There was a small little problem,but one call and Jay the electrical department manager delivered what was needed. Chase and his crew was very professional. I kept trying to figure out what went wrong when I had my last AC appointment with Weeks I have used them before. I have even referred them to friends. Anyway, the more I look into this, I realize I didnt even get the basic AC service, but I paid for it. Plus, they never sent me an invoice. Man did they ever screw this one up! Im adding a photo of my still dirty compressor. I had them come out a year ago and it went very well. I was very impressed with the honesty and the sincerity of the person they sent me. My appointment yesterday did not go so well. I got a couple of good Ol boys who were not that interested in helping me. I had every intention of moving forward with the plan I had put together with technician who serviced my ac unit last year. About 3k worth of work. I did ask about moving forward with some of the things I needed done and they stated, they couldnt do it today since they dont have the materials with them. Seriously? I also found out their prices have skyrocketed. They have been bombarding my inbox with emails. Those emails have constant coupon offers. They told me my total was $180 for their visit. I then mentioned the $50 coupon. He stated I suppose I could take the coupon. Never mention the coupon until you get the bill. Otherwise, its mark the bill up by the cost of the coupon and then pretend to give you a discount. Many companies pull this crap. I was then quoted $183. I still paid the same amount I was quoted before the coupon. I attempted to discuss it with someone on their end today and it was obvious it was NOT going to help. I hung up. I wont use them again. I let me friends know what happened. Last night my AC was struggling and could not cool below 80 degrees. I went into the attic to take photos of what more was not done as part of their basic service, only to find the attic light still on. Its your job to go in and out of attics everyday, and you still forget to shut off the lights? I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in Weeks. I have decided to dispute the charge. Christ, I dont even have a receipt from them.AS OF 12/4/2024. THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED
Great service.My 15 year old heat pump was becoming expensive to maintain and so when the fan motor went out I decided to buy a new unit.They gave us a great deal. When the new units delivery was delayed they carried out expensive repairs to my old unit, for free, enabling us to keep warm during a some very cold weather.Highly recommended.

Technician Roy Romano was awesome! He was on time, friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable in replacing our thermostat that had failed & in setting up a new one. We were just hours away from the big freeze coming to our area and we were worried we wouldn’t have heat. Roy made sure the new thermostat was functioning properly and showed us its features. The technician was fine; pleasant and explained what he found. At one point he needed to contact his manager to ask a question & said he would call me back. When he called back I missed his call & it was after hours. In trying to call him back, I was transferred 8 times. Each time I was told they were transferring me to Dispatch, but Customer Service was answering because it was after hours. Finally, one woman figured this out. She sent a message to the manager & the technician requesting them to reach out. I still have not heard from the manager.This was a time consuming & frustrating process which has resulted in an unhappy customer.

We have been using their AC services for years. They have also provided electric and plumbing services for us. Our old house is up to code and safe thanks to Weeks. We happen to have our favorite technicians, and they are always thorough and professional. One company does it all. I recommend them.
Weeks AC has worked with for years and we are well pleased with them.Recently. They were doing annual inspection on the unit when they suggested, I allow them to call a man named George to talk with me about upgrading our system. I Wasn’t interested, but I did allow them to bring George in. We talked for about 30 minutes and I realized if I would allow them to replace my entire heating air conditioning system, I would have a new system, with a ten year warranty. I agreed. I was not pressured, but convinced this was in my best interest.
I have used Weeks since I purchased my home Iin 2014 at the recommendation of the previous owner, and have have always had a good experience. Recently, my AC had been working intermittently and at points was completely shutting off, which obviously is not fun in 90+ degree heat. I was able to schedule an appointment for diagnostics and repair within a 24 hour period that worked with my schedule, and the operator I spoke with was very friendly. I received a text and email confirming my appointment shortly after scheduling.I was notified by text when my tech was on the way. My tech Travis arrived early in my appointment window and was professional and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose and remedy the issue (clogged drain pipes), and even provided me with some tips to help prevent the issue from happening again. The cost was significantly lower than I expected and reasonable, and payment was easy.My AC has been running like a champ since then, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Weeks!

The technician that serviced my generator was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. He taught me how to operate the unit and left supplies (engine oil) for emergency situations. I have always been impressed with this company’s service.
Always depends on who you get to come out to give you a quote. That and dont depend on anything you say to the guy that quotes you to get to the installer team. I requested a few items that it was said by the guy who quoted me that the install team can do it. When the install team came by to do the install, they didnt know anything about the items I requested. The install team was nice and courteous. However, when I talked to the office ladies that handle scheduling, they stated the installers would cover my furniture and their walkway to the attic entry. They did cover the walkway but not the brand-new couch we just bought. Also, over the course of the install, the debris was getting all over, but they did sweep it up at the end. However, they didnt bring their own cleaning supplies I had to supply a broom which wasnt a big deal but still, how much is a decent broom and shop vac?? Also, due to them removing the ducting from one vent in a bathroom. It spilled insulation all over the bathroom. They swept the floor but didnt bother to clean up the rest of the insulation the spilled out over the rest of the bathroom. Lastly, prior to the ducts all being replaced we actually had more air flow through the vents despite them being damaged. They didnt balance it well, but it was a long day for them in the attic to which I can understand but its still the principle. Ill have to call them to get them back out here to balance it once more. Overall, the experience wasnt entirely bad. I have noted some complaints but that is for accountability for the company and their training and protocols. The price wasnt bad just for ducting replacements of a bout 9. The price was about $7-8,000. What the install team did the lead Doug was an awesome guy. He found there was something quoted that he suggested I didnt need. I told him why and he suggested a different approach that would still allow for us to run more ducts if needed. He helped me talk through a problem of access to get ducts in another part of the house and we found that a mini-spilt system would be ideal in that part of the house. No one ever talks about the problems with mini-splits and bathrooms due to the size of the head unit. With as much air as a mini-split head unit can push you can just let air flow through into the bathroom and that should be fine, however your miles may vary. Id give weeks a 7/10. I would recommend them, but only if youre financially capable of being approved for financing or can pay cash for roughly 10-20k worth of work. The mini-split system is going to cost about 5k which isnt bad including the install.
We had a very bad sewage line that was backed up. My wife posted online trying to find help, at 7:30 am, and got a ton of recommendations. Weeks was the only one to actually reach out to her. So we went with them. They immediately scheduled the technicians to come out and by 9am they were at my house and got me taken care of. I didnt get the technicians names but they were awesome. That is how you do business

This moring, I contacted Weeks Service Company and requested a technician with an expertise on heating system. They sent Brett over to my residence on the same day. He thoroughly diagnosed my heating system and found the unforeseen issue. Its up and running. Brett was very thorough and has extensive knowledge to troubleshoot the issue. He explained what he did to pinpoint the root cause of not igniting the furnace. I highly recommend Brett if anybody has any issues with HVAC.
Weeks came out Wednesday gave me a quote on a job to have a light pole fixture replaced in my front yard. On Friday morning Ray came out removed the old lamp post and put the new one in. It looks great and he did a great job. Definitely would recommend weeks for your electrical work.

They only care about making you pay, not the customer.I purchased their service contract, and it has been a complete nightmare. I called for a routine check on my AC units, which were only three years old. The AC was working perfectly with no issues. When the technician arrived, he claimed there was a hole and a leak in the unit, even taking pictures and videos. Suddenly, I could hear dripping sounds that weren’t there before he arrived.After heading to his van, he returned with two quotes: one for a $5,000 repair and another for a $10,000 replacement, claiming my unit was outdated. I asked for the pictures and videos he took, but I never received anything from Hunter L. I refused the outrageous prices, and unsurprisingly, the company ghost me and did not return to fix the new drip issue that started after their visit. We were left without AC for about a week.I finally got in touch with the right person to cancel the service contract. They did cancel it but informed me that they would deduct the 10% discount I’d received on previous services, the discount on freon, and a service fee from previous visits, among other charges. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted someone to come out again—I couldn’t help but laugh. No way would I let them near my AC again.I went with another AC company that fixed the issues that Weeks created for $2,500.

I had 3 estimates done with A/C companies in the area. Weeks was the company I chose because of their professionalism. Eddie(technician) reviewed all the units from outside, to the inside closet where the unit was to the attic. He measured and took pictures to explain what he say. He listen to my questions and what I would like to see done. He gave me options from the normal to the high end unit. As well as an option for each 1 to keep unit in the current closet to moving to the attic. He also gave me ways to save. Richard/ Josh were very efficient, professional and always on time. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how long it would take. They said the job would take 3 days they wrapped up in 2 1/2 days. When done the walked me thru the completion as well has showed me pictures. And they cleaned up. You would have never known they had been there. They said it was their job, but they went above. My A/C is working 150% better than it has in years……! My husband and I are very pleased with Weeks. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Weeks.
We had a technician come out and service our unit for their annual inspection/cleaning who was superior in every regard. His name was James Francis. He was so thorough, took the time to explain the extent of our unit that needs minor adjustments that he took care of immediately, and was so friendly to our 5 year old who was just so excited to have someone over to help take care of our home. He was even so patient to allow her to show him her Cinderella book. James was an amazing technician who we sincerely hope will be assigned to our home in the future for more AC needs. Had an issue with an old tankless (Vesta... dont buy one) purchased prior to my introduction to Weeks. I called them to come and take a look. Chase showed and was very professional, as well as being very personable. He and Jared took care of me and got it replaced so we could take showers again. No pressure to replace with a Navian (my 2nd) rather than repair, but I felt it was the correct choice after over a year of dealing with the Vesta lemon. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Weeks on a large purchase/project. They replaced my (2) A/C units last year. The old ones were over 18 YO. That was an equally pleasant experience. Except for what A/Cs are costing these days; but thats not their fault. The glories of homeownership!!

This company’s prices are ridiculous! $900 for a garbage disposal, $495 for a cartridge for bathroom faucet just the cold side, and $295 for a soicket on outside faucet! I am trying to get my money refunded due to a recent move from Weeks service company and they are telling me it’s past the 90 day. Period and I have never been told there was a 90 day period. My service is for the prepaid service for the winter of 2024 I have left the owner a message, in hopes of getting my money refunded. I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau also

Install was 8/21/24, everything was great. Noticed two rooms were significantly warmer. Had a tech come out on 10/01/24, was told more than likely needed new ducts. Current ducts only 7 years old. Today Jordan Carroll came out went above and beyond. Found out a hole was in furnace box causing uneven heating and allowing heat from attic to come. Fixed everything up and was very knowledgeable and explained the process continuously.

I give him 5-stars for his exemplary customer service! He is going to use my case as a learning experience for the front office to learn how to escalate issues like mine to the proper individuals to resolve issues quickly so customers are not left without A/C for weeks on end unnecessarily. The front office still gets a 1-star9/14/24: Going on third week now without A/C waiting on replacement condenser coil (under warranty) to come in so they can fix my unit. The office staff wont even call where they ordered it to get an update on what the cause of delay might be. They just keep telling me its en route. They are fast to sell you a new unit but beware if you need repairs done under warranty

For years I was a huge fan of Weeks, now things seem to be changing. Weeks was always proactive reaching out to schedule service, now it is hard to get service scheduled in a reasonable time. What happened? This is true with regard to my HVAC system and my generator.i have also noticed that the focus of the technicians has shifted from service to upselling. I will continue to monitor the service quality and hopefully it will soon return to its former excellence.

The service crew installed a generator transfer switch with the wrong slide locking plate (3 wks before hurricane Baryl). When the power shut down, we were unable to switch the home supply on after setup because of the improper plate demosions. The service dept. said it would be 2 wks until they could look at it.Install crew also installed a 220v on my porch with the wrong receptacle and told my wife, Oh well its good your husbands handy; he could easily swap that out.Smaller issues indicate the job was rushed and it wasnt easy getting them to come back because scheduled service calls were canceled without notice.$7,000 for the 15K watt Generac setup was acceptable, but I would have paid more to have it done right the 1st time.....especially since the hurricane hit soon after on my wifes birthday. Ill never hear the end of this.Find another instal vender!

Workers treated me professionally and cleaned up very good at the end. Parts installed looks to be of good quality. Communication with company before and after was excellent. Workers let me know each step of the process and had answers to my many 1000 questions during installation.*******Next Visit, Winter Maintenance*******Technician worked diligently to inspect my unit for winter usage. Now a days, it is hard to find people that care about the job they are doing. I feel the money I sent for this inspection was money spent well. I Paid 501.00 for ice maker hook up for a new refrigerator, It took them about 1hour to do the work . Afterwards discovered they did not turn valve on to allow ice maker to work . All in all I felt like I had been taken advantage of for a subpar service .
Week’s performs ongoing maintenance on our A/C and Heating (HVAC) systems. They always give courteous and professional service.Last week my family was due to arrive for a holiday family event. When my air conditioner went out 2 days prior to my family gathering, I was under pressure to get the air conditioning repaired as the temperature inside my home increased to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.Weeks’s sent out a technician who determined that the condenser fan motor was bad. Week’s keeps fan motors in stock so this should have been a relatively easy fix.However due to the age of my unit the fan blades had seized-up, and couldn’t be extricated from the motor shaft.Although the 1/4 horsepower motor was in stock, the fan blades were not. The conscientious technician quickly ordered the parts which arrived the next day.Another technician brought out the parts and quickly changed the condenser fan motor, fan blades and the capacitor without a moment to spare.When my family arrived 3 hours later they were cool and comfortable.Thank you Week’s Service for a job well done.Dinah CarpenterLeague City, TX

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, had to set three appointments to get my filters changed. Two of which I called to confirm and the office had no idea what I was talking about. Even though I was able to provide proof of me setting the appointment. Then to be called the morning of my third appointment to be told they can’t come that day. After three months of trying to stay loyal to a company just to get a simple filter change, I will never use weeks again.

Called them out to check the AC and a leak coming from the ceiling. The tech refused to check the outside unit or the attic because he didn’t bring a ladder. He took one look at the leak, and without even checking to see where it was coming from told me that it was a duct problem. He then quoted me $10k to get it fixed, again without even opening the latch to the attic to look inside. Then I was charged $90 for this “service”. Would not recommend.

David checked both furnaces upstairs and appeared to be very thorough. He replaced the contactor in the main attic furnace because he said it was making noise when turned on and off…due to the coils about to go out. I did have a little trouble understanding all he was saying due to English not being his first language.

The 5 star rating is for my technician Shelby. She did an amazing job and explained in detail what was done to get my generator up and running. She also listened to my concerns about the unit being so close to my house and gave me advice on how to prevent carbon monoxide from entering.However, I was disappointed that Weeks took over a month and cancelled my 3 previous appointments before finally getting someone out to take a look at my dead generator.

Ive been using Weeks for over 15 years in two different homes. Weeks handles all of my AC, plumbing and electrical. Their technicians are highly skilled and the company stands behind the products and labor. There are no high pressure sales, just professional recommendations. Schedulers are friendly and work diligently to get technicians out as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Robert, the technician from Weeks Service, arrived promptly. Very polite and knowledgeable. One of two water heaters had water in the pan. Without a doubt, it was the result of the recent hurricane, but we were unable to precisely identify the source of the water. I will monitor the pan over the next few days and hope that the water does not recur I wish we could positively identify where it came fromWeeks is very thorough with their recommendations and estimates for repairs. In my opinion, they are too thorough. The technician went back to his truck and spent approximately 45 minutes preparing the estimates of replacing the water heater or putting in a tankless system. My house is six years old and I don’t think new water heaters are needed.Nevertheless, I do appreciate the organization. I’m sure I will have a link to the report and pictures and estimates all in one place. That is very convenient.I would recommend Weeks.

Used them several times throughout the years with no problem until recently. 4 weeks ago I made an appointment for an estimate. On the day of the estimate, in the last hour of the time window, they called me to let me know they need to reschedule. Instead of later in the day or the next day, or even a couple days later, the only option was to go back to the beginning of the line to wait another whole 1 month!! We had our annual AC check up with Weeks and as always we were completely satisfied. Stephen did a complete and thorough inspection, he was here over an hour and a half. He was very respectful, polite and informative. We have always used Weeks for our AC in the past and will continue in the future.
The technician went by my moms home for the heater air condition inspection for the year. As on the initial inspection earlier 2024, they had discovered some issues due to the year of the system which is 30 years old approximately. The technician also sent me some pictures that I compared to last years and you can see the changes and where he called me to explain in detail and the severity that the system needs to be replaced. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism and theyll send us a quote for a few different options. He also mentioned that the system may not make it through the summer so this is something that we need to replace soon. I have dealt with weeks air conditioning and heating before and I know my relatives have also used them and are always satisfied so we will most likely use them to replace our system and monitor it thank you Jonathan for your assistance on this urgent matter.

New A/C unit install on 8/1. Repairmen left without telling me there was a part that still needed to be installed. House temperature rose to 85 degrees in our infants nursery. No after hours help. Called another company to come after hours to fix their work. Was told they would reimburse the after hours service call, and also reimburse the warranty cost. After three attempts, gentleman on the phone makes it sounds like hes doing me a favor by reimbursing the service call that they forgot to reimburse. Tried to give them a chance to keep my business. They lost it.
