Integra Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We spent $23,000 to have our plumbing redone. Supposedly. The problem started with water coming into our living room from the faucet in our kitchen (adjoining walls).We were told the pipes were cast iron and needed to be lined because they were basically corroded.We spent the $23,000.They contracted out someone to do our floors… which ended up looking terrible, but, at least we didn’t have water coming up in our living room anymore.Wrong. New Year’s Eve. We have guests… our guests are stepping in a puddle in our living room. At first we thought something spilled. Nope. Same problem we spent half my year salary on a few months ago.***Update***The company did send a crew out very quickly to re-do the part of the pipe that was still leaking (the original problem). They were good about communicating and apologetic. Here is my concerns;The ORGINAL problem wasnt taken care of after $23,000...so did we actually need to spend that much in the first place?The contractor for the floor was once again horrific. Which isnt necessarily their fault but also worrisome as they do represent Integra.I now have other previous customers calling me to tell me about their experiences and one in particular is VERY concerning.I changed my review to 2 stars. I have a bad feeling about what was done but Ill have to wait to see what/if happens in the next few months. Hopefully nothing.

This company does not take care of their employees if they get hurt at work. They never filled out workers comp or sent me to a doctor. As a matter of fact they told me that they needed me to keep working as they let someone else off for minor reasons. I finally got insurance 2 months later and went on my own and when the surgery date came close they pretended like they knew nothing about it or even cared. Basically told me I was on my own.

URGENT DO NOT USE.This company come on December2nd to see where a leak was from ourhot water heater. They insisted at firstthat we had no leak but to replaceboth water heaters which we didcosting us $5,200 which we paid infull December 5th mind you one ofthem was under warranty. December9th the owner came in to talk to usabout what we could do since ournew water heater was showing thatthere was in fact a water leakSuggested not to go through ourfloor in the kitchen but to redo thewhole Plumbing for the housethrough the Attic. He then gave us aquote of $20,000 flat. December 15ththey came in and started to do thereplumbing. But everything from the beginning had been nothing butmiscommunication andnisinformation. They kept saying theplumbers would be at our home by acertain time but would never show upuntil 11:30 12:00 and a few times 1:00they would work and work until about5:00 and then they would leave. whatwas told would be a 2 to 4 day jobended up taking about 5 weeks. (Oneweek was our fault due to familyemergency my husband washospitalized for heart and kidneyfailure) we kept expressing to themthat the miscommunication and theway that the job was going with justthe unprofessionalism of equipmentbeing installed and nothing wascoming in like promised. TodayFebruary 6th they came to try and fix all the corrections and Replacementsbecause we had no hot water comingto our kitchen faucet nor do they runa line to our laundry room sink whichthey claim they forgot it was thereOur pipes were constantly freezingup because they left a huge hole inour backyard open for 3 weeks. Theyshowed up and started finishing upand the owner arrived upset with meand it turned into a domestic disputeresulting in me calling the police. Theowner left us with no water to ourhome and took our plugs to ourWater softener. I have children &pets. Job still isnt done and we haveno water. I have a disabled son. Anda heart patient husband.

Integra has made our move to Levelland and our plumbing and HVAC needs so easy! Their level of promptness, professionalism and the staff, owner and technicians have been nothing short of excellent! I would recommend them over and over again!

This is my second time calling Integra. The first time it was because they could get here the fastest and it was a great experience. This time they were my first and only call. They were able to get here reasonably fast even though it was a last second call. Mark and Justin were knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Back in May when we had that horrible storm, our ac unit outside messed up, they came and got us all taken care of quick and Irene is so great and helpful!! They are very patient and will work with you! Highly recommend them!

I had a water leak somewhere, so I called Integra. Was afraid it might be a slab leak, but they showed up rather quickly, and found and fixed the problem. My AC was leaking enough from the drain line, it had flooded my floor. They got it blown out and fixed back, Marc & Diego were super helpful and knowledgeable to know what was going on, very respectful young men. They will definitely be my 1st call.

Irene had great customer service and went above and beyond to schedule many units that were needing urgent attention and went out of her way to fulfill a task that was very specific and was needed for our certain invoice needs. We were very appreciative for her attention and quick response. This is how customer service should be handled.

Mark with Integra came by the same day I called with my problem and got me fixed with in the same day! I would highly recommend Integra to anyone looking for the right company to service your HVAC unit. It wasnt a simple job like I was assuming either my blower motor went out they drove to Lubbock got the motor and got it replaced. Thanks Mark my family and I appreciate you greatly!!

We were so pleased with our experience with Manuel. He and his assistant Diego were courteous, knowledgeable and hard- working. They were thorough and determined to fix our plumbing problem. We felt like they cared about us personally and did everything they knew to resolve our problem. We will definitely use them again.

Our air conditioner broke at noon today and it was 85° inside! The technician showed up before the end of the day and was able to fix everything that was broken! He was kind, courteous, honest and a hard worker! I would recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Real scam artists right here came and recharge my mothers AC unit. Guy charged $489 for 1lb said he put in 4 lb. Called the office to ask is that right lady receptionist says she had no invoice. Let the worker said he put 4 lb more like 1 lb put on ticket 4 we paid cash ha never again 👍🏿

They came and fixed a busted water pipe under my house. I seen the great reviews and trusted them. That is why I am leaving another review for others to see. They were AWESOME! They got us all fixed up and we’re very informative of everything that had to be done. The pricing was also great! I expected to pay a WHOLE lot more. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my total. Thanks guys! Will definitely use this company if we have future issues!

Manual & Chito were very professional and courteous. Manual was on time, worked with my schedule and, very clean. He showed up went the extra mile for me. I was very satisfied with the service that was provided and it was a lot. My whole sewer line had to be replaced and now I wont have the stress of ever worrying when my next major clog is going happen. I will be definitely be my using them for all my plumbing needs. 2nd experience July 2024: INTEGRA does it again!! Power surge from storm played havoc on my air conditioner in Anton. Chito & Justin worked diligently to get parts in & system running. I have to give cutos to Irene, too - great customer service. So thankful & grateful for the whole team at INTEGRA!!Jan 2023: Soo excited when Chito showed up at my house!!  Had NO idea Integra was his company.  He had done work on my system many times through the years, but worked for a different company at that time.Ive been having heating issues over the last couple of months & the other company Id been using just didnt seem knowledgeable on communicating systems.  So I randomly started to Google & created a call list of other local companies. Integra happened to be 1st on the list.  First & Last!!   Chito really listened plus has superb knowledge & had my heating system working in no time.  No rewiring needed, no replacing the thermostat, no need of a new system.   Very reasonably priced, too!    It was also a pleasure talking with Natalie.     Integra = integrity

Chris fixed the problem and was understanding of my disability caused inability to help or even go outside. He even turned the sink water faucet on and off as I washed the dishes sitting on my walker. He explained the problem and had it cleared quickly. I will continue to use this company.

Thermostat stopped working. Came out to install a new one.Didnt have the one I wanted in stock but made a trip to Lubbock to get what I wanted. Had things up and running before the house got to warm.Use them regularly for plumbing needs. Always very meticulous with all their work.

Chito & crew replumbed our entire house after several slab leaks determined that the copper pipe from the 80s was pitted & destined to continue degrading. The job took creativity to figure out how to make it possible due to an added upstairs. Chito figured it out & his crew did a great job working with us on how to complete the project. Chito is the very best HVAC guy I’ve ever used. I’ve used plenty different ones in the past and could ever fix the problem. I found him he solved the problem and hadn’t had an issue since. He will be hvac guy for life!

Mark and Dillon installed a new HVAC system. First, the old system had to be disassembled and removed which revealed many construction challenges to bring HVAC closet up to code. Construction challenges consisted of carpentry work on return air plenum; replace and reroute all drain lines; construct a platform for water heater to facilitate gravity drainage; and replace natural gas supply lines for both water heater and HVAC. New unit installation accomplished without other challenges. Overall, Integra personnel met all challenges encountered in installing a new HVAC system in an older house. Worksite was cleaner than they found it!Positive attitude, professional courtesy, and technical expertise are the cornerstones of the Integra brand.Most strongly recommend Integra for all HVAC and plumbing maintenance and installations.

Ive used there service more than once for a/c unit and water heater and every time they come out they are very reliable, they come quickly, and get the job done with excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone.
