Ive bought from Baker before in Texas City off 146, they were super helpful and had great prices and sell to homeowners; however, I mistakenly thought this would be common across the company. This League City location informed me that I needed to be a licensed HVAC professional to buy condenser capacitors that are sold on amazon to anyone. The plus is that they directed me to another appliance supply shop that did sell to me. Not a great experience.

Terrible company. Old and new management are horrible. This location literally forces it’s employees to do its law care.Horrible customer service. Very terrible location.

Absolutely terrible service showed up 30 mins before closing. Old dude at the counter couldnt find my info in the system. Was very rude and didnt seem to want to help. Seemed like he was more concerned about leaving than helping me. Had to call my typical baker to send him my info. Will never come to this baker again

Most companies in the area refuse to use this location because of the dim-witted rude old man who works there. The location is always poorly stocked and quite frankly its just not worth having to listen to that old man bumped his gums ignorantly about what he doesnt know in the industry
