I’ve been using A-Team’s AC for 15 years or more for 2 homes-Galveston & Houston, and just can’t say enough good things about them. The owners, Jesse and Jennifer, really know how to run an efficient , timely and honest business! They have done installs on both of our homes over the years as well as seasonal checkups and necessary “my system’s down” maintenance. They’re there for you when you need them-fair prices, timely, certified experience.It’s hard work and needs to be done WHEN NEEDED. Can’t say enough good things!!

I highly recommend using A Team A/C. They’re not only great at what they do. But more importantly they’re honest. I’ve used them on multiple occasions, multiple properties. Jesse saved me more than $10,000. By having my back on a warranty issue, and I know for a fact they could have made more money by just replacing the old equipment. They are good people and do good for their clients. Jesse fought with the big company for days for me and that ment the world to me other than just finical reasons it showed me what kinda people they are. That’s the only kind of people I want to do business with and have inside my home and business. Any chance I get I refer A Teams A/C. They always do what’s right!

Jesse and his team are awesome! An hour after the call when my downstairs heater went out on the coldest day of the year his team member arrived and had me up and running. This is the place to do business for your HVAC needs in Galveston County!

Tech came out to trouble shoot outside condenser cycling, I was not there but my daughter was. He told her the entire unit needed changed! My daughter called me at work and I spoke with the tech and he said the unit needed replaced. I informed him the unit was still under the 10yr warranty (8 months left) and his whole attitude changed. He later came back and said the evaporator core had a leak and under warranty it would be $2800 to change out. I called 2 more American Standard A/C companies out and neither could find a leak. One company quoted me $1500 dollar under warranty replacement if it did need replace. I can not stand a company that will try and take advantage of individuals!

The A-Team crew are of the up most professional. The Team did a complete change out of my American Standard air-conditioner unit in less than half a work day in the middle of August, I was really impressed. The owner of the company and his crew are of the up most integrity taking care of my property.The secretary for A-Team responds very quickly by text or phone call and has your questions answered very professionally.All My family and some friends use A-team due to their quick response and professional service. Very professional, efficient service! I contacted them because we were having issues with our secondary drain line. They came out within 24 hours and took care of it! The technician was polite and respectful. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He showed me the area that was causing the issue and even gave me some tips for proper maintenance! Response time was excellent! A technician arrived within 30 minutes of my service call. Received excellent customer service from the field technician and office staff. The repair fees were reasonable. I have used them in the past and plan to continue using them in the future.

Very knowledgeable technician. My thermostat was reading too high and not reading actual temperature. He detected the problem which was two fold. Thermostat is on an outside wall that was absorbing heat and the wiring coming through the wall had a large hole putting heat on the sensor. He filled the hole with caulk and moved the thermostat. Thermostat is working much better. Excellent work. I would definitely use A-1 Team again,

A-Teams did a couple of service calls for me over the last few months. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team. They always provide amazing service at a very affordable cost. The time finally came where I needed to replace the whole system, the team came in and had the job done in about 5 hours. A-Teams has my business for life and I will continue to trust them for all of my Heating and Cooling needs.

I highly recommend A-Team for any heating cooking repairs. They’ve serviced my home twice and provide exceptional customer service, they are timely and efficient, both times (once a leaky drain pipe and the other after Hurricane Beryl) they’ve take the time to explain the issue and what it will take to fix the problem. Received a couple quotes fromVarious hvac companies to replace compressor for outside unit.Spoke with the owner and he was way under the lowest quote I received and I didn’t even mention the other quotes.Had my compressor replaced in about 4 hours , 10/10.

This is the fourth time I have used A-Team, and every time the technicians have been knowledgeable and courteous. They installed my AC and preforme the annual checkouts. This time we had no hot water. Called them 1st thing in the morning and we had hot water by 7:00 and it was affordable.Im a customer for life

Service was excellent, showed up on time. Quickly found the problem and fixed it. Also checked my system, explained a lot to me about system that I didn’t know and also gave me recommendations on what’s best for me and my family. All around great service, 10/10 would highly recommend.

The ATeam is responsive and dependable. In this case, Rick diagnosed my AC problem, had all the parts with him and got us back up and running in a short time. This is about the 4th time ATeam has come through for us. Good work!

Jesse has come out to my house twice after hours and on short notice. Has resolved or figured out the problem and ordered or picked up parts the next day. Its great to say I have an AC guy I can trust and recommend to friends and family. You cant go wrong with A-Teams A/C.

I recently moved to Galveston and A-Team was recommended to me by our realtor. I contacted them initially for full inspection and then had them do recommended repairs/replacement. I also had to have them out a second time for a major repair for a different issue. Jesse is great and Rick has been wonderful to work with. They are thorough, professional and do high quality work. Definitely recommend!

A-Team replaced my old unit with a new one. This included the inside and outside unit, duct work, electric, and plumbing. They were professional and answered all my concerns. My power bill during this hot summer was half of most people I know out here. Cant recommend them enough!

My A/C unit went out and Jesse came by the next morning to give me a quote. That same day I got another quote to be sure of what my cost should be. Jesses quote by far beat the other one. Jesse was there the next afternoon replacing my complete A/C system. He was prompt, very considerate and respectful, professional, great attitude, cleaned up and hauled off old unit and trash, friendly plus completed the job that same day! Ive contacted him with questions and he was prompt to help me. Ive also referred a few friends to ATeams for service and they were very pleased. I was referred to Jesse with A-Team’s AC by a friend, and I have both of them to thank! Jesse and his team are professional, very prompt and their service is exceptional. I could not have been more satisfied - Highly recommended!

I dont usually find myself wanting to write a review before the jobs even done, but I found myself contemplating this multiple times during the install of my new A\C system. Simply put, they went above and beyond on everything they did. I had a very old system in my house that not only needed all new units and ductwork, but it needed to be redesigned for maximum efficiency, and they achieved just that. They even redid the woodwork that holds the furnace and evap coil because the old wood was done for. When they realized I didnt have a vent or ductwork going to my main bathroom, out of the goodness of their hearts they had extra ductwork and put A\C in my bathroom (this was not on the estimate.) What more can you ask for?? Well, let me tell you... Completely out of anyones control, our pump fails in the evening time around 7pm. I give him a call, and hes back at my house within 30 Minutes. He learns the pump is defected, and runs to Home Depot to get a new one and install it. everything is working perfect now and the house has finally cooled. Im glad I waited to write this review so that I could show just how far this company is willing to go to satisfy its customers, and do a good job. definitely recommend.
