I’m in my second year of using Express Air Cooling and Heating. I get my AC checked every April or May before the South Texas heat hits Laredo just as a precaution; it’s better to be proactive than reactive when there’s an issue with the system. They always explain everything they did on every visit.I even signed up on their 2 times a year service check-up plan where they come out before the summer months and then before winter (I know our 1 month of winter here in Laredo). I also no longer have to order filters as they have those as well. Highly recommended!!!!

Workers arrived right on time and were abke to explain what actions they took to remedy the issue. Afterwards they cleaned up completely and charged what was originally quoted and nothing extra. AC running excellent now.

It’s hard when an AC stops working on a hot day and a weekend. I called Sunday morning and they came to check on unit. Unfortunately the part is not something they have in stock and has to be ordered but the technician did what he could. I appreciated that they came to check it out.

I was called within an hour to set appointment and technician out to my address within 2 hours. I was truly impressed to their prompt response in the middle of a heatwave.

A/C went down late Friday. Called Express Air and had someone here same day.. Tech shows up and wasted no time in diagnosing the system. We opted for a new system which had to be ordered on Monday and arrived Thursday. OverallGREAT JOB!!!

We had a lot of bad experiences in Laredo with sub-par HVAC repair. I finally looked up a licensed repair professional on the state website, and found Express Air. We have a number of units in our house, of varying ages, and anytime we have any issues they are very responsive, and reasonably priced. Best of all, they actually know what they are doing.

My AC had stopped working and i called at 9 pm. They arrived within an hour. Helped me find the problem. Loved the service.
