the actual work being done, all was banshee beautifully.The work crew arrived earlier than expected. They worked nonstop despite the ridiculously high temperatures. They were polite and friendly, cleaned up the mess caused by the idiot who owned our home before, and even pointed out something they had broken and insisted on paying to replace despite my protests.I will definitely turn to them for any future work.

These guys are incredible. From fitting us into their very booked schedule, to their friendly service and installers, this company will find the problem and get it done. And did I mention the A/C is blowing incredibly cold?! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs A/C work and repair.

I don’t know where to start with this business. Amy was able to set up an appointment with a technician next day at first but once I told her AC was out she was able to set up a same day appointment due to emergency situations. Nick the technician was prompt and respected distancing (remind you this is during COVID). He was able to diagnose, prepare parts, AND repair same day. SUPER knowledgeable, MEGA helpful. Without a doubt will be using this company for ALL my AC and heating problems!

Well, not so happy this time around! As my outside unit wasnt making the noise the afternoon they showed up, as there was a cloud cover and a cool front so, my air was set to 80 all morning. I cranked the air down while they were here, and once it came on, there still wasnt the sound I had been hearing. Probably due to the facr that it hadnt been running.So both Andrew and Brad stated they would come and put a sound barrier cushion under the unit. For me not to worry, even if i wasnt home they could get it done and then of course bill my landlord. Mind you, that sound barrier placement still hasnt happened.The following morning the air was on, and the outside unit was screaming the noise again, so I recorded it. Called spoke to Andrew he wanted me to text it. Unfortnately, it would not send that way, so I sent it to their fb business page, waited 3 days, and nothing! Called got a hold of Andrew again and well, once again he asked for me to send in text. Which my daughter was able to get it to send. It has now been a couple of weeks and still NOTHING!I believe after the Holiday, I will just call a different company. Sorry Kellys Air/Heat, but you guys have let me down!

Poor job, had to have another company fix it less than 2 years later. Kelly’s ignored my phone calls, and refused to even come look at it. They suddenly stopped servicing my area.Terrible install job as well. Many leaks in the system after the install done by day laborers. Their address is a post office so they cannot be sued. BEWARE!

Kellys Heating and Air have been our go to HVAC company for years. They are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They not only take care of our personal home system but our rental property and many of our real estate clients as well. They get the job done right the first time!

I lost my furnace after having been out of power for 30+ hours during the weather emergency in Feb 2021. I called 10 places at 8pm and 2 places responded. I had booked an appt with a different company but Andrew still FaceTimed with me at night to help with diagnostics. I thanked him for his time and told him i would reach out if I needed service again as I had already booked an early morning appt with other company. Well that company no called, no showed on me and I called Kelly Heating and Air at noon the next day. They were at my house by 4:30 and repairs done by 5. Andrew was a awesome! He explained everything they were doing and I felt he understood my sense of urgency to have heat for the night. They were a life saver and I would highly recommend!

Nick was on time and went right to work on the clogged AC drain. When he arrived he had his quote ready. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. This also including him checking the air filter and outside coils which he said were good. We have been a long time user of Kellys and have recommended them many times. Our HVAC system was 21 years old and finally gave out. We needed an entire new system . The Kelly’s team came out the very next day and out with the old and in with the new in record time. Before we new it we were up and running! Our bulldog is very happy and of course so are we! Thanks to all at Kelly’s for a job well done!

So we are looking to purchase a home that Kelly services for the owners semi annual check up. They did not install it but the outside compressor is setting on an old rotting pallet not a proper slap or pad. 3 years and no one from Kellys told them this was an issue???? Their recent inspection said nothing is wrong with the HVAC but now they want to charge the sellers $350 to replace the pallet with a proper pad. They never even addressed the rusting drip pans in the attic. Best to spend your money elsewhere.

First let me start by saying I hired a contractor to come in and replace my HVAC system. Finally after 2 months I found out the a.c. wasnt finished. I called around and no one could come in that day. I the owner Kelly came in himself and fixed the situation that same hour. This by far is the best experience Ive had with any contractor.

Andrew does a great Job and he is well Experienced and finds out the actual problem real quick. I definitely recommend Andrew to all AC/ HVAC related problems.

On Feb. 5th at 12:23pm, I called Kellys Heating & Air to discuss having my AC repaired. After talking with several other companies that told me it was most likely the capacitor, I called Kelly’s back to set an appointment. On Feb. 7th the repair man arrived disheveled and dirty, which gave me cause as to who he was. He DID NOT hook up meters or gauges to the outside AC unit or test any of the original parts to determine their status, but made the decision to replace and charge me for a CONTACTOR, FAN MOTOR, and CAPACITOR, in addition to the service call. On Feb.12th they canceled and reset my appointment for Feb. 21st at 9am. He showed up 2 hours late with the wrong fan, left and returned 2 hours later with another incorrect fan, which he went ahead and installed with an additional small part, in order to make it work. He came to my door saying he was done and wanted to be paid. I had to ask for an invoice, to which he scoffed but reluctantly obliged. That day was chilly and the AC was not needed, but the invoice stated that he had replaced the three parts mentioned above and he had displayed that the fan was working, insinuating that the AC was as well; On the 22nd however, (which was warmer) I discovered that it was not. After calling Kellys to inform them, I was rescheduled for Feb. 28th, but again no one showed. After numerous calls I received a text that they could put me on for March 7th. At this point I had paid Kellys Heating & Air $815.00 cash and still no one would show. Finally, I called DEXTERITY HEATING & AIR LLC, after a recommendation from Home Advisor, and they arrived 45 mins later. They tested everything and asked why the wrong motor was installed, informing me that the original contactor AND motor were still good. The original Capacitor, (which I had taken photos of, in addition to the rest of the original parts) had NOT been replaced as the invoice had stated, and turned out to be the ONLY part needed, as had been suggested from the beginning. The AC was finally blowing cold air, the cost was $224 in comparison, but Kellys has yet to return and will no longer take my calls.

Nice, flexible and helpful when asking questions. Crew worked hard and fast.
