Ken is dependable, competent and honest. The mini-split heat pump that he installed works great and lowered my electric bill. I am totally satisfied.

They were fast, honest, and transparent about everything. My AC went out and I called 10 different big box repair companies. None would even come out for diagnosis for a week. I called Kens and they were there within the hour and had it repaired just as quick. They answered all my questions and never gave me the run around. I will be a lifelong customer and will recommend them to everyone that asks!

I know it probably sounds like an urban myth but I have experienced it personally, a woman alone (especially a senior) can get taken advantage of when it comes to home and auto repairs. My service calls with Ken have been the exact opposite. He took care of me like I was family. He listened, made sure he understood and then acted expertly, timely, thoroughly, and at great pricing. He was my knight in shining armor and I would not hesitate to call again if need be or to recommend him to anyone. Use this guy!!

Highly recommend! They came out the same day since my pets and I were without a/c, was able to fix the unit, did not get annoyed with all my questions, taught me a few things about my a/c unit and were very knowledgeable, fair, honest and responsive.

Ken was great! He was responsive and able to fit me in even very late in the day. He explained everything he was checking and why. He was able to resolve the issue at very reasonable price and did not try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend Ken and will call him again if I need AC service in the future.

Ken and his crew installed a mini-split air conditioner for me and I am very happy to recommend his company to others. I found his staff to be very responsive to my needs. The work was done in a timely way; my inquiry answered quickly with a follow-up quote; e-mails always answered; and scheduling always announced. The job was done professionally. Workers were neat, communicative, friendly, and courteous. During the process, if we had any concerns, they took care of it immediately.

Ken came over and did a great job fixing my leaking mini split ac unit. He also informed me of the underlying problem and showed me how to deal with it in the future. The pricing was fair and I would definitely work with him again.

I have had Kens out to work on my home system and the complicated systems at my office. They have always got me up and running quickly. They come out 4 times a year for filter changes and summer/winter readiness inspections. They have saved us from expensive repairs through finding issues before they become problems. They always do what is needed without the annoying upselling or firing the parts cannon at a problem. They diagnose better than any HVAC company I have had work on my systems. I would recommend them to my elderly parents without concern they would overcharge or perform substandard work.

Love working with Ken and Jeff, they are a rare find; professional, highly skilled, provide excellent quality work, and above all honest and trustworthy. I use them for my home HVAC system, and also commercially at my work. I without reservation recommend them, you wont be disappointed!

AC went out and they had it fixed within 2 hours of calling. A bit more than what I’m used to paying in TN but so is everything else in TX. Would highly recommend! Ken was very nice and gave me tips so I wouldn’t have to call him for a while, haha.

Ken and Jeff have serviced the HVAC systems at my house and my parents for quite a while now. Recently had them replace the unit at my house that was failing. Extremely high quality work and they are great to work with. It is really nice to have a system that now works like it is supposed to.

Ken and Jeff are a dream team! I was looking to install a mini split in my upstairs loft and they not only came through with that but discovered we needed more air flow for the size unit that was previously and recently installed by another company. There were some complications with the mini split install due to some old sheetrock and a leak on the compressor side, but Ken and Jeff made it right by coming back out and getting it fixed and squared away. Cannot recommend these gents enough!

Ken was the Man! A/C stopped blowing cold air on Labor Day. I called him and he was at my house quickly.....Problem Solved. Any problem that pops up moving forward, he is my guy!

It was the beginning of summer, and our AC compressor decided we were not warm enough.They were onsite within two days, repair later that week. I think we went without AC for 4 nights. Very responsive, wonderful people to work with

I called at 10 am and Ken had our AC motor replaced and working by 2. Highly recommend him.

Scheduled an service call. They never showed up. I called for a week. They Wouldn’t ever return our calls and when they finally picked up they told us they weren’t doing business with us without any explanation. Kinda strange.
