Chris came out and quickly resolved my issue. Even better, he took time to explain some options for future work that would help me avoid spending a bunch of money on equipment that would soon be outdated. He was professional, thorough, and very fair on his price. Would recommend.

North Lake Heating and Cooling came in clutch when we needed parts to fix our A/C! Didn’t try to upsell/up-charge (in fact, didn’t charge!) us at all- gave us the small part needed as well as some good advice & pointers. Luckily, we had an easy fix this time but will 100% be calling them for future repairs & highly recommend this honest business!

North Lake Heating & Cooling always saves the day! I LOVE that Amy reaches out to remind me that my seasonal tune up is due, otherwise, I would totally forget. She makes it super quick and easy to get on the schedule. Then regardless of who comes out, they are always friendly and professional. They take care of whatever needs to be done and have helped me stay cool all summer long! Thank you guys for being the best!

Honest, professional & skilled. They were great to work with on my father’s property. Helped him thru the process really breaking it down so it was easy for him to follow along. The crew that did the install were very fast, skilled and respectful. We had a few hang ups along the way, you know how construction goes. They came back and made corrections, zero issues after.

I’m writing this review one year after my service because I now have more water damage because Chris from North Lake AC never fixed the issue and I had to call another company out.The original water damage to my ceiling was not caused by the AC but by a PVC piped kicked in my attic while Chris and another worker were in the attic. Thank goodness we were home and noticed the leak just a couple of hours after they left. When Chris returned he told me that there was no way he or his partner accidentally kicked the pipe. However, they were the only people in the attic just two hours before the ceiling was leaking from the broken pipe. When I asked him if he was going to fix the damaged ceiling he said no, but could give me the name of his neighbor who does Sheetrock work and painting. I was stunned, but still felt he would do the right thing after he went home for the day and thought about it because he is a local businesses and I would think he would want to maintain a good reputation.Apparently hedoesn’t care because I never heard from him again until someone from his office texted me to remind me that our yearly maintenance was due on our AC. I texted back and told them what had happened and that it was still not too late for Chris to do the right thing. Never heard another word.I try to make it a rule to only post good reviews, but after having my AC serviced for the same problem that Chris should have already fixed, I feel I should at least caution others from being scammed the way I was.

Well, well, well, let me tell you a little tail of AC woes and internet whoas at our bustling family-owned feline only Vet practice. Picture this: Im minding my own business, juggling more tasks than a circus clown, when suddenly, I get the dreaded call from my staff. Our beloved AC has decided to take an unscheduled siesta, and to add insult to injury, the internet decides to join the party. Cue the collective groans of every stressed-out Practice Manager in the universe. Now, Im no stranger to the art of pleading on the phone, but let me tell you, convincing HVAC companies that weve got a hospital full of animals sweating like pigs (or purring like cats, take your pick) is a whole new level of persuasive. Its honestly like bathing multiple cats! After what felt like a lifetime of begging, I stumbled upon North Lake Heating and Cooling.Within what felt like the blink of an eye (or a catnap, depending on your feline preferences), these HVAC heroes were at our doorstep, ready to work their magic. Chris Brown, the maestro of all things cool, wasted no time in diagnosing our AC woes with the precision of a brain surgeon and the charm of a smooth-talking cat whisperer. And let me tell you, his professionalism was refreshing. I am sure we all smelled of onions and looked like our Goldfish died. But heres the kicker - despite the looming threat of inventory time (a.k.a. every Practice Managers nightmare), North Lake kept their prices as down-to-earth as possible. No gauging, no price hikes, just good, honest work. Thanks to them, our office remained cooler than a cucumber, our patients received the care they needed and my staff didnt kill each other. Hooray for me not being on the 6 oclock news with a Headline like thisPractice Manager throws entire computer server out window, while screaming I have had it with this thing!Look at me getting off track! Anyways, if you are ever in need of HVAC salvation with a side of dry wit, North Lake Heating and Cooling is the cats pajamas. Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

Our 20 year old ac gave out on us over the weekend. I called Chris after a friend recommended him to me. He came out within an hour ON A SUNDAY. He was straightforward on our options with a repair vs replacement. Although he was unable to perform the install that day, he showed up punctually and did a great and efficient job on our install. Thank you for being responsive! We appreciate you and your team very much!

This guy is insane. Please take the bad reviews seriously and take a look at his BBB reviews and his actual responses to customers whove paid him with their hard earned money!! All I did was CALL and inquire about a repair and his attitude alone made me come here to see if anyone else experienced that type of unprofessionalism. People like this guy will blame that customer instead of just doing better smh

If you want 2 guys to show up, late, who are curt and abrasive, do 30 minutes of work, and charge you $300, these are your guys. They did not give me any information that I did not have to ask for first. They were ready to leave the instant they showed up. Never again! Also, when I posted this elsewhere the owner responded with false information. I see many of the responses he has made to others on here who gave feedback of him being rude. He clearly does not like this feedback.Sometimes, it would be nice if someone could just say I am sorry I came across as rude. It was not my intention. Sometimes it just takes an apology for someone to take down bad reviews. Instead, I get bullied for stating my personal experience.
