Great experience with Osmos Springs! Giovanni is what swayed our decision to choose this company for our AC services. He was very professional, understanding, and informative. Giovanni made sure to go out of his way to accommodate us by meeting us at work and getting the process done as quickly as possible. I was surprised at the turnaround time from technician coming in to give an estimate (no cost) to installation. I had my new AC unit outdoor and indoor completed in less than 24 hours! Not to mention the technicians Hugo and Abraham really answered our questions and even provided a contact for us if we had any issues. We had a great experience!
