1st Class Plumbing Heating & Air

When I recently called 1st Class with a plumbing issue the person who answered my call was so sweet and helpful. When I stopped by in person last time I was even more impressed. I truly thought the customer service was exceptional. I have been doing business with Donny for a while now and he has been so professional and courteous that I am now sending my friends to his businesses all the time now. Keep up the great work!

I am so glad that I called 1st Class!! Customer service was phenomenal. Every single person that I interacted with went above and beyond. Amanda in the office was so helpful! Daniel and Karl were great and thourough. They were patient to explain things and to help educate us. They will always be my first and only call for our heating and air service. This place is GREAT!!! Every time they have come out to our place, the guys have been so nice, friendly & professional! Also, if they cant fix the problem on the first go (or need to order a part), they do NOT charge you for another service call. And that is an awesome thing - especially with skyrocketing gas prices...!! (Thanks, Mr. Biden...🙄)

Amanda(The one who was answering the phone) was very helpful and got me the information I needed even after me calling multiple times! Chad came in very professional and was able to find the issue to our shower and fix it in a timely matter. They cleaned up the mess they made(from cutting a hole in the wall) and helped in any way that they could! I definitely recommend 1st Class Plumbing to anyone and everyone! We will be using them for any future needs.

First class is awesome. They came out and ran all new pipes for our business. I will definitely recommend them and use them again for all of our needs. Thank you again for the great work that you all do.

Horrible. Came out 3 separate times. 1st time first guy kept saying idk to our questions and treating my wife like she knew nothing. Second guy second day was better but didnt finish. 3rd day they fixed a total 2 things of six. Didnt get a quite as promised and was told sewage line was clear. Still clogged and backed up. Paid about 1000 for not everything to be done.

The young man that came out to work on our a/c was very polite and friendly. He worked quickly and got us back up and running in no time. We were extremely satisfied with his customer service, something that is often missing these days.

Friendly staff and quick response even during a holiday week! They came out, fixed our problem and it only took about an hour. I hope we dont have to, but I would definitely use them again!

Nice and fair service. Used them 2 times so far and have been great on price. This last time our unit really did not need service but changed out a thermostat that I had previously purchased with no problem. Great price!

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I had a total replacement of the AC unit and air handler... done exceedingly well. The whole process took less than a business day and the cost was not unreasonable at all.

I was very disappointed in there work ethic and quality. I just wanted to have a tub and shower replacement. They left a four inch gap all around the top of the shower inclosure.they said this was needed to install the tub they new a good sheet rock man who could fix it. They also pushed my toilet off its base and broke the bolts. It took me a whole day just to repair the damage done not counting the extra money it cost me. I would never use them again. I will bad mouth them as long as I live.

They came in and checked everything and fixed the problem. I am truly grateful. However one of your employees made a snide remark about my house and it angered me. The main Guy Danny was professional, courteous, and friendly.

They broke my custom made kitchen cabinet door in half. Told me I needed to pay for plumbing charges and the general manager, Glen, said this is the way it is going to be, Ill take the door and have it glued. Glen and owner Donnie Barry were rude, demeaning, and condescending. First Class Plumbing has no class.

Bennie has been here several times. He does a great job, gives the customer helpful and useful info and keeps the cleanest worksite ever!Highly recommend !

The guys that came out where great. So nice and took their time to make sure the job was done right. I will definitely use them again!

They came and charged us 250 dollars and still did not fix the problem. When we called back their tech was out for a week. Now we have to pay another company to fix what they were supposed to fix.

1st Class responds in a timely matter. Daniel took the time to show me what was wrong with the heater. He was courteous and professional. 1st Class is my go to vendor for plumbing, heating and air repair.
