Beware with this place. They will try to charge you after they charged the company that covered the repairs because of warranty. They did a really poor job “repairing and remounting” my kitchen air vent. It fell off and a year later they want to charge me a ridiculous amount because the labor wasn’t covered. That was never disclosed to me. If they would’ve told me they would be trying to charge me $90 for “travel” and another 400 for labor I would’ve said no. Very shady business.

Got the techs on time to my place to diagnose an LG Fridge showing error code. They told me that a part needed to get changed, fine. I got that info by googling the error code before. So they charged me $135 for a very incomplete diagnosis. I look up the part on the internet and found it for $90. These guys send me an estimate of $765 which includes $180 for that same part and another $80 for shipping. Ok...so I test the parts they told me on the fridge with a multimeter and everything turns out fine. I test the voltage on the control board and it turns out I got a bad control board (I found out how to do it online). Apparently, the techs did not go through all the steps of the diagnosis and simply googled the error code. Thankfully I did not call them back for the service. I would have been a very costly mistake!
