Working with Highland Village A/C has been absolutely incredible. I really have to give James a shout out. He absolutely went above and beyond to help us get our entire HVAC system replaced. He walked us through all of our options, he was extremely thorough in taking measurements (ducts, rooms, windows, etc.), and he was incredibly patient when answering all of our questions and concerns. Best of all, he was here through out the entire process making sure that everything was done correctly and that we were satisfied.I would highly recommend Highland Village A/C.

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Matthew. After 3 other popular AC companies in the area came in before them, they were the ones to finally nail down the actual problem, explain what had been going on to us very well and get us to a true, thorough reasonable resolution. They did the same at another property for us as well. We highly recommend them, and they will be our GO TO A/C company moving forward. He also sent someone out late on a Friday knowing we had small children sleeping upstairs and needed AC up there over the weekend on these 100+ days. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I would like to share my experience with Highland Village Air Conditioning. In summary it was all very positive. My existing unit was going on 25 years old. Still running good keeping us cool, with the exception of 2 rooms. I decided it was smart to start thinking about replacing the unit. Along with what could be done to improve the condition in the 2 problem rooms.Four AC companies were contacted and the hot/cold room problem along with a new unit was discussed. Written estimates were provided with a couple of the estimates completely making no mention of the room problem fix. Highland Village Air Conditioning spelled out in detail their recommended fix. Thus we went with Highland Village. They gave us an installation day (only 2 days away) and showed up at the time they said they would (7:30am). Unit installation and room modifications were done and the unit was up and running by lunch time. Clean up was great. The whole operation was totally supervised by Highland Village Air Condition Project Manager James. Through out the day he gave us progress status and answered our questions. He even submitted our rebate form to the City of Denton.

Highland Village A/C is superb. I found them on Nextdoor and appreciate their outstanding, professional service. On a Friday afternoon, they responded to my call right away, came to my home within 45 minutes to service a burnt out part in the compressor, replaced the part and finished within 2 hours. That is excellent service and the repair cost is the best. Thank you Brandon and Kevin.

Highland Village AC installed an 18 SEER American Standard at our home. They did an amazing job! The install was complete in one day and the system has been running flawlessly since. We couldn’t be happier. Use Highland Village AC for all your service and replacement work!

Amazing ac job! In Texas in August I expected it would be at least a week. It took 30 hours from first contact to diagnose the issue, order and install a new system, and cool the house. Staff were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Been a home owner over 45 years and never had service like this for anything — yet alone for a major system issue like HVAC.

Upstairs AC appeared to have out the other evening. Called Brandon from a referral my wife got through a friend. CRS technician showed up the next day on time. Found issue immediately , which ended up basically being a non-repair. All the vitals on our unit were then checked out and given a thumbs up and we were good to go👍. Cant thank Brandon and his team enough. Would recommend to anyone with HVAC issues.Thanks Brandon!

Jim is very professional and always is open to discussion on my Hvac needs. Their installers were so professional, Jim Trussel was the sales representative, hes so professional and upfront on the cost. I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company. When lightening caused a power surge that killed the compressor in my exterior commercial unit, the Tappan Company was no longer in business and parts were no longer available. CRS/HVAC Highland Village came to my rescue the same day I called. Branden, the owner, immediately made me feel like family…. Compassion but no pressure, reassuring as he searched for the perfect unit to fit my wants & need as economically as possible. I am quite pleased with his recommendation and his efforts to use my existing ductwork. Before the unit arrived, a stream of specialists had come & gone, having measured & doublechecked everything to insure a smooth installation when the unit arrived, and an execution plan was made. Each of the specialists were friendly and explained in terms I could understand, what their part would be & how it would be handled.The installers were the dream team in how they worked together with little need to communicate….true teamwork. When the existing pad turned out to be a bit low for the duct & inflow to line up, and their extra sand & gravel wasn’t quite enough, my son provided tractor and 4 scoops of gravel from our farm pile to fill the need.The supervisor was friendly as I watched, answering my questions & chatting as we became friends. After the installation was complete & the old unit removed, there was absolutely no evidence they had been there other than the purring new unit and the smile on my face. Not a scrap of trash, snack or even water bottle cap left behind! Followup a couple of days later by each specialist to confirm everything as it should be.

A/C went out over the weekend and we called Highland Village Air Conditioning on the advice of a coworker, these guys came out and had us and running in no time. Heater went out on Wednesday & I called Highland Village Air Conditioning. A technician was at my house within an hour & my heater was quickly repaired. Initially spoke Brandon ... who was so kind & friendly. I am just so impressed & completely satisfied with the entire process.

I was having trouble with my air. I called them and they came out same day. Mathew knew right away what the problem was. Also cleaned inside and out. I also received a lot of knowledge about how to keep it running smooth. The owner is so nice and very reasonable. They will be the one I use for all my plumbing and air. They are worth 10 stars

I found Brandon and HV Air Conditioning thru Nextdoor and gave them a call. It’s hot out and one of my AC units wasn’t working. They came out within the hour and had it fixed 30 min later. Quick and easy. He Checked the rest of the unit and ensured it was good, didn’t try to upsell me. Brandon called with a follow up after the service was done. Old school, easy, quick, effective. Recommend 100% couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I have used them for years…they are the best! They are very professional, reasonably priced and show up in a very timely manner. With AC problems they have come immediately and once with heat issues they came when the roads were iced. It is so comforting to know they are always available to help.

I used CRS for AC service last month as I saw great Reviews on nextdoor app. I scheduled a technician to come at 9am the next day and the technician came promptly but I overslept. I call them back around 11am and the technician was scheduled for 3pm and he came promptly and fixed my AC and explained everything done. They have low price, great customer service.

Highland Village Air Conditioning is a first class company. They installed my system several years ago and it has performed flawlessly. The installation was very professional and they follow up twice a year for preventive maintenance to assure continuous operation. There are tons of HVAC companies in the DFW metroplex. But there is only one HVAC (Highland Village Air Conditioning) that will treat you like family, do the work in a timely manner, and delivery a quality solution.Weve tried tons of companies and none of them compare to these guys. They use their own employees with their own company trucks (not just a random contractor showing up with little to no tie to the long term care of a customer).We had a warranty issue that the company assigned by the home warranty just could not handle. They gave us the run around on a part (evaporator coil) claiming they ordered it and had no ETA. After waiting for 3 weeks, we called Brandon at HVAC and he had the part placed on hold for us and his crew came and installed it within 2 days of us calling him with the original issue. I think that is abnormal since its the middle of summer so we probably just got luck but regardless, they saved the day for us.I cant recommend these guys enough!
