Landon really knows his stuff when it comes to HVAC systems and I trust his expertise completely. The person who handles the phone calls and manages the service schedule is equally impressive. However, I wasnt too pleased with the performance of my premium heat pump, as it seemed to have a few issues. Despite this, Landon and his team were always there to help, quickly addressing any malfunctions. Although the warranty could have been more accommodating and the cost of labor and refrigerant can add up, the team went above and beyond to resolve any problems, often covering the cost of the refrigerant when my unit had multiple issues. I would suggest considering the reliability of the products you use in the future, to ensure smooth and efficient HVAC services.

I experienced a sensor issue with my HVAC system that caused the heat to stop working. However, Service Pros Heating & AC Laredo was the only company that managed to send someone on the same day. Their technician, Jamie, was fantastic! He managed to get my HVAC system back up and running temporarily until a replacement part could be ordered. Swift and proficient, i managed to schedule an appointment on the same day with service pros heating & ac laredo! my hvac system was malfunctioning during a chilly season in laredo. ross, the technician, got it up and running smoothly, and also gave me some fundamental knowledge on what i can do to maintain its performance. he also suggested routine maintenance schedules. overall, it was an outstanding experience.

Annual HVAC work scheduled under paid upkeep plan. A few anomalies discovered and were corrected at no charge. Adrian (Service Technician) was responsive, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. Service and immediate issues resolved on the spot - apart from one problem that will get resolved (under warranty) once parts are available.

Russell did a terrifc project diagnosing the issue and installing a new water heater for us. Michael joined him and they both got it up and running for us. They were professional and engaging. We were happy with their work.

It didnt take him long to figure out the problem with my central air. He got it up and running within 25 minutes. I would endorse him for any HVAC needs and repairs

A/C burned out on our hottest day of the year so far. Within 2.5 hours of my call for service, Theodore was at my building to evaluate. I am up and running same day even with major parts needing to be replaced. Theodore was thorough, patiently answered all my questions and explained to me.

Had them come out to check my A/C since I just bought the home in January. Didnt want a breakdown in July. Tech was professional and courteous. He also knew what he was doing, and didnt try to upset me anything I didnt need. Recommend!

Horrible customer service! Answering service transferred me several times to different companies claiming they were sister companies. When I called back to let them know I was not familiar with these “sister companies” the lady hung up on me. Thinking the phone got disconnected, I called back just to have it say phone number no longer in service. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend at all!
