Craig did a great job fixing my A/C unit. It took him only about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem - shorted contactor - and begin repairs. He also explained Barts maintenance plan, which I signed up for. Craig was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I look forward to seeing him again for winter prep. Bill did a fantastic job! I had an issue with another AC company I used and so I called Bart plumbing to come out and do a new diagnosis to figure out what the other company couldn’t, Bill was able to give me a lot more detail and spent a good amount of time looking into everything! He was also very kind and did a great job explaining everything in detail!

Brandon was on time, polite and efficient. Keith was excellent service tech and very knowledgeable on AC systems. He completely checked out the unit and didnt stop at what he thought was the problem which could have been a couple of things. I wish I went with him from the beginning cause I was diagnosed wrong the first time. Technician Bill Ketchell did an outstanding job fixing our HVAC’s heater. He was able to properly diagnose an electrical circuit board issue that was intermittent and difficult to duplicate. Bill’s a very conscientious technician who displays meticulous workmanship, I highly recommend him!

We had a mini split system installed in an older home; the installers did a great job installing the blower units in the home and running all the lines. Upon follow up service, installed remainder of external service line covers and anchor bolts for condenser unit. One minor note: for our system, due to the heat, the unit couldnt be programmed for heating but Barts will come back and finish once the temps drop down - this did not in any way effect the cooling capability of the system. We are very happy with the performance of the Samsung WIndFree units, the overall installation, purchasing experience and guarantees offered. Its definitely worth the upgrade and cost and sure beats window units and temp AC units!

Craig was awesome and very professional!! He found that an expensive repair that my sellers were initially told by another HVAC company needed to be done, did not need replacing at all. The system just needed to be cleaned. This saved my sellers a ton of money!! Thank you so much Craig for your expertise and honesty. BART’s team arrived on time with all equipment and supplies required to complete the work. We had a handler replacement and duct cleaning. The 3 techs were knowledgeable, polite and left our home clean and neat. BART’s is our regular HVAC service provider. We are always pleased whenever we deal with them. We had a leak in our ceiling from the a/c drain pipe, and initially called our home warrant company. The tech they sent created a laundry list of expensive repair issues, most of which the warranty company wouldnt cover. I called Barts for a second opinion, and their technician Craig came out almost immediately. He fixed the issues causing the leak, and let us know that we didnt need most of the other repairs the home warranty tech had suggested. He also checked our outside unit to ensure it was running correctly. Issues resolved!I highly recommend Barts for their quick response and for Craigs skilled professionalism. If we have any furlture a/c issues, well call Barts. They really care about their customers.

I had a check up of my mini split system. They found a slow leak in the condenser. They ordered a new one and once it arrived setup a time with me to replace. The reason I have given 5 stars is they showed up on time, replaced the condenser and recharged the system so I am up and running again.

I was having major issues with all 3 of my AC units with 1 dripping water from my ceiling. Craig was at my house within hours of my call. He was quick to diagnose and got 2 of the 3 units working and a quote to repair the 3rd one which had a major refrigerant leak. Billy and John were so efficient and nice! They did the full install and were quick but thorough. They even vacuumed our floor when the insulation was coming from the attic. I cannot recommend Barts enough. I called Monday with an issue, they had someone out within 4 hours, and two days later my problem is fixed and it wasn’t a small job. If you’re looking for an AC place, Bart’s is the place to call! We used them a year ago and came right back for this issue in a new house. Once again they don’t dissapoint!

Bart’s is wonderful! We have had a few different techs come to our house and each one was friendly, courteous and helpful. They always answered our questions and even let our four year old “help” on occasion.

Technician was a nice guy and went through the whole system for our annual checkup. Glad I wasn’t paying him hourly though because he turned a 30 minute job into well over an hour due to phone calls and trouble figuring out billing. He was 4 hours early for my appointment, but that’s better than being late.

Bill Ketchell, the tech, who performed the work at my house was very friendly, knowledgable, and a complete professional. Our AC was not working properly and after trouble shooting it was determined that the AC was icing up due to freon leak. This was not fixable and needed a new AC as it was leaking freon. Bill, coordinated with the business office at Barts for a reasonable replacement AC and scheduled an installation for the next day, on a weekend. Did the install and all the work very professionally.I am very happy that Bill did all the work. And would ask for him for any future HVAC work at my house.I have been on Bart’s maintenance plan for about 3 years now, since we bought this house and I have always been satisfied with their work.The young lady at the office, Christina, is also very professional, helpful and responsive. When I called her for the AC issue she jumped right on it and scheduled a tech (Bill) visit the same day.People like, Bill and Christina, both demonstrated extraordinary courtesy and thinking outside-the-box to help and find a solution to our AC problem.Thanks Bill and Christina!!!!

Jordan Stevenson fixed our furnace several months ago and did a great job, so when we had recent issues with our air conditioner, I called Bart’s right away and asked for Jordan. He showed up to our house right on time and went about troubleshooting our A/C issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, patiently answered my questions, and then fixed the issues that he found. Unit works great now. Jordan is definitely my go-to guy for HVAC work!

One of my AC Units stopped running recently. I was faced with the task of searching for a local HVAC company (unfortunately the family owned HVAC company I used for 20 years sold out to a larger company). I always try to support local businesses.I found Barts Heating and ACs - a locally owned company with high ratings, reviews that stand out, and one of the owners is a US Veteran. I was so impressed by the level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. To start with I was very impressed with Renee who answered the phone intially and scheduled my appointment and followed up with me. Keith arrived later that day to diagnosed the problems with my AC Unit. He recommended repairs I could get by with for now. Keith did not pressure me into purchasing a new AC Unit like the other two companies who came by did. Josh and John (who is a US Veteran also) arrived the next day to install the new AC Unit, and they were a pleasure to work with (I decided to purchase a new AC Unit because I keep pouring money into my 1998 Unit year after year. I decided I put the repair money towards a new Unit this year). Like Keith, Josh was very professional. He took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The entire experience was seamless and positive.I have a perfectly cool home now! I feel this entire team was perfectly honest with me... and I trust them. Our unit went out on the evening of July 3rd. I called and some was sent out on the morning of July 4. Very impressive. They fixed it and charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

The team were friendly and worked continuously until they finished. It appears they they installed the equipment properly. The one thing that was overlooked was the large cardboard box the ac came in.I am completely satisfied with the job they did.

The installers of my ac unit did great. The technician did an inspection after. He came 2 hours earlier from the appotinted time he also has a bad attitude. I Asked him if the ac unit was able to hook up to the wifi/ phone. He told me no. My friends came over and were able to hookup the ac unit to wifi and my phone. This was all spelled out in the Manual

I would say, generally, most HVAC companies know what they’re talking about. Most have roughly the same equipment or comparable. What separates Bart’s, in my opinion, from everyone else is their customer service and genuine care. Bart’s was by far the most honest and caring company I talked to. They were concerned about what I needed instead of trying to upsell me on a product that would increase their bottom line. The leader of their company was the nicest person and treated me with respect and compassion. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Barts is who we have trusted since we moved here two years ago and is the only company well call for as long as we live here for any AC or heating needs! Everyone weve interacted with at Barts has been professional and you can tell they care.

When you check the AC, the thermostats should be returned to what it was set at before you did your Inspections. It was left at 72 degrees instead of 76. He was kind, polite and said start thinking about another AC since mine is 15-17 years old because it’s going happen and it will be costly. Yours is old.
