I am very pleaded with the professional service that I received from Sharpe Service.They cleaned up after they were through with the job and were veryCareful not to make a mess in my house.

Sharpe Services is the best. The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. James kept me informed every step of the process. The company installed a window unit so that I would be comfortable until they replaced my HVAC system the next day. The owner is exceptional. Ms. Painter set me up with a repairman within hours of my request and was able to answer all my questions and concerns expertly.I strongly recommend Sharpe Services for all your needs. I am so impressed that I will be using their maintenance program.

Been using for 21 years. Have done spring and fall AC and furnace checkups. Replaced all 4 AC units and two furnaces plus more. Fair pricing, always responsive for issues. Theyre just the best.

They did a good job in diagnosing the problem with my AC. They also gave me a loaner window unit for free to use until my AC is fixed.

This is a confident group with a lot of HVAC knowledge and expertise, especially for the South Houston area. Lori went above and beyond to help me with my failing HVAC system. She made the effort to understand my current situation and worked with me to make the best decision for my home. She will definitely teach you a lot! Jared and Alex were great to have because they focused on getting the work done right. I look forward to working with them again for upkeep but I hope I dont need to call for any major issues. Even if I had to, I feel much more confident with them handling it.

Had my new united installed years ago. I turned on my heat and did not work. I called at 7 pm, and Lori came to fix whatever than. Embarrassed to say I didnt turn the knobs correctly on the unit, I put it on heat, but it didnt put it on auto. Lori did not charge me a dime. I just will not use any other company. Sharpe is the best!

The service provided by Sharpe has been top notch. We had an upstairs unit go out a couple of weeks ago and they worked diligently with the Warranty company to get us a new unit versus a “patch job”. Last night our downstairs unit quit on us and they were more than willing to provide us with great service while we are still in limbo waiting on the warranty company to even respond! Jared and his team replaced our unit and they have been amazing. Their quality and attention to detail is 5 stars and their respect for homeowners big purchases shows in the way they will not rest until your unit is the most efficient it can be.

Replaced condenser and evaporator coil. Better communications than majority of service companies. Respectful of time and details. Handled details with home warranty company well. Jared ( the lead tech) was knowledgeable, skilled, quick, and very good communicator. I think Sharpe will be my go-to AC company now. Didn’t know of them prior to call out from home warranty company-Do now!Ps, Lori in office cares and it shows!

I’m so happy that my AC got serviced by Sharp. Since I started the warranty claim, Lory was great on following up on appointments and Jarred has done great job saving my old unit. Thank you guys for the great customer service and honesty!

Came out to do a warranty repair and discovered the 30 year old furnace was shot. Jared did a quick fix to get us through a few more days while waiting on the warranty to process the new equipment. Upon receiving the new equipment, Jared got it all installed and ready to go in a quick and professional manner. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and educated us as well. Great service all the way around!

Not welcome in my home again. One of the owners was arrested on felony charges out of League City for assault of the elderly and/or disabled.I have the right company. Jarryd Felix Webb represented himself as an owner of Sharpe Services upon entering our home. Now his picture is on Bustednewspaper Galveston County as well as League City Police Department Facebook with which appears to be multiple violent crimes.People have a right to feel safe when they allow someone in their home and know what type of person they are dealing with.

Excellent company to work with. Jared W was really on point with helping us get air back into our home. He truly is the definition of an employee who goes above and beyond to assure that the customer is satisfied. Never have I ever seen such integrity and enthusiasm towards the care of a customer. Jarred helped us out big time. 5 stars, but if I could 500!

My technician Jared was very professional and helpful. He did a very good job and explained to us what he was doing and why. If I need any work done in the future, please send him out. 5 stars is what he deserves.

LIFE SAVER!!! Without the GREAT service from Sharpe Services we would have experienced a very uncomfortable night and possibly a few uncomfortable night. Our furnace went out just before the big December 2022 freeze here in Texas. Jared from Sharpe Services went above and beyond from the start. He tried just about everything on our 22 year-old furnace before recommending a new unit. I have full confidence that Jared did all he could to save us money. What is really special was that he was able to install the new furnace the next day which was great as the freeze was arriving that evening. Jared was very professional and cordial. We are very happy with the new Ruud furnace. It is much more quiet than our Lennox was. Thanks so much to Sharpe Services. Finally, Pricing was very reasonable.

They were excellent! There were some structural challenges they ran into during the installation and they communicated well the whole time and even brought in extra help on short notice to get it done. They were very careful to protect the working area and make sure everything was done cleanly and in a workman like manner. We had a toddler running around and they were very careful and communicative.

I just want to say, Mike my installer was very nice and a hard worker! Very polite and a gentleman! Jerod was very rude and unprofessional! Thank you finishing my job. Lori worked very hard on this project, very kind. Thanks guys, will be calling you in the future.

I am always so impressed with Jared and Lori. They are always so quick to respond and get things done. Jared works diligently and is always ready to explain things and help us find the most cost efficient solutions. We have called them for all our ac needs and every time they provide the best service!

Worst place ever. My step dad spent $10,000 on new AC install with warranty! Lasted less than 2 years. This company wont honor the warranty, wont come fix it and homeowner insurance wont touch it because they installed it wrong and messed it up. Also having non HVAC licensed staff work on equipment. Leaving disabled elderly people without AC in this horrendous heat. There is a special place in H*** for these people

These guys are amazing and would recommend them to anyone. It is a family owned business and they take great pride in their products and operations. Lori answered my request quick and professionally. Once she arrived exactly on the time she had scheduled quickly found issues and supplied quote for work needed quick and to the point. Next day she came over and knocked it out within 1 hour. Hard to find someone who will not take advantage of you and up sale services not needed. Thanks so much

Jarred and his assistant did an awesome job. They did a days work in just a few hours. They had my a/c up and running in no time. If you want quality and a timely repair give them a call.

Sharpe services came out and looked at my AC. My unit had stopped cooling and was not working they found the problem and took pictures even walked up in the attic and showed me what was going on. I really appreciate there honesty and great work. They were well priced and go above and beyond for there customers and I just want to say thank you.

Where do i start? Lori and Jerryd have done everything they could and more to help me out! First called them as a recommendation just to see what they were about since my ac wasnt working. This call was a out 3pm and Jerryd was out at my house before 6pm that same day! They confirmed my suspensions of needing a lot of work! Evap coil leaking! They were able to get my system working a bandaid on a bullet hole is the only way to describe it to get me through a few days so I wasnt having ro make a decision on which system or or route I would go. Lori sent me multiple quotes with a few options the next day and we discussed them over the phone. After a few days of moderate working ac I went a head and scheduled a full system replacement. The full replacement happened quickly! Unit was installed and they were very open and honest about everything though the process. Not only did they provide excellent service they passed on knowledge about the AC from system over site to very indepth about charging the system and the steps taken there. 10/10 will recommend!

This business deserves a 5 star rating. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and informative explaining everything he was doing. I am very happy with the work. I will be a return customer.Also checked the heating system.

Jarryd and his team went above and beyond installing our new HVAC system. They were on time, moved quickly, very courteous, and thorough. When I had to leave the house early, I was texted pictures of the finished install. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Poor communication, response, and service appears to be recurring with this company. Employees sent to the house were rude and disrespectful. Called home warranty company to request new contractors be sent out.

We met Sharpe Services thru our extended warranty program and have continued to use Sharpe due to great dependable service and reasonable prices. Today Sharpe performed seasonal service and added insulation to the attic. As a realtor, I’m confident to refer Sharpe Services to my clients and you!

Came out the same day and worked late to make sure we were cooling last night. Very professional and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. We were forced to use this company by our Home Warranty co. The initial service was good. They came out on 10/20/2020 and fixed our unit for ~$600. The unit stopped working again. Starting on 11/6/2020 She said that would be out that day. NO SHOW. I texted and they said they would be out the next day. I repeatedly called, FB messaged, and texted for 2 WEEKS. No one would respond. Finally on 11/17/2020, I had my husband call from a different number. They answered immediately. They gave us a 2 pm appt. Did not show until ~6:30 pm. They said their repair was good. Our unit completely stopped working at that point. ON 11/21/2020 I called, texted, sent video and FB messaged over another 7 days. NO RESPONSE! I finally called another reputable company out. They said that the part Sharpe Services replaced was not valued at what they had charged us and that it was not the problem at all. We ended up having to buy an entire new unit. I attempted all modes of communication again. NO RESPONSE until I called them from my landline this am 12/1/2020. They had no explanation for their poor customer service. They did not offer any type of refund. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Sharpe came out to blow out our drain lines and do a maintenance on our units. Jared was quick, thorough and professional and now our a/c is blowing cold again.

I had a warranty company try and jerk me around for a few weeks. They were able to get me in and replace my A/C.They dealt with the warranty company and got me the best deal they could.

We had a power surge and they came out to check and make sure everything was ok. They were on time and very professional. We will definitely be using them again.
