Daniel did a great job cleaning our couch! He was very thorough and the couch looks like new. We can even feel the difference in the fabric.

I really enjoyed working with Brittany and Halee from start to finish. I was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism during the initial estimate and scheduling. Pricing was very reasonable and better than some of the big chains. The technician, Agnaldo, was prompt, efficient, tidy, and kind. He cleaned three rooms, the hall, 15 stairs, and a large area rug in a little over an hour. I was able to pay through Zelle and received a paid invoice just a few minutes later. I will absolutely recommend TLC to my friends and neighbors and will use them again!

Have used TLC for years, first in Dallas and now in Fort Worth. You will not find a more professional and responsive company. Their work is exceptional. Our sectional sofa looks amazing despite very heavy use and 6 cats! I am confident that you will be very pleased with their work and dependability. They deliver on time and within budget.

The guy that cleaned our the carpet in our master bedroom spent less than 15 minutes here. When the carpet dried I noticed that the stains that I pointed out to him prior to him starting the job were still there. I contacted TLC & was told the stains /darker discoloration was carpet damage due to scrubbing the fibers (based off of a photo they requested). They didnt offer to come back out to look or reclean. AFast forward a few months, we just had our carpets re-cleaned & we were told that the excuse TLC gave us was a lie. Our carpets are clean now, spots are gone, I just wish I hadnt paid the 1st guy with cash or I would have disputed the charge after the first guy left. Lesson learned.

We hadnt had our white carpets cleaned since before the pandemic. TLC Carpet was great from start to finish. Communication was AWESOME. They got us a quote in 24 hours and scheduled our job around our needs at the office. Quality of the work was top notch.

We have used TLC for a couple of years. We have a cloth light colored couch and toddlers... not a good combination. They are able to come within a couple days and make it look brand new every time! They are also extremely professional. It always a hassle to have a company into your home for whatever reason. However, TLC gets the job done quickly and is very respectful of our home. TLC Carpet did a fabulous job after our pipes broke and flooded the first floor. Michael installed a new carpet pad and was able to save the carpet. After he finished re-installing the carpet, he cleaned it and it looks and smells like new. A+ I recommend!

I was excited I thought I had found a good company but was quoted one amount and ended up paying over $100 more for than the quote (Approx. $300 for two stairs and one room). My carpets did not hold up after the cleaning, they look dirty and its only been less than a month. I was charged for vacuuming which I did not even know was required in the quote nor was I told prior to the cleaning. As I was not moved in, I couldnt have vacuumed the stairs myself because I was not told before hand. Also the receptionist told me it would take 6-8 hours to dry and it took over 2 days which was unfortunate as I had scheduled my move the day after my service. Lastly, I never received a confirmation for the service and had to call back multiple times and by the time the technician came, he said I was booked as a fit in the schedule even though i prebook a week before... The experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations in terms of actual service and customer service. I would have gone elsewhere, you are not getting a deal if quoted one price then told another price and charged for additional services that I could have done myself, if I was properly notified. I would not recommend.

We had scheduled Kiwi to clean our carpets on a Saturday afternoon. We had moved all the furniture out of the carpeted rooms, boarded our dogs, and gotten a place to stay overnight when Kiwi called and canceled and left us high and dry! I reached out to several local companies, but only TLC was able to help. Greg came out on a Sunday morning and did a fantastic job! Our carpet was in bad shape and overdo for a cleaning, and he made it look like new. Greg was very personable and explained everything he was doing. Whatever you do, dont call Kiwi! Call TLC from the start! They will do a great job for a fair price! We will definitely be calling them for our next carpet cleaning. Thanks TLC!!!

TLC’s response was excellent and they came promptly as promised. We were putting our house on the market and noticed some small ridges in the carpets of 3 rooms & 2 closets. I would never use this company!!! The owner or manager Paul will promise this company is a stand up company. We (TLC) promise and deliver, you will have no problems with use. Unfortunately we didnt get that experience. I had two(2) quotes to do my carpets. TLC was actually a higher quote. That didnt matter to me to pay a little more for the right company. They came out and did my carpets about 5 days later the stain came back up. So, I call Paul and he said no problem we will get a tech out there and redo the bedroom only. I told my wife not to worry call them and they will take care of the stain coming back. So my wife ask me to call them 2 weeks later. I call Paul and all of a sudden it was no Im going to have to charge you for because I waited to long. He was only going to charge me $35.00 service fee. So I told him if you think that is good business text me later but I dont think I should have to pay the service fee it wasnt done right the first time. His answer to that was OKAY and WHATEVER... NOT A GOOD COMPANY... IT DOESNT EVEN RATE A STAR...Also my Wife tried to talk to him about it and he hung up on her...

I would be careful trusting them. I live in an apartment and have cameras set up. When one of their carpet techs came out I caught him on camera drinking my cough syrup with codeine in it! This not only made it difficult for me because I was very sick with the flu but also is highly illegal for him to take another persons narcotic! I spike with the owner who apologized and said he would talk to him and figure out what they are going to do. When we spoke again he said he worked for him for a long time and theyve never had this issue. Yeah because nobody had a camera to catch him! He said they would give me a gift card to make up for this and funny thing I never got that! Why would you allow someone to continue working for your company that does this? Then promise something and not do it. Beware, I believe they are not a good company. I still have the video, undecided if I will take further action.

So impressed with the quality of work, I will never get tricked by a 59 Groupon again. When they show up they tell you the real cost is 250-350. NO THANKS!! TLC although cleaned the carpet well. The employee caused a snag about a foot long in the carpet when I asked the owner to please come fix this he said he could do that but would have to charge me $85 for something that his employee caused. He argued with me and said his employee did not cause this , when it is very clear that he did! I would not recommend using TLC because of this. They are not willing to back up there company with customer service If something goes wrong.

Had a smell stain on my couch. They came twice and could not get the stain out. Finally Milton came out and did the job right. Third times a charm!

This company is a Horrible!!! Fake reviews!! They pay people for it!!If you care about your HOME & JEWELRY & all other valuables. I recommend you go with a company that doesnt just hire anybody from PRISON! Felonies etc. !!! Legal action is is place!!! I cannot believe I put trust in this company. My advise to you is RUN!!!

Very excellent and careful service. Very fast, in and out within a couple of hours (big house too!), with attention to details and tips for future cleaning. Ill definitely use them again!
