Great experience with Green Air! Our A/C was not working correctly after Beryl and was over 30 years old so we decided to replace the outside unit. We got quotes from multiple companies but Green Air’s quote was the most reasonable. Michael was able to replace the unit in a few hours and within a couple days of accepting the quote. Where to start…oh I know. Mike at Green Air and Heating was the ONLY PERSON out of five I called while in a panic, who actually answered the phone. Our air conditioner died in mid August and my young twin daughters and wife were struggling in the 110F heat index weather. Not only did he squeeze me in and came by immediately to see what the issue I was having. Mike also answered all my questions, listened to my concerns all the while providing me with clear options of what he professionally suggested. In the end I went with a complete replacement AC/Heater and Outside compressor unit. Mike ordered it right away and he along with other professionals flawlessly install it.I know everyone has options, and as an elected official here in Brazoria County there are some solid people in this line of work. With all that said in my many years of doing everything I can to keep any business I need local, I am beyond pleased Mike answered he call when others didn’t! I couldnt recommend Green Air more! Our AC went out and we called around multiple places in town. Green Air responded quickly and offered us the fairest quote. It was late Wednesday afternoon when the roofing company called informing us theyd punctured the air conditioning line. The roofing company called Mike with Green Air which was prompt to show up to make the repair. Unfortunately once the repair was made the air compressor would not hold a charge. The compressor was now bad. Considering the age of our AC condenser unit and cost of a 5-ton compressor we opted for a new condenser unit. Mike was able to order a unit for delivery the following morning. Things are never as simple as we hope but Mike and crew worked hard to get the job done. I can not THANK Mike enough!! As promised the new unit was installed and cooling the house out before bedtime. I certainly appreciate all the effort that Mike and team did to get us comfortable in these 100 plus degree temperatures. Called Mike at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon after my AC unit continued to trip my breaker, was at the house within 15-20 minutes. Diagnosed the issued, unfortunately the condenser unit was not salvageable. Mike had a new unit ordered and ready to install Monday afternoon, even following a heavy rainstorm and not ideal install conditions, Mike promised to get the install done and he delivered. Fantastic Service. After Beryl our unit broke down I called Green Air. Michael Caldwell. Though he was swamped with so many calls, he came to the rescue. I was so impressed w his professional attitude and honesty that I had to hire him. This was my best decision. He addressed every issue w our AC problem. He and team mainly MATT, had to replace all of our system at a great price. Our 76 yr. Old house presented huge challenges but they soldiered right through everything setback including rain coming from the top. Wow these guys are brazen at troubleshooting. Tough cookies. Called Mike on a Tuesday evening when my ac decided it was going to leak water through the ceiling. Mike was quick to answer the call and show up, upon his arrival we assessed the situation and he gave me 2 options. One of them being a simple fixed that could potentially lead to more problems down the road or replacing everything and upgrading it to a 5 ton unit. We decided the best option was to upgrade to a 5 ton unit which my house required and not the 3 ton unit it had, Mike quickly ordered everything the next morning and had it delivered to my house Friday at noon. Him and his guys showed up Saturday morning and installed my new unit. Couldnt be more please with the work these guys done and the professionalism they showed, definitely will be my go to for any future ac problems. Man I can’t be more grateful! Michale came out at 9pm to see about getting me squared away after Davis AC came out charged me 100$ and instead of fixing the capacitor tried to charge me $11,000 for a new unit. Michale came out had the new capacitor in less than 30 minutes. Very honest and stand up guy! Will be using him in the future and will recommend to everyone.

Its very rare these days to get GOOD customer service especially when it comes to AC and on a national holiday (Fathers Day). Not only did mike answer the phone, he said he could be out in an hour!!! Before I called Mike I was informed by our normal AC service that they are booked for call outs today and might fit me in the next day, but definitely the day after... NO THANKS! I have been using Mike for roughly a year. I had a very old unit that was starting to break down and have issues (which he repaired flawlessly). I made the decision to do a complete upgrade with a new A/C, furnace, and duct work. Mike and his guys did an amazing job. They got it done in a day but it was a long day for them. Mike was there if I had any questions and had no problems explaining the work being done and why. If I could give Green Air 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

We had our aging AC go out in the middle of the July heat in 2023. We called all the local companies and they were booked solid, but when we called Michael, he came over that same morning and when it was clear that it could not be repaired, he was able to install a new system for us that same week at a very reasonable price.Later on towards wintertime, we contracted him again to redo our ductwork, as the original was not conducive to adequate heating in the cold. He again was available and well priced.Whenever we have called with any adjustments needed for the new system, he has always made sure to get with us at his earliest availability, and usually the very same day.Michael obviously takes great pride in his work, cares intensely about customer satisfaction, and will do what it takes to make your system work properly. This morning my son informed me that the upstairs A/C unit was not working. Green Air Heating & Conditioning Service was called out to check our outside unit over a weekend. The company made time in-between to major installs to come out and check our unit which was making noise. The owner found some loose screws and tightened them up. The noise stopped and the unit was running smoothly. Instead of trying to sell us a new unit or costly repairs, the owner gave us his honest opinion on what was going on with our unit. Definitely a great service and honest business. Don’t pass up calling this company out for all AC and heating issue!

I live in Clear Lake by NASA and this guy drove all the way from Lake Jackson, an hour away to change my A/C capacitor. It was the owner!! Once he arrived, it was done in 10 minutes. My old HVAC unit was nearly 30 years old and it was giving me issues. I knew it was time to put in a new one. With projects as large and expensive as these, I am very selective with who I call and ultimately choose. I do ALOT of research first. After getting a few quotes and talking with a few different companies I ultimately chose to go with Green. I consider myself to be a pretty good judge of character. Honestly and integrity will get my business every time. Mike was straightforward with me from the start and gave me a couple of different options to go with. During the install, parts of my old unit that weren’t being replaced were found to no longer be up to code. Mike pointed these things out and then fixed/replaced them at no additional charge to me. I’ve texted him a couple of times since and he is quick to respond. If you want an honest company who you can depend on in the future then I highly recommend Green Heating & Conditioning Services!

My AC was not cooling and I called Mike because we’ve used him several times and he’s always came right out when I called and has always been truthful with me anyway when he came out after he charged my AC my fan wasn’t working and I called him he came right back over at 6:30 and stayed here till he found the problem and didn’t charge me a after hour charge and installed a new thermostat and didn’t charge me for that either. He really takes his business very serious and cares about his customers.

It was very cold this morning and I was desperate to find somebody who could come out right away. I called Green Air and he said he could come right away. He went into the attic and apparently the fuse was blown in the board and fixed it right then in there. The heater started working right away! I was very pleased with his services he was quick, friendly and straight to the point. His prices were also affordable and I won’t hesitate to call him back if I encounter any problems in the future !

Call Mike to get your air conditioning needs. He came out diagnosed my problem, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg like most contractors out here do. I highly recommend! Always listen to Mikes advice! UPDATE: When Mike first came out he told me my condensor unit was going bad, and will need to replaced soon. Im hard headed when it come to electrical knowledge, and had him change both capacitors. When we turned the unit back on, it ran cold, so I patted myself on the back. It wasnt long after Mike left, that my ac went to blowing warm air. So I thought to myself, well Ill shut off the condensor and restart it again. Once again my hard head got in the way. The unit turned on, ran 30 seconds and then went down again. I self diagnosed the problem that the soilinoid burned up. So I called Mike to bring me another to install. Well low and behold, I was wrong, again. Not only did I burn up the soilinoid, but I burned up the whole condensor unit. I should have listened to Mike when he first came out, about my condensor going out. I thought I could band aid the situation, I was wrong lol. I could tell Mike felt my misery, and was very compassionate. Long story short, he will be putting in a new complete system soon. I dont know if he quoted me out of compassion, or if he always has the best prices, but you wont find anyone better around town. Thanks Mike for all your advice and compassion, and professionalism.

I was pleased to find a company that was not only easy to get in touch with but available same day! They came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, fixed what they could and what part they didn’t have on hand, they quickly got it and replaced it in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend this business to anyone looking for professional, swift repairs and even for seasonal maintenance. Easy to work with, knowledgeable and did a great job getting my furnace back up and running. Great experience with this company. I recommend them to anyone that needs a/c work in the area. The technician was friendly, helpful, and punctual. I really appreciated him being here exactly when he said he would be. He knows his stuff and charges an honest and fair price for parts and labor. Our ac went out at the end of the day. I went to Google to search for ac repair places. I called a place and they couldnt come out til the next afternoon. At this point our house temp was at 83 degrees at just 5pm and with 3 kids and pets there was no way we could wait til the next afternoon. So I tried Google again and found Green Air, so I gave them a call. He answered and said he would come right over and he did. He quickly found the problem and our ac was back up working!
