I recently had the pleasure of calling on Cano Energy Solutions LLC for a repair on our A/C unit and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. The team was not only responsive and friendly, but also transparent about the process and pricing. They offered the most competitive rates, which was a huge relief. We had been told we needed to replace our whole unit upstairs. Two other big named companies gave us no options besides replacing it and each one quoted $13 -15k each!The technician, Hugo, arrived on time, was extremely professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He first asked what year the units were installed and then he did the research and found out that it was still under manufacture warranty! (The other 2 places told us the parts were not under warranty.) The coil had a leak and we only needed a new coil, not a complete new system! Hugo returned the next day to make the repairs! The repair was completed efficiently, professional and within 24 hours of the initial inspection.I highly recommend Cano Energy Solutions for anyone in need of A/C services. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks to Hugo and the Cano team, the comfort of our home has been restored without breaking the bank!
