I had a flood in my home. I called Servpro of Flowermound and they came out right away (on a holiday) and began the process for restoration and remediation. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. John and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They even took the time to make sure my heirlooms were preserved during the pack out of my home. John went above and beyond and worked with my insurance company to assist me with the reconstruction process. Servpro of Flowermound came through for me when I needed them most and made it like it never happened! Thank you John and Staff!

I had a mold situation at my house and Megan was quick to help me find a solution. Megan is very informative and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel at ease. Thank you Megan and SERVPRO!

I wish we had never used this business after our house fire in April of 2022. Everything seemed great at first, but things worsened with time. The business owner would frequently lose or forget written conversations and directions. The contractor and team they hired could not have been more incompetent and frequently pushed back timelines. In April 2023 when construction was complete, we were just so happy to be back in our house that we overlooked a lot of things. But now, weve had multiple contractors out: plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs and more; to fix mistakes that the Servpro team made. Paint lines were sloppy and many paint jobs uneven or with missed spots. Multiple areas where a dry wall patch was installed but not re-textured. Multiple cabinet doors have fallen off. Some drawers were installed crooked. Wall sconces and mirrors are crooked and misaligned. The plumbing and HVAC issues have been the worst. They didnt fully insulate the attic, and didnt properly support the HVAC lines, leading to at least 4 repairs in the last year. The brand new air conditioning unit has had to be serviced multiple times for multiple reasons - including that the drains were installed incorrectly/backwards. Several leaky pipes due to installation mistakes. There are areas in which they should have used drywall but instead they used plywood. Planks of wood and tile are loose. Several doors were hung crooked and will not close. Light switches were installed in weird places so you cant access them once opening the door. Grout lines are messy and already falling away. So many things look like they were done hastily and without care. There was frequently trash left around the yard when the workers were on site, and I received citations from the city for discarded to go containers and beer bottles in my yard/alley. Once the job ended, the contractor stopped returning my calls and texts. Im not sure if any of this work is warrantied, but I wouldnt trust them to fix it correctly anyway. I am not someone who normally writes negative reviews, but I have so much regret in working with this company. PLEASE exercise caution and PLEASE work with someone other than Servpro... or else you might be like me and spending thousands of dollars to fix things that never should have been wrong to begin with.

I would stay away from this company for unprofessional behavior from the owner, the employees are nice but the owner is very unprofessional. He walked out of a demo as he has a disagreement with the adjuster , leaving the job half done and our kitchen in a mess. Stay away from using them - you are better off with someone else who knows to finish a job and put customers first.

We had an undetected water leak that caused moisture and a mold issue in our house. This company came out immediately to assess the damage. They were very thorough with their work and kept me informed every step of the way. The mold issue was taken care of completely. I highly recommend their services!

Had a leak inside the garage wall. Was worried about the leak and possibility of mold. Called and they were friendly and sent techs out same day. Answered my questions and put my mind at ease.

Garage wall had a leak. Didn’t know how long it was leaking and worried about mold. Called office and was helped immediately. They arrived as scheduled and resolved the issue. Answered all questions and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.

Everyone at Servpro was great to work with. Rhonda from the Flower Mound office was fantastic and really helped me to navigate the mitigation process. The team of workers from Servpro were very professional and understood the job that needed to be done. They explained in detail the steps required, timelines, etc. Overall, job well done.

I spoke with Megan to set up our appointment and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jake, Noah, Dexter and Jordan were on time and very respectful of our property. They knew exactly what they were doing and got to work immediately. They were focused and worked very fast and focused on remedying our mold problem. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were absolutely wonderful to work with!!!

We had water/mold damage and we contacted SERVPRO of Flower Mound. We were quickly assigned Jacob Page as our project manager. These folks are exceptionally good at what they do and Jacob (Jake) and Marissa were always available when I or my wife called with questions or status. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Flower Mound even if you live 20 - 30 miles away and if you want peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. Helped my mom with a leak and overall had a great experience through this tough time. All my mothers things were treated well and returned cleaner than they have ever been.

I had a water leak in my bathroom and it pretty much destroyed everything. I got in contact with Servpro and they did a great job!! Jake answered all my questions and made sure that I was informed about everything. They got my bathroom taken care of quickly and they were very professional the whole time. Outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship! We could not be happier with all of the staff and work that was performed at our home. Its not a fun experience to have flooding and need mold remediation work, but ServPro performed the remediation work that was impressive to us, but even more impressive to the mold inspectors. Great job! I hope we dont need mold services again, but if we do I know who we will call.

Had a dishwasher leak that had been going on for some time and didnt know about it. Called around and wasnt given much insight on what to do until I called servpro of flower mound. They guided me through everything and I didnt feel like they were trying to pick my pockets at all. They came in and were able to help me with all repairs quickly. Best experience with a company Ive had in a long time. Will highly recommend them to everyone!

I had a family Christmas gathering going on when all of a sudden we discovered mater flowing from a guest bathroom at a rapid rate. By the time we got the water stopped there was quite a mess. The ServPro of Flower Mound guys were out there in less than an hour and had all of the water extracted and drying equipment going in virtually no time at all. They made what could have easily been a very expensive nightmare not nearly as bad as it could have been. I cant say enough about how nice James and Zach were in carrying out their duties. Given the circumstances I couldnt have been happier. Simply the best!

I would not recommend Servpro to anyone I know. I had a water leak from my garage water heater. Servpro came out, cleaned up some debris and put out some fans, thats it. Servpro never gave me an estimate or quote, which was my mistake. I thought they would do more than put fans out. However I kept asking for an estimate(verbally, through text, and email) but servpro kept saying they would get back with me. They didnt help fix the leak or drywall. But they charged twice as much. They even made me take their survey before sending me the bill. Ive never seen any company or business make you take a survey before giving you the bill. They took advantage of me during a rough time with a smile on their face. Horrible company.

Paul & Rudy did a fabulous job helping to restore my daughter & son in laws home after extreme water damage! They were understanding, compassionate, skilled & knowledgeable throughout the process. They made everything better than it was before!!!

We had a slab leak that flooded our floor. Everyone from Servpro was always on-time or even early. Extremely polite and professional when you are having a stressful day. Not one question went unanswered. Excellent pack out and return with not a single thing scratched or broken. Highly recommend.

Called at 4PM due to a laundry room that was flooded and they had a crew out by 7:00PM same day, on Good Friday. I should preface that with the prior two companies, which I wont name, didnt answer the phone when I called. Zack and another gentleman worked for 2 hours to remedy the situation and did a great job. Zack was very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire cleanup. I appeciate them 1. Answering the phone late on a Friday (Good Friday), 2. Eagerness to get someone out same day to help me and 3. Working late after hours to get all the water out of the house. Thanks Servpro of Flower Mound!

First time home owner and had two issues with water damage once 4 years ago and again about 2 weeks ago, both times called ServPro and both responded quickly and helped prevent any further damage. The guys stopped by everyday to make sure the water cleanup was going according to plan. I hope to never have another water issue again but if should one happen a third time, I’m calling ServPro!

Came home to damaged flooring and baseboards caused by our old dishwasher leaking, called and spoke with Megan at the office, she was professional and polite, she sent out two techs right away, when Jake and Noah arrived they explained to me what needed to be done and got right to work drying out my home before any more damage occurred! Becca was probably the only reason this place ever got any positive reviews because when she quit in the middle and John “the owner” took over my case it all went to hell besides the communication problems and all the problems when fixing my house(things not connected right, electrical covers missing or loose, to kitchen cabin area they built missing screws) John yelled at me over the phone because HE told them to do tile in the kitchen then HE changed his mind that it wasn’t covered and yelled at me about it. And the cherry on top charged me 11,000$ over by “mistake” if you deal with John go some place else, Megan,Becca and the rest of the ladies are PROFESSIONALS who should be in charge of the place and get paid for it. And if you comment on this post tell me I lied please don’t because all of this is facts. John if you really wanted to resolve this you have my info last we spoke was like two weeks ago… all the ladies know my email you have my e-mail please reach out I would love to hear/read what you have to say…

SERVPRO of Flower Mound was a HUGE help to us when we were in Lewisville. We will definitely call on them again. Excellent customer service and very efficient.
