The Comfort Pros installed 3 AC units for our campsite and did an excellent job. Kendall was very attentive and made the process easy for us. Technicians were courteous and experienced, and installation was very smooth. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Nathan and Hunter were very kind and professional. Got AC units all fixed up and running smoothly. They patiently put up with the incessant barking from the dogs and gave them love and pets. I am a repeat customer with comfort pros and they will continue to get my business.

I called to have my a/c unit inspected because of what looks like mold growing at the vents. The tech never opened the evaporator coil box to see if water is standing in the pan. I told them I didnt think the evaporator was releasing enough water out of the discharge tube. Im not happy with the service call. Kendall came out personally and reassured me the evaporator coils were clean and functioning fine and resolved all of my concerns.

They are always wonderful! They installed seven new units and after they turned them on, there were a few that had minor thermostat be wiring issues, they came out and got them fixed up! Everything is going great. Personally, I will use no one, but Comfort Pros for home and business.

Kim contacted me within a few hours of submitting an online request on a Sunday! She was able to get me on the schedule for Monday morning. Nathan was the technician assigned and he was great. He was on time and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, he had the part on the truck and was able to get out ac up and going quickly.

Nathan and Chris were out today. They did a fantastic job of checking our our system, including cleaning what needed cleaning and measuring what needed measuring. Eventually we will need an upgrade, but for now that is all we can do in this heat. I completely recommend this company! Kim in the office is the best there is, and Kendal and his crew are as well. The Comfort Pros analyzed the duct work air flow pattern and adjusted the flow to the registers to better accommodate our new HVAC system. They were professional and I really appreciated they cleaned the garage when finished.

I have been using Comfort Pros since 2009 for all of our HVAC issues and installs, for all of our buildings. I called yesterday in the afternoon and they were out at my house within 2 hours. Chris and Martin did an amazing job with our A/C. Company is priced affordably! This company has been to our new house twice now for different issues. The job they did today required them to crawl through 2” of mud and water for 30’. They didnt complain, come up with reasons why they couldn’t do this terrible job- They just went to work and did it. This is a rare thing in this day and age. I love this company, the employees are honest, straight forward and know what they are doing.

Theyre very good at installing A/C Window Units. Very courteous. Id given them five stars if they werent so pricey. $300 standard price is about $150. They did remove the old unit so thats not such a bad price.

Company is always pleasant to work with. Even during hectic summers they find the time to get to us quickly. Another plus is they call/text before they arrive with an apx time.

We purchased a new Trane A/C unit from Comfort Pros in July 22 and recently opted for their annual A/C and heating checkup. They were very timely on the day of service and were there when they said they would be. Nathan was very polite and friendly and worked quickly to check the unit in the attic and outside condensor unit. We were pleased with the initial installation of the unit and with the subsequent check-up and will continue using Comfort Pros for all of our HVAC needs. I couldnt recommend them more for their kindness and great work!

I called Kendall and he came out on a Saturday and looked at my AC. We had to replace everything. Wed been without AC for almost a week with 107 degree temps. He took it upon himself to get everything ordered ASAP and get it installed the very next day. Very positive, polite and awesome company. By far the best hvac company Ive dealt with. When our system was having problems due to its age, we contacted ~8 different companies. These guys were by far the most professional, communicative, and quick. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, and installed a new system at a reasonable price. I promise you will not get a better experience anywhere else.

To say that I am happy with my Confort Pros experience is an extreme understatement. My upstairs system completely failed last September-and I spent 6 months searching for a company I could trust-with my brother guiding me who has been in refrigeration business for 40 years, but unfortunately lives far from me. Comfort Pros provided a very quick estimate-with 4 choices-and then proceeded to go beyond by helping cure a problem with insufficient airflow and restrictions on the supply side that had likely been the cause of much of the problems. Their estimate for top of the line Trane XL equipment was equal to the best previous estimate I had received for the lowest end manufacturers products; so I got an upgraded capacity, improved airflow and grate-mounted filters to cure the restrictions-and top end equipment-all for the same prices others wanted for bargain basement system replacement. The great experience then only got better. Their team showed up 3 days later, 5 guys, and got it all done in 6 hours-that is the attic and outside unit, new concrete pad and gravel very neatly done-and 2 new vents and grates, with a new supply grate, everything done perfectly, high level of workmanship and spotlessly clean-and sent techs back twice to ensure system is perfectly operating. Well DONE! Comfort Pros.

SOME ADDED BELOW....I found Comfort Pros through my plumbers, who are wonderful, so I expected Comfort Pros to be good, but they far exceeded those expectations! They have a maintenance plan that is very affordable, so I know my system is safe and functioning at its best. I also found out I needed work done on one of my HVACs, and they explained everything in detail, including the potential outcomes and risks of each choice. I realized I needed it replaced but those things are not cheap! Comfort Pros has a relationship with a finance company that offered zero percent interest if the loan was paid off within 6 months, which I can do! Yea!!! I am grateful everyday for Comfort Pros!! ADDED: Had a new 3 ton unit installed. It looked (based on my understanding of how the ductwork was set up from the beginning) that the wrong one had been replaced. I was in a little bit of a panic, I can imagine Kim and Kendal might have been too. Turned out, the ductwork had been re-routed some time back (I know when and by whom, GRRR), and the new unit was EXACTLY where it needed to be. Patient and understanding, its all worked out, AND YOU HAVE TO ADMIT NOT EVERYONE WE COME ACROSS ARE SO SUPPORTIVE AS COMFORT PROS HAS BEEN WITH ME TODAY!!! Yea!!

On Sunday night around 8pm my furnace decided it didnt want to ignite. I called the number not expecting anyone to answer, to my surprise my call was answered. A tech was sent to my house in about an hour and he got my heat going again. So we didnt have to freeze during the night. They were very affordable and the tech was super nice and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for getting my heat going and a freezing Texas night.

It was time to replace our HVAC system, both our AC and Furnace. After reaching out to and receiving quotes from 4 different HVAC companies, we decided to go with Kendall and The Comfort Pro’s. Not only did they provide the best price, but also the best value. Included in my new Trane system was adding an additional intake which has paid dividends. The installation was done on the same day and the installers did a great job. What really impressed us is that Kendall recommended that the technician come back the next day and make some adjustments. I am not sure other companies would have done that. This system is much quieter than our previous system and we really like the new HVAC system.

It has been about a year and a half since Kendall and his crew installed our system at our wedding venue. It has worked flawlessly since then. The installation process from beginning to end was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in my many years. They went out of their way and took extra care to make sure that the installation was right and looked the best that it could for exposed ducts in our wedding venue. Contacted The Comfort Pros one morning when I noticed my AC line outside was froze. They were friendly, and got me right on the list for service. By 12:15pm Nathan, and Jose were at the door. Diagnosed the problem within 20min, and had it up and running in 30min. Completely honest about what was wrong, and the price was not bad at all. I recently had The comfort pros change out my heat pump system to a modern 2-stage Trane system. They did an excellent job, very professional. Based on Kendalls recommendation they added another return air vent. It balanced the house air flow, the new system works awesome.

107 degrees . Brian is awesome . No would could come to fix ac .All too busy which I get . But Comfort fit me in . In 3 hours . !!!! Miss Kim that answers phone spot on wonderful . Already told all my friends .

I seem to always need these guys at the most inconvenient time, Friday night, Sunday mornings...you know, not typical work hours. They have never turned me away or not taken care of it as soon as they could. It may have been the next morning but it was taken off my plate in a timely manner and with efficient service. They even face timed one of our tenants to help him through a simple troubleshoot. That’s customer service!!
