I recently asked Burris Mechanical Group to assess a heat/AC unit that I plan to have them replace. Since the space is being remodeled, I needed expert advice on the best placement for the unit and attic access. They were fantastic—offering great advice, arriving on time, and maintaining excellent communication throughout. My AC went out on Friday night. In a pinch, I had another well known AC company come out and “fix” the system. I was told nothing would work and that I would need a completely new system. Update: I needed a transformer? for the UV light in the system. Daniel came to install it. When he was finished, he looked the whole system over and noticed one of my intake registers was coming loose from the wall. He asked if I would like him to secure it, and of course I said yes. Above and beyond for excellent service!———My AC bit the dust on Monday. I got a pricey quote from one AC/Repair company on Tuesday. Got Burris estimate on Wednesday, and it included all the same things, and even a level up package, but for thousands less. Everything was easy. I have zero complaints. Go with Burris.

After the purchase of a home that was 22 years old, Burris Mechanical came in with the best bid on a two unit set of systems. The installation was neat and clean, and they inspected and corrected attached systems as well for no additional cost to make sure the new units operated properly and efficiently. Edited Review:First, let me say, I have a very old heating system. The tech that came out had to “get on the phone” to get help figuring out how to fix the issue I was having. He replaced the wires to the thermostat and charged me $259. I asked him if I needed a new thermostat also (again, very old system) and he said no, the one I had still worked. Well, because the temperatures were so warm Thursday, my heat didn’t need to kick on all day. But come Friday morning, the same issue occurred. My brother went and bought a new thermostat and replaced it Saturday and now my heat is working fine.I understand that I’m sure my system is older than what he was used to working on, but I kinda feel screwed that he didn’t fix the problem completely when I point blank asked him about a new thermostat. I would have gladly paid the company to replace it, but had to do it ourselves.2/11/21 Kyle came out today because the issue wasn’t fixed. He located the real issue and changed to part. I greatly appreciate the owner of the company making sure that our heat was fixed before the really cold weather comes in. Just knowing that he cares enough to take care of my issue himself says a lot about the company. Thanks Kyle! I will definitely be recommending Burris to anyone that needs your help.

Called Burris after getting my air conditioners serviced by another provider. The other provider told me 2 of 3 units needed to be replaced. Decided on Burris because the original company did not carry the manufacture of the one good remaining air conditioner. Kyle checked all three and got them working the same day. Did not recommend any needed replacement and told me the units did have freon when the other told me they were empty. If your looking for an honest company more interested in returning customers call Burris. First time I’ve done a review. I called a company out, he looked at it for 10 minutes and said, You need a new unit. I had to get a second opinion so I randomly called Burris. They came out the next morning. He had our heater working in under an hour. $79.00. I just had them back out because our Master Bedroom/Bath was a little chilly. They messed with the dampers for about 2 hours and we have better flow. Again only $79.00! Just thought I would pass this along.
