We recently moved into a new home, we were not happy with the company that was providing warranty work for the units we have. Astro Heating And Air Conditioning was more than accommodating by sending over one of there technicians to come and do a whole house evaluation. Within an hour, Steve had discovered numerous fault points that required immediate attention. He was thorough, kind, prompt and treated the inspection like it was on his own home.

Had a wonderful experience working with these guys! The initial consultation was extremely professional and transparent regarding all costs and expectations. John was very straight-forward and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure at all to choose Astro over other bids I had solicited. The actual installation was a breeze. I barely even knew that the team was in my house. They were punctual, respectful and clean. Highly recommend these guys!!

This is not an actual company with a store at this location. They contract out all of their work to individual HVAC techs. They try to sell you on a annual service contract but its a scam. Dont waste your money with this place. I had the premium annual contract and my AC broke on 8/26. I immediately requested service through their app. The have yet to contact me or get anyone to my house and it is now 8/31.

I felt great having these guys air duct cleaning in my house. They showed up on time and worked quickly but did a thorough job. James handled a lot of questions from me with patience. He provided me with a lot of information about how my heating system. Excellent services!

Astro Heating And Air Conditioning did an excellent job in the maintenance and explaining the various options. I signed up for the annual maintenance and am thinking about the scrubber but cannot afford it at this time. I would like for Astro Heating And Air Conditioning to do the summer maintenance visit if possible.

Bob and his colleague did a brilliant job with the installation of AC unit. They recommended product that met my needs. They were very neat, clean and tidy. They were so friendly and took some time to explain how to use and how maintain the unit.

James called as he was on his way and arrived on time.He was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.He did an excellent job repairing my unit and cleaned up after himself.I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.

If you want to get things done right, you have to call the expert. No half-way/half-measure solutions that might or might not work, professional excellence coupled with years of experience and great work ethic. So do the right thing if you have AC/heating issues and call Martin. You will not regret it!

Called to have airconditioning serviced, told that someone would be out in 3-4 hours. got called back 2 hours later and told they wouldnt be coming out, at all. No offer to reschedule, no reasons given, no future availability...just they wouldnt be coming out. Easy way to lose business

I noticed a problem with my furnace and upon keen look I discovered a leakage from the exhaust vent and immediately I called Astro Heating And Air Conditioning and they sent out Martin who came to take a look and gave me an instant quote and went ahead to fix it. Quick work completely resolved the problem, and the technician even advised me on items to watch for the future. Id definitely recommend them!
