Casey at Icool stole my $1800 deposit I gave him to purchase a new AC unit to install in my home well over a month ago. After waiting for weeks w/ a deadline to install, I asked for a refund after he confirmed he never ordered the AC. Now crickets. Will file in small claims court. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable business!
