Excellent response from the company, called them 7AM in the morning, by 10AM they were assessing the problem with the heater issue and system, unfortunately my unit was 17 years old and at this point it needed to be replaced, Frost was able to come back the same day, 2 hours later and start working in replacing the whole system, they worked relentlessly until they finished that whole installation the same night which it took ~7 hours. They did a fine job at the end. Price on the whole system was cheaper than other companies wanted to perform the same job and the crew Jonny, Marlon, Michael, Gustavo and sentil handled their job in a very professional matter. Thanks Frost for your assistance during this time.

With the cold weather coming in today my heater stopped working and it got down to 62 in my home before I decided to call someone. Shawn arrived 30 mins after I called into their office. Not having any idea what it could be. He took the time to explain what was wrong and was able to repair my heater. My home is currently back up to 73. Our regular Frost mechanic Selvin has always been great with any assistance we need with our A/C/heating system. He is friendly and very knowledgeable with any questions we may have. Selvin is always on time with our biannual appointments to replace our filters and check our system. I highly recommend using Frost for any of your heating or A/C needs.

It is not everyday you experience a service contractor who hits all the marks, but Shawn and Aaron at Frost did just that. They were punctual, professional, and have a ton of experience between them. Ive used them now for three projects, three different AC units at different houses. Two they were able to repair very cost effectively, without trying to upsell me to a new unit. The other unfortunately did require a new unit (it was 25 yrs old and on life support) but even then they took the time to lay out my options in terms easy to understand and answer all of my questions. I will definitely be using them for all of my future HVAC needs.

Diego Hernandez did our service on our AC units this year and was the most thorough and knowledgeable technician we have ever used. He found a leak in our coil. He took a video of the leak and because of that we were able to go to the original manufacturer and get it covered under Warranty . He is polite, professional and I could not recommend him highly enough. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to give a review. That tells you how highly we would recommend him.

I chose the right company when I chose this one. I live out of state and have family living in the home. When it came time to install a new unit a few years ago they were competitive in pricing but most of all did a fantastic install. Anyone who answers the phone is polite and professional. They listen and get me on the schedule quickly. Ive had routine maintenance done and every tech who has come to the house has been awesome. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Theyve found issues with a couple items and had the parts replaced under warranty. Being out of state and having Frost there to help with any issues makes it very easy. Our air conditioning broke down on the hottest day of the year. I called frost brothers on a recommendation from my next door neighbor. They sent someone out that day diagnosed and the next day they were there replacing our entire unit. Very happy with their work! Alex, lead installer was kind and answered all questions we had. These guys were amazing. Every other company that came out wanted to charge me 6K and above for the repair of my coil in the AC unit. A friend referred me to this team and just WOW, amazing. They were the first company to tell me my parts should have a 10 year warranty on them and they were able to get all the parts for free! No other company even looked, they just wanted money, but these guys did great. Once they got the parts, they did the install same day. Cant believe I had to wait multiple days dealing with other companies before I found these guys. Highly recommend

I contacted Frost because my A/C went out in June right in the middle of bad heat. They were at my home with a full crew and replaced my unit in the same day within a few hours. How grateful I was that they responded so quickly so my family didn’t have to suffer through the miserable heat. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and so quick to help. My last A/C replacement took well over 8 hours because there were only 2 guys, but Frost had more than double that and got it done quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend them!!!!

Frost does yearly maintenance checks on our systems. We’ve also had them install a ductless air conditioner in our garage. We returned from a 4-week absence to discover that our HVAC unit was performing at about 25% capacity. With a weather forecast of 100 degree days in the next few days we were experiencing a crisis. We called Frost Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning in Lewisville and scheduled a service call for the following day. Robert arrived right on time. He spent close to an hour evaluating our system and diagnosing the problem. The news was not good. Robert explained in great detail the problem of our leaking coil. He took great care in explaining several solutions, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and the related cost. It was obvious that he had extensive personal experience and expertise as he described the problem in terms we could understand. In the end we were very comfortable with our decision to replace the air conditioning system. After researching the cost of the repair, we were convinced that the estimate of the repair cost that Robert submitted was an excellent price.Diego and his installation team from Frost Brothers arrived at our home the next day at 9:00 AM to install the system. 3½ hours later they were totally finished. Their clean-up was so complete, the only evidence that they had even been in our home was the cold air.Bottom line: There are hundreds of HVAC companies in the Metroplex. If you are looking for a professional organization with highly trained technicians that will provide a quality product at a competitive price, we highly recommend Frost Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. We also suggest that you ask for Robert; he is a quality young man that knows what he is talking about.

Summer is here and already triple digits. My aging unit could not keep up, so I called Frost AC for help. I have used them for 15+ years and they never dissapoint. Robert and Alex came out withinin 1 1/2 hours of me making the call for help. After diagnosing the problem and presenting a solution I was not ready to afford, Robert offered another solution that better fit my current situation. Alex, Chris, and Chris could not have been a better team of installers for our new HVAC system. They were prompt, diligent, professional, and clean. The didn’t leave anything behind. I couldn’t be happier. I was told the team would be here by a certain time and done by a certain time and they came through. I highly recommend Frost Brothers Heating and Air. In fact, I’m already looking to do a duct cleaning with them, as well. Great job, guys!

Heating wasnt working at our soon to be rented home and this company was hired to check it. The expert diagnosis came back stating that a leak in the roof had damaged some electrical components and the repair of these multiple electronics in the heating unit will cost about $3500 (cheapest option), or replace option starting at about $5500. I decided to check this myself. Drove to the house, checked the thermostat wiring first, and then discovered the wiring was wrong. Put the white cable in the right spot and heating was fixed. So my question is, what kind of diagnosis these people perform? Nevermind, they dont, because if they did, they wouldnt try to charge thousands of dollars to repair components that are not broken. Please stay away from this company if you want a trusty and truthful estimate.

Eight years ago we replaced both of our AC/Heating units. The AC and Heat are still working in great shape. Frost Brothers have done an excellent job with bi-annual checkups and minor service.Today, a crew came out to blow in additional attic insulation. Diego and Chris B worked hard, fast and left clean surroundings. I have high expectations that the added insulation will add to the comfort and value of our home. As expected, great service

Our need for costly labor repairs or a new unit was unexpected since we have only lived in our brand new custom home for 18 months. The team at Frost were so helpful in weighing the options. Selvin was super nice and took photos to help us understand the issues with the AC installed by builder’s contractor. Once we decided the new unit was the best choice, Selvin set a crew up to come out next day. Alex, Johnny, and Chris were professional. We received a brief overview of the thermostat and their word that they would help with any issues that may arise. I trust them at this word as they have not failed to deliver quality at a reasonable price in over 10 years we have been doing business with them. From our old home to our new- we chose Frost AC.

Our AC went out on Friday evening and Frost Brothers was able to send out a technician first thing Saturday. Diego was our technician and he showed up on time, was super courteous, took the time to fully evaluate the system, explained what he was doing and why, and got our system fixed and working again that same day. He even went above a beyond and replaced some of my PVC drain lines that were in pretty bad shape waiting to fail. All repairs where covered by warranty which was great. Diego was great and I hope I get to do business with him and Frost Brothers again in the future (although I hope the system never stops working again... haha).

Our heat went out during weekend/holiday and the temps were below freezing - they came same day!! Great job! Friendly service and on time!! What more can you ask for! We love Frost!

We had a major power surge and the panels and transformers for both AC units were busted!! I called 10 different AC services on a 110 degrees Saturday afternoon and Frost Heat and Air was the only one who can come out within a couple of hours. Shawn was extremely helpful and professional. Once issues were identified at 9pm, Shawn ran back to the shop to see if he had all the parts, and he came back out at 9am Sunday and got everything fixed!!

I had a complete new system installed less than 2 years ago and love it. There was a connection issue due to animals or something hitting it by accident, I called them and they were out quick. They didnt have the part on the truck to fix it right then but were back at my home the same day to get us back up and running. My daughters and i really were thankful for that. And since i had a great warranty plan it didnt cost me anything for the parts or labor to install them.

Alex and his crew removed the antique system I had and installed a brand new unit. Alex was GREAT and very professional. They were also here when they said they would be here! Very nice and courteous! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called today because my heat was not working after the winter storm. I found this company on the BBB.org website and they have an A+ rating! I appreciate that the receptionist asked if I had checked my circuit breaker first, as this is a common quick fix and could prevent me from having to use their service and pay the $79 service fee. The receptionists honesty truly displayed the integrity of this company. After I had told her that I had already checked and this was not the problem, she quickly put me on the schedule for a service appointment THIS afternoon. I was quite impressed! I had called several AC and heating companies prior and this was the FIRST one where I actually spoke to a live person, who offered me same-day service. I also received a call stating a technician would be arriving to my home within 20 minutes of the appointment time. The technician, Shawn or Sean, came on time. I appreciate him for wearing a mask for COVID precautions and shoe covers to protect my carpets. He quickly solved the problem and found that my furnace door was open and the on switch had been turned off. He turned my furnace switch to on and shut my furnace door and my heat was back on! I was only charged the $79 service charge. I appreciate this companys professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and integrity! I will DEFINITELY use them in the future for all my AC/heating needs!

I am so grateful for this company. My HVAC went down on Sunday evening, with temps over 100 degrees. Ashley was so kind, empathetic and offered temporary solutions to hold us over until they could get a technician out first thing in the morning.Communication was awesome, and I got a text as soon as they were on their way. Selvin came out earlier than our scheduled time, and diagnosed and fixed the issues within a few minutes! He had the part on hand even with my unit being older, so I did not have to wait for a part to be ordered.Selvin was VERY knowledgeable, great at explaining and patiently answered all my questions. He let me know that the part replacement was most likely going to be a temporary fix due to the root cause of the issue.We discussed replacement (I asked!) and Selvin gave me several options and explained benefits of each.There was ZERO pressure or expectations regarding the sale of a new unit.I have worked with many hvac companies in my professional life and none of them have been at this caliber.I consider myself hard to impress and these guys blew me away. Frost Brothers came to our rescue in August of 2011 when our home warranty service was unable to send one of their contractors. We were impressed with Frost Brothers from first contact. They were polite, efficient, friendly, and really concerned with giving us the best possible experience. We wound up replacing our coils and condenser and they were well-priced. The technicians put down rugs to protect our floors and wore booties on their shoes. They were clean, friendly, and efficient. Since that installation, we have contracted Frost Brothers for a semi-annual tune-up service and have ALWAYS received the same great service for a great price.

Great experience! AC went out on Sunday morning and house climbed up to 91 degrees. Another company cancelled last minute, but our technician Robert was quick to respond and offered to come by late in the evening to get us serviced.Despite the late hour, Robert was on top of his game; fixed up our system and offered some great ideas to improve the system without doing a complete overhaul.Very impressed with the quality of work!

Shawn came out to inspect our unit and gave us several options at every price point; from fixing our existing unit, to full replacement and upgrade. Alex,Johnny, and Chris did the install which went well. They also worked to address the noise the new system made. Ended up bending the louvers on the old vent to greater lower the noise. Alex was especially helpful. Also enjoyed working with Robert on the initial project scope. He was very helpful answering and addressing questions.The whole project took one meeting with Robert and was installed the next day by early afternoon.

I found myself w/o AC on a Saturday and it was high 90 degrees outside. I called several AC companies including the company I am actually on a maintainance program and nobody returned my calls or answered the phone. That is until Selvin with Frost Brothers answered the phone. He said he could stop by in about 2 hours as he had 2 jobs ahead of mine. He showed up on time, looked into the problem. Gave me a quote. The repair was very expensive and my units were quite old. I had been hearing for a while from the AC company I have a maintainance plan with that it was getting close to time to replace. I decided to replace both units. Selvin and his crew agreed to install the very next day on a Sunday! They were incredibly professional, they installed 2 great units and they now have a new Loyal customer. I am very, very pleased with everything about Frost Brothers from Beginning to End! Heat went out on Saturday and we called Frost Brothers to see if they could come out and diagnose our problem. Robert was to our house within 30 minutes!! He determined what the problem was and what our options were. We decided to replace rather than repair. Robert and 4 other guys arrived to our house Sunday morning and got the job done! EVERYONE was so polite and courteous and Robert spent time with us teaching us how to use our new thermostats and how to set them up so they could be accessed through my phone! 06/15/22 update - Frost Brothers came out and tuned up one of our A/C units, now it is working as good as ever in the Texas heat. On time, professional, knowledgeable - we continue to use them exclusively for all of our HVAC needs and they are always great to work with. Shaun and the team from Frost Brothers have been excellent to work with. We have used them for several years. They have installed multiple AC units for us and insulated our garage attic space. Quotes have always been good, they give on target advice vs trying to upsell, and work has always been great quality. We would not use anyone else.

They were on time, fast AND saved us a lot of money. We received quotes from two other companies and chose Frost Brothers because they were friendly and easy to talk to. We are very happy with the work they did for us and we will use Frost Brothers again if we have any trouble in the future.

We have used Frost for years and they are the only company we trust! Our downstairs unit stopped working late in the afternoon on July 3rd. In a house with 2 adults and 3 kids we were very worried about a July night with no AC. We made one phone call and Frost was there 2 hours sooner than they quoted. Frost Brothers replaced my AC a year and a half ago and I have a 10-year warranty on parts and labor the compressor went out a couple days ago and I was able to get an appointment very quickly and have it repaired the day after the service call their AC technicians are very courteous professional and thorough and they honored their warranty Im very happy that I chose them for my air conditioning needs

Robert was extremely helpful and fair helpful in the initial process of figuring out what was going on with the system, and coming up with a solution that we could afford. Today Alex, Johnny & Chris did a fantastic job of providing a professional install, and cleaning up where you would never know they had even been there.

Alex, Chris, Johnny and Robert replaced our 2 furnaces and 2 AC units after they were damaged in a lightning strike. They worked all day on a Saturday to ensure we had a working air conditioning system again! They were friendly and really hard workers!

We have had several great experiences with Frost Brothers Heating and Air. We moved into our home and our upstairs AC was out the first day. We called needing it replaced ASAP because our kids sleep upstairs and they quickly had it replaced the next day. Fast forward a year and our downstairs went out and they were very responsive and replaced the unit quickly. We also found them to have the best prices in town after researching many companies.

Had air conditioning stop working on a Sunday afternoon, during a 100 degree plus day. I had called 5 other AC companies all with the same answer, not today. Upon calling Frost, they were able to get a tech out to the house in under two hours. Service Tech was extremely polite, safe and helpful. He had us up and running within an hour. My service will now always be done by Frost Brothers, cant say enough good things about them.

Aaron is a fantastic repairman. He is honest and completely forthcoming and he has integrity and cares about his reputation and his work. He is a very decent guy. He fixed our system in literally moments when two other places had tried to sell us on a new system saying it could not be repaired. It turns out it was one wire in the wrong place. I had read what I was being told didn’t make sense so I kept looking for someone who would be honest and actually tell us the truth and look at our system and attempt to work on it. Then we find Aaron at Frost Brothers who came out, listened to what had happened, looked the system over and moved a wire from one port to another and presto, it was working. We just bought our first house and Shawn came out and went over both the outdoor and indoor unit very thoroughly giving us the confidence to make our largest purchase to date. Shawn is very knowledgeable and the company is a joy to work with. Frost Brothers will always be our go-to A/C company if any issues arise with our unit.

Mike was great. He came out once to fix an issue on an old AC unit and something else went wrong that night. He worked with me until 10:00 PM, trying to troubleshoot the problem and when we couldnt get it fixed he offered to come out that night to try to fix it himself. I told him that was not necessary so he came out first thing the next morning before his first appointment and fixed the problem. Very courteous service and the office is willing to work with you as much as they can. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

We called Frost Brothers because our AC was not working! It was 102 outside and 87 in our house! Within 30 minutes they had someone at our home and made the repairs that were needed at a very reasonable price and had our AC up and running again and our house back to a normal 72 in no time at all! We are so grateful and will always use Frost Brothers for our home needs!

First, their price for a new HVAC system was less than any other quote. Second, Shawn came back to do a thorough inspection just to make sure the installation was done correctly. Third, Mary & Shawn have coordinated so that Shawn has always been on time for the followup maintenance visits (included in the original system price). Called Frost Brothers to fix the central AC. Our home is just 5 years old, so needless to say we were pretty annoyed that the new system installed by the builder was not working after a short 5 yr period. Having worked with AC companies at my prior residence up north, I knew the whole upsell game and was not looking forward to dealing with that. I am happy to say the upsell game was NOT something Frost Brothers played. These guys were incredible (and I dont use that word lightly). Johnnie - our senior service technician, came to the house at the scheduled time. He asked a few questions, walked around with me, then began an incredibly thorough and comprehensive root cause diagnostic to figure out the exact problem. In this 100+ degree Texas summer heat, Johnnie went from the attic, to the outside units, time and again to nail the problem down. Once he figured out the problem, he showed me the gauge readings, the failed components and explained what was occurring. He then stood with me near our kitchen area and literally called 4 different manufacturers to get as much warranty information as he could for the troubled parts. Instead of trying to push an entirely new system on us, he worked to identify as many warranteed parts as possible in order to save us money. I cant tell you how impressed we were - talk about going above and beyond and building trust with your customers. When you have people come into your home for repairs, you want to feel comfortable with them being there and comfortable with what they are telling you. By the end of our diagnostic visit, I felt like Johnnie was someone I knew from our church or someone that had served in the military with me. Just really a good guy - direct, honest and incredibly knowledgable. Next day our repair work was scheduled, two additional team members came out and did a great repair job. Frost Brothers saved us about $3K! I cant recommend them enough and plan to refer to them whenever someone I know needs help with their AC. Thank you guys for helping us beat the Texas summer heat! You have a customer for life!

Today, November 11, Aaron S came out and checked my heating units. He explained to me his procedures and changed out two air filters. He also answered my questions about operating my newest thermostat. I was extremely pleased with the work he performed. This is the service I expect and receive from Frost Brothers, whom I have used for about five years.

Im so relieved that my realtor introduced me to Aaron. After my mom got ripped off by her AC guy I was really skeptical of the whole industry. But Aaron went out of his way to give me a diagnostic and written estimate over a holiday weekend so I could close on my house the next week. Later when he came back to do some more work he found a water leak I might not have otherwise noticed because I hadnt moved in yet. We also talked about future problems I could have with my unit and explored a couple solutions, but I never felt like he was pushy with any of his recommendations--just that he was giving me all the information so I could make my own decisions. I was so impressed with this young mans level of service and dedication that I signed up to have him check on my AC and heating twice a year and I have such peace of mind that its in good hands. I think the company is pretty good in general, but Aaron is definitely the guy that you want.

Bottom line: Technically sound, unfair pricing. You can read the rest if you like As far as the service is concerned, I will give Frost a good review. Arron, the technician seemed knowledgeable and explained what seems to be the problem and was able to fix it. I feel like where they fell short was honest pricing. Basically, the technician told me upfront that the part (capacitor) that needs to be replaced will cost close to $400 as its really unique, etc. Fix didn’t take long, he went and gotten the capacitor and replaced it in few minutes and everything was up and running.Before I paid and closed the chapter, they offered me a 75% discount on the part if I sign up for an annual service plan. Thinking it’s a good deal (silly me). I paid and gotten the receipt. I didn’t know till I Googled the part replaced and found out the real price of the part was only $40. I talked to the manager who admitted part being only $40 but said it’s pretty much industry standard to charge this much and he can’t do anything. He was not willing to reserve any charges or cancel service plan which was sold under false pretense. Charging 10 times the price of the part is shameful to say the least and putting it on industry standard is equally shameful. Who would willingly pay 10 times and be happy with over all service. I don’t want anything for free, but being fair is where you should excel. Think big and long term, good companies’ focuses on making customers for life not just what you can make today.I am sure, there are honest companies out there, wish they were little easier to spot.

I had just sent away technician Johnnie Frost of Frost Brothers Heating and Air that had repaired my A/C unit by finding a wire that had blown off the compressor unit. He reattached the wire and ran it for over an hour with no negative issues. Then Johnnie Frost came to discuss my options. He said we can leave it and call it a day or we can replace it under warranty which was to expire in a few months. I asked how much would be my out-of-pocket and he said $2,000 for labor and Freon. I told him I’ll take my chances this compressor will last another 10 years. He then continued to push me for spending $2,000 until I said, NO! Then, he said he couldn’t leave it like that because it was unsafe attempting to make no choice but for me to pay him $2,000. I sent him on his way but Not before he disconnected my A/C to leave me and my family without cooling. Tim with Climate Care came out in less than 45 minutes to look over my system. He hooked it back up and ran like a charm like before and since I was a electrical technician in my past career advise me to purchase a easily attained repair kit (purchased for $31 total) that would give a more secure attachment to the compressor and prevent a repeat of what had happened. Then to top it off, he didn’t charge me a cent!Can’t beat that! God bless this man and his company. Climate Care AC & Heating ROCKS! Ill say no more and let the evidence speak for what I feel about businesses (namely, Frost Brothers) who try to extort money from people.

First of all I wish to apologize for the delay in writing this. I want to sincerely thank Shawn and all his guys for replacing my 91 year old dads complete A/C unit, inside and out. We had a warranty thru TXU, but when we used it in the summer his A/C was out for 3 days. It was a miserable experience. When I told Shawn about this he personally came out and inspected dads 20 year old unit and recommended replacing it. We gave them the go-ahead and in very short order Shawn and his guys had the new unit in and working!!! (Shawn knew dad would not leave the house even with a non-working a/c).You would think he would charge more to put all his guys on one job but we know he did not. Frost came out to our house to assess an a/c unit that stopped working in September. They were prompt, but the only thing they did at our house was look at the unit for a few minutes and tell us we needed a new one. When we inquired what was wrong, they didnt have an answer except that a replacement was needed. The company has poor communication. No indication of a service fee was explained when we inquired for service, and we were hit with a bill for a residential diagnostic fee a few weeks later that shocked us. There are other businesses in Lewisville that are more customer oriented and not about the bottom line.

Got my furnace replaced but somehow the upper level was not getting heat. Called and got response the first time on a weekend with 32 degrees. The technician (Selvin) showed up ON TIME and worked with me to resolve the heating problems which was damper bolt that was not tightened by the installer. Late night, mid-July (i.e.HOT) and air conditioning goes out. Called Frost to set up next available time (Im thinking few days wait) and surprisingly technician, Robert, says he can stop by same night around 11:30pm to check if something simple or to determine if a part is needed. Repair turned.out simple and was up and running in ~20 mins. Robert was communicative, courteous and efficient. Price was in ball-park i.e. not cheap but not exuberant for a same night emergency repair.

This is the first AC contractor that hasn’t tried to sell something I don’t need and they were reasonably priced. They were even able to service the day of the call! Definitely trustworthy and I highly recommend!

Robert was extremely thorough servicing both AC units. He was also very helpful with suggesting what we should/could do to maximize efficiency and the life of our units. He also pointed out an issue that should be addressed on our old (non-Frost) unit.

I have used Frost Brothers 2 times in the past and received the most utmost service I have ever gotten. But most unfortunately this last call to them has to be to worst case of service I have ever gotten from this company. My wife had put in a service call due to our furnace unit making a loud chipping sound. (I being a mechanic had already figured it out to be a blower motor bearing going bad or the blower wheel bearing going bad) All I wanted was a price to replace both parts with cost of parts and labor. The service guy went another direction explaining and pointing out to me the fins on my condenser being bent over and and preaching to me how bad this is. I explained to him how we had the unit cleaned about a year ago and we have no issues with the way the unit produces cold or hot air and I wanted to chipping sound to go away. At this moment he continued to inquire about my condenser and continually explaining how bad it is. I tried to keep him focused on my real and only issue I was having. After the retreated to his truck to get me a quote I called a friend of mine who works commercial a/c and heating to ask a few questions and explain to him of my issue. At which my friend explained that over a period of time the mounts that hold the blower motor come loose over time. The service man came back with my quote. The quote he gave me was for both the blower motor and wheel along with a quote for a whole new unit. At this point I paid the service call of 75.00 and took his quote. A couple of mins. After the service tech left my house I checked the mounting bolts. All the bolts were loose causing a really bad vibration of the whole blower motor unit. After tightening these bolts and packing a bit of grease into the back side of the bearing behind the service port I have no more vibration of the unit or chipping sound. I do however plan to replace the blower motor unit soon as the bearing has wear and was ran dry. But I will do so for a much lower cost than almost 700.00 bucks. As I understand marking up prices and making a buck as I used to work retail automotive. I dont understand where you could get 700.00 out of the cost of the motor is 150.00 and takes about 30 to 45 mins to replace. If you ask me that an outrageous mark up On parts and labor drive. Well my rants over and i can tell you i will never call these guys ever again. The service guy was arragont and seemed to be bothered by having to come check out my issue. His resort was to just give out a ridiculous quote and be happy collecting his 75.00 for a 20 min. Inconvince of his time. Beware of this place use at your own risk.

Our outdoor system was down and we were attempting to salvage our system before replacing. The technicians were very helpful and tried everything they could to save our system. Unfortunately, we were unable to save it, but the technicians were very knowledgeable and understanding. I will definitely contact them again for any concerns or issues that may arise.

I called frost to heat and cool my garage/extra apartment. The office was great at responding if I had any questions. The installation was done beautifully and the installers were friendly and focused on the work being done.

They came to our office to install heater/cooler. It took little longer than estimated time, (5 days instead of 2.5 days) but thats just part of the deal of doing business, so thats understandable.What I cant accept is when they use our stuff without asking our permission. We had supplies (masks) in our storage, and they just took and used it . This is literally theft. What bothers me is that the masks are what I caught them stealing, who knows what else they took from our storage. We have so many office supplies, so its hard to record everything.They do a phenomenal job on A/C though. (hence 3 star instead of 1 star rant) Just dont expect them to clean up anything afterwards. We had dust all over our clothes, equipments, appliances ,etc. They only cleaned the floor...barely, Left drinking water bottles, coffee cups (this is ours by the way), broken cardboard box pieces all on the ground.if someone asks me about this place Ill say Ill recommend them if you use them for outdoor issue, but be careful letting them do inside jobs, because workers steal .p.s: if you plan on using foul language or laugh behind our back, know that just because we arent Hispanic, it doesnt mean we dont understand Spanish

Robert came out at 10 pm during a heat wave to replace a fan motor. It was sweltering and he had us up and running in less than 2 hours. Kept us well informed and was very pleasant and thorough.

I have a bad defrost control board on my heat pump which I was able to find a used one on the internet. I asked if they would replace/install it for me and was told it would be $180/per hour, which I found acceptable. When attempting to schedule the appt, the latest they would come to my place was noon. I have no more vacation left and its very difficult for me to take off work so I asked if they could make it 2pm on any day. But noon was the latest they could arrive. I explained this is a common thing which I am certain wouldnt take a less than average technician more than an hour to replace. But because they dont know what theyre getting into they refused to work with me or offer any alternatives and noon was the latest. They simply did not want my business. So Im calling someone else.

Excellent service. Immediately came and got my heat up and running. It was nice not having to haggle prices. Great company.

We have a mobile home and we moved it this summer, when everything was setup we never really did anything about the furnace at that time being it was summer and there was no need at that time. When it started getting colder we needed to get the furnace lit for winter but I didnt want to light it without having it checked out first being that we had moved everything so I called Frost Brothers to come out and check out everything for us to make sure all was good and cleaned out before we lit the furnace. They were out there the same day and looked it all over and cleaned it up and also lit it and got it going. The guy that came out was very knowledgable about the unit and told us about a few things to look for in the future. All and all the expirence was good, I will definately call them again if I need anything else done.
