What a fantastic experience with Texas Elite. Our ancient HVAC has needed multiple repairs every year for a while now. Ozzie and his wife were so friendly and informative in helping and quoting on a whole new system. They were near the most affordable price but what sold me on them was Ozzie. Hes so down to Earth and takes the time to answer every single question. I never once got the impression he was taking me for a ride or trying to squeeze me. His crew was fantastic and they had the old system removed and new system installed in less than a day. All of their work looks fantastic and professional. Have no fear giving them a call.
Ozzie came out the same day to diagnose a problem with our heater when the temperatures dipped below freezing. He was able to make a temporary fix until he could secure a replacement part and had us warming up a couple hours after my call. This is a family owned business. Texas Elite A/C and Heating staff are Awesome!! When we call them Ozzie comes out the same day. Even if it is late in the evening. In the past we had called other A/C companies and it would take them days to get us scheduled even if it is an emergency. But I called Ozzie and has always come out the same day. Our A/C went out and needed to be replaced. Ozzie made our worst day easy to deal with. He went out of his way to loan us window units so we could sleep and be comfortable until he could get our A/C replaced. His wife is also Awesome in getting us the quotes we needed. They both worked late in the evening (like 11pm) to make sure they ordered what we needed and what we wanted. His staff is also Awesome and they are all professional and friendly. I have had two really positive experiences working with Elite Air Conditioning. One last year in June, when they came to my rescue after-hours, and then another great experience recently. On both occasions, they were super responsive and quick to help. They also are transparent and honest about things - in helping me again this year, Ozzie talked me through the different options, prices, and timeline, without pressuring me. Last year we had to have a part replaced inside, and this year we had to have a valve replaced on the unit and both times Ozzie was quick to come out and quick to fix it. Ozzie serviced it about a year ago giving us one more year of cool air conditioning. He told us then it was slightly undersized for our square footage. His prices are fair. I first called them in a panic on a hot hot Saturday afternoon in 2020 when my older AC unit quit working. Ozzie, the owner, responded within the hour and had my unit running again in no time. First off, Darren is an incredible tech. Super friendly and answered all the questions I had. Impeccable on the instalation end.The reason I didnt go 5 stars, is the front office. Terrible communication. I called 3 days in a row and never could get ahold of someone. I left several messages, and not one call back.I was told I was scheduled for a Tuesday, so I stayed home from work that day. I called the when they opened, because I was never given a time. They then tell me, my appointment isnt until Friday. When I told them Im losing money being home, due to their poor communication, all they told me they would bring it up with their staff.

We just bought a house and needed to replace the HVAC system that was in there since it was not working as well as it should. I called Ozzie Sunday and he came out that same day and replaced the thermostat and gave us a quote for a new HVAC system. To our surprise, he was able to come out the very next day for the install. Ozzie was a God send. Have had issues with my A/C leaking for years and have had several repair people out. All of them failed to permanently address the issue and every year as summer approached we would have a anxiety if the A/C would make it through the heat. I contacted Texas Elite AC at 10:00pm through their website for a repair job (capacitor went out) expecting to hear from them in the morning. I was contacted within 10 minutes and Ozzie, the owner, was at my house by 10:30 and gone by 11:15. All of that at a very reasonable price. As I held a flashlight for him, Ozzie even took the time to teach me about my system and informed me what he was doing as he was doing it. July 2022 - The purchase and installation of the new HVAC system was flawless from start to finish. The company has great communication and quickly scheduled an appointment for estimate. Within a few hours, I had already received a quote with 3 options (good, better, & best) and had scheduled the installation for 2 or 3 days later, even during a major heatwave. They even installed a window unit for my cat to keep cool during the installation as I trusted them so much from all of the great reviews on Nextdoor and Yelp that I took the pups and left while the installation was being completed. The new unit is cooling wonderfully and is super quiet. Texas Elite AC is the only company I will use in the future. Highly recommend.Aug. 2024 - Moved to a different house with an existing HVAC system and Texas Elite AC once again provided stellar service. They came out the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the fixed the problem. I should have called them sooner though thought the warm humid conditions in the house were just due to the incredible summer heat. Ozzie came out to repair our AC which was blowing warm air late on a Friday night in August. Did a thorough system check of the outside AC unit diagnosed the problem installed the new part got it going blowing cool air. Gave me some great preventative maintenance tips also that he offers Preventative Maintenance agreements that I will be looking into. Ozzie looks to be honest and professional in his work. Ozzie was incredible! Our AC united went out in the dead heat of summer. I was so worried we would have to replace the whole unit. Ozzie came over within 24 hours of me calling him and was very honest with us about what was wrong. He told us that a part of beginning to fail. We could stretch it out and make it work another few months or we could be proactive and replace it that day. Because Ozzie was informative and honest, we replaced that day. A 90°+ house is not something you want to return home to after work. After the dude from the first company could not diagnose the issue (he apparently wasn’t knowledgeable on my style of HVAC communication system, and didn’t care to take time to diagnose), my property management company called Texas Elite. Ozzie arrived right on time, even though he squeezed me in his already busy schedule last minute. He was persistent to diagnose the issue that the dude from the other company was not capable of addressing, and even went ahead and took the time to clean my outside unit.In short, Ozzie did a killer job, and would definitely recommend Texas Elite!

The fan stopped on my outdoor AC unit. Ozzie responded quickly and completed the fix while explaining everything to me. He replaced the connector that the fire ants had shorted out and completed an annual check up - coils cleaned, Freon checked, line flushed, spray to keep ants away from electrical. Great service!

Its hard to find a great company that truly cares about their customers nowadays like the way that Texas elite does. He was extremely nice and treated us like family. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other companies and his tips on how to maintain your units is helpful. Ozzie shows pride in what he does and really cares about satisfying his customers. I wish them the best with their business and hope they grow as number 1. We woke up to a warm house on a Sunday morning. We’re new(er) to Texas and didn’t know who to call. We were referred to Texas Elite Air through our neighbors, and contacted them immediately. Texas Elite Air did an excellent job installing our new AC unit. Ozzie and associates worked really hard because our main unit was in the attic and it was very hot that week. Ozzie is very pleasant to work with and works hard to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

100% would reccomend! My AC stopped and house got very hot very quick just as we were trying to go to bed. At 10pm on a Monday I started a search for local AC companies and saw Texas Elite listed as 24hrs. On the website I filled out the form with my info and got a call within about 10min! Ozzie was over within a very short time and quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor and had my AC running again quickly. He was knowledgeable and provided education. His prices were extremely fair. I’m disabled and have breathing problems I called and Ozzie was there and I needed a new coil he put feron in AC to keep me cool till he ordered and went to Austin.He replaced it on a Sunday the same week I called it took him 2 hours he was in and out and cleaned up.They are my angel🙏

I had been in need or replacing my a/c condenser and coil for the last two years. I posted on Nextdoor asking for recommendations and Corina (Texas Elite) reached out. I called Ozzie (Texas Elite) on 4-8 and he came by to confirm my suspicions. He was in between appointments and was unable to give me a quote but when his supplier opened on 4-9 he was able to get a firm quote and confirmed all of the parts were in stock.By that night (about 2230hrs) my a/c was installed and running. I knew that it was getting late, but Ozzie never complained and was nothing but the consummate professional. He left my house probably cleaner than when he had shown up.Texas Elite Air Conditioning and Heating is a small, family run busines that will give you excellent service for what I believe is a fantastic price. Ozzie even suggested calling around to see if I could get a better price, which I declined. They dont have the bells and whistles that some of the big companies have, but they have the knowledge and ability to do a first rate job while still connection on a personal level. When ozzie left, he was more of a friend than a hired contractor and it doesnt get any better than that.
I would recommend to all who read this do not hesitate to call this is by far the best AC service I have ever received. Literal lifesavers at this company. When we had a run of 100°+ weather my AC of course decided to go out. I tried calling Goettl (the company that installed my AC) and they had me on a 3-day wait list I tried to explain to them I have a 3-year-old and a 9-month-old but they didnt want to help. I called Texas Elite Air Conditioning and explained my situation by that same afternoon Ozzie came out and had my AC fixed within an hour. I was amazed by the service, response and also bill I received. I did call around to a couple of places to try to get a quote for them to come out and it seemed like everybody was up charging me because they knew everybody was having problems with their ACs.But not Texas Elite Air Conditioning. Their prices were even more competitive than the big name brand companies. There will not be another company I call from now on. This is going to be my go-to when it comes to my AC.
I cant say enough about Texas Elite air conditioning!! This is the third time I have utilized their services and will not be the last.We are in the process of selling our home and noticed the house was not cooling below 77. Called Ozzie and he initially came out on Sunday to assist since we were in the middle of open house and needed a repair sooner than laterHe quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary solution until we could get the part ordered and installed.Part came in with in a day and instal happened the next morning, with AC blowing and cooling to temp all before noon.I had to replace my coil due to it leaking and freezing up and Ozzie kept me posted throughout the entire repair by sending updates and pics along the way.I will continue to use them in the future and will continue to recommend to anyone needing AC repair

Ozzie saved us during SNOVID. Our furnace went out and we were without heat for more than 48 hrs with outdoor temps in the 10s and 20s. We spent hours calling companies to find someone to help. We called Texas Elite and Ozzie drove to our house within an hour of contacting him. He came during the blizzard phase of the snow storm, and drove in some pretty intense road conditions to come save us. Our furnace repair was not a simple one, and I am not sure that anyone else would have been able to get our furnace up and running. Ozzie didnt quit and had our furnace working within a couple of hours. He was very honest, and hard working and we will be using him for all of our future needs. We cant say enough about how great Texas Elite is.

I wish I could leave 10 stars. Our AC went out this evening and they were quick to respond to emails. My baby has had a fever all day and with our AC not working, I was stressing. Ozzys is the best. We called of course after hours because like most emergencies they happen after 5PM. Ozzys told us he would be at our within 2 hours and he was. We have 4 small children so having air conditioning in this heat is a must. He had the air working in less then an hour! I reached out to Ozzie after my unit froze. He said he could fit me in the next day, which I really appreciated since it was in the 90s. He came and found out my blower was no good. I had been having issues with ac for a couple of months. The previous person didnt realize that the blower was going out. Ozzie found it and came back later that day to install it. Then diagnosed my thermostat wasnt working anymore, he came back the next day and installed the new thermostat. I really appreciate the knowledge and efficiency. So I am a bit of a DIY guy, but I cannot warranty my own work...lol. Ozzie spoke to me over the phone and encouraged me to save money by doing it myself, but he also provides security with a warranty. Ozzie was absolutely wonderful! I put in a request at midnight to have someone call me back to set up an appointment and he called the first thing that same morning! Very prompt and he came by right away to check my HVAC. He did absolutely everything he could, he ran tons of tests to diagnose the problem, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was there for hours making sure to rule out every little thing. Extremely thorough which I really appreciated. The compressor on the outside HVAC had gone out because of the winter storm knocking out the power repeatedly and his price was over $2k lower than a quote I had gotten from another business. And Ozzie even cleaned our vents and complete cleaning on our inside HVAC system to make that one look new, too. He was super fast in getting it replaced. I appreciate his professionalism. Texas Elite did a great job at my home. I hired them to do an inspection of my heater/AC units. The owner, Ozzie, was on-time, professional, and explained everything he did. I was impressed by the man. At the end of the day, he took the time to do some additional work I needed done on thermostats. I highly recommend and will use them again.
Texas Elite replaced the 25-year old unit in my 100-year old Kyle home. I was nervous just because its an expensive project overall, but Ozzie put my mind at ease at every step. There were so many little things that they did not have to do, like installing a Nest thermostat and giving me some extra time with the bid to take care of my own health issues. There was a problem during the install where the unit would not really fit in the upright position in the attic the way the last unit had been installed. Ozzie could have just crammed it up there and not said anything, and I probably would not have known until maybe down the road, if ever. I just would not have had great air flow. But he told me the issue and how he was going to fix it by installing the unit on its side. This meant he would have to come back the next night with different materials. He installed a window unit in my bedroom that kept it perfectly cool until the new unit was installed the next day. Kudos to Ozzie for doing the right thing. You really dont see that much anymore. Ive finally found an a/c company I can actually trust!

Woke up to find the ac was not cooling. The last thing anybody wants with this Texas heat and the the middle of the week. Got on google to find Ozzie was 24hr. Went ahead to work and call him around 9 am. I asked to see if he would be able to come out later in the evening as I was working that day. He offered to stop around 11 am since he had an opening. When he arrived ,it didn’t take him long to diagnose the problem and went ahead and fix it. Was great that he was able to fix the problem while I was at work. He even went ahead and sent me a video of the parts that had to be replaced. Fast service and reliable.

My AC system went out around 9 pm. With this Texas heat I knew I needed to have it looked at right away. I called Texas Elite and they responded back right away. They were able to have the owner come over that night and he was able to repair my system in less than 45 minutes. Ozzie met all of my expectations and demands: we communicated by phone while he was in the house, he and his teammate wore protective equipment, they followed my instructions to the letter, and they left nothing behind.

Great people, great work, amazing work ethic and honesty, and overall great experience!!!Our AC went out on Friday evening. I called Texas Elite first thing Saturday morning. They were at my house by 9:00 a.m. They quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a grounded out compressor. They were very honest about repair options and pricing. We decided to replace the entire outdoor unit. They had previously scheduled appointments that day so they left to take care of those and pick up the new unit for our house. They said our new AC would be installed and running that day, and they came through on that promise! They returned at about 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday and installed the new unit. They finished around 8:00 p.m. and were on their way to do another job. Their work ethic, honesty, and quality were very impressive! I wouldnt call anyone else and Ill recommend them everytime! Thank you guys for hooking us up and making our home comfortable again so quickly!
After spending almost 1k at another ac company, I called Ozzie. He came highly recommended, and fixed my ac with only a service fee. I highly recommend him myself! He does his best to fix the issue without charging an arm and a leg.

Saw his Texas Elite company truck at the neighbors and, knowing I needed to have my A/C checked soon, I followed my gut and gave him a call.While I didnt expect it, he came over immediately after finishing up across the street, blew out my drain lines and replaced clogged piping. On the 4th of July about 10:30 pm our AC quit blowing cold air. I did a google search for repair companies in the area and it returned several companies with one of them being Texas Elite Air Conditioning and Heating. It listed their hours as being 24/7 but I figured there was no way on that night at that time. There was a button to request a quote so I clicked it and entered our information hoping they would see it the next morning. Within minutes of me clicking Send at 10:49 pm I got a Google message from Ozzie saying he was on a call and estimated it would be a couple of hours before he could get to us. At 12:55 am he was at our house and within 30 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and had our system blowing cold air. 12:55 in the morning! Simply incredible! I cant say enough good things about the service he provided. We were able to get a good nights sleep with a repaired AC cooling the house. Thank you very much.

The owner himself responded to my call and assured safe practices to serve (high risk factors of those living in the home). So grateful for Ozzie! I woke up at 1am to a broken AC blowing but not cooling and a stuffy, hot house. I found his info on our neighborhood Facebook page via neighbors who highly recommended him. With two kids under 5 asleep and my husband headed home from a long day at work, I was so happy to see he was open at that hour and we didn’t have to have a miserable night of sleep.Within about 40 minutes of sending a message to his business page and talking to his wife, he was at my house and had my AC blowing cold air again! He was able to diagnose and repair it from outside within an hour from my first contact. His repair price seemed very fair especially given that he was here at 2am.We will be calling him for any future AC repairs!
The maintenance visit could not have been better. The home is new to me and Ozzie explained everything he did during the servicing of the HVAC system. I called and within an hour the owner (Ozzie) was at my door 10 feet back and wearing a mask. He took great care for our safety and to also make sure to show us preventative care to save us future service calls. The work was complete, laughs were had, we both learned some new things about thermostats, and he was on his way like a cowboy into the sunset!
My outdoor A/C unit gave out and I was without A/C for 2 days. I bought and had a new outdoor A/C unit installed. After the 1st day, the system started glitching. By the second day, in refused to stay on and the tech who installed it was wanting to walk me through a bypass procedure until he could come in the next day because he didn’t want to make late afternoon/early evening visit to fix it because he was “busy”. My wife’s co-worker recently had work done by Ozzie and was really impressed. I was not going to go another night without A/C, so I called him and he showed up right away. Immediately after introductions, I surmised that he was kind, courteous, well prepared and knowledged. He thoroughly troubleshot the entire system from the outside unit, to the thermostat panel to the air handler and discovered the new outdoor unit was erroneously wired. He got the system up and running that night. My wife, daughter, 2 puppies and myself were very grateful. The 5-star reviews he has received are well earned as well as the one I am giving him. It’s great to have people like him who pride themselves in their work and doing the job right.

My A/C stopped working overnight, and it was a warm night. I called Ozzie the next morning and he was at my house by 1:30 in the afternoon and had my outside unit replaced and running by 9:30 that night.I couldn’t ask for better or friendlier service. I truly appreciate the folks @ Texas Elite A/C.

Called Ozzy (the owner) at around 9pm and was at my house within 45 minutes to service my busted AC. Ran a quick diagnosis and figured out the condenser went bad, it was 5 years old and the original part. He fixed the unit and was done within an hour and did preventative maintenance within that time as well. I would definitely recommend using his services again. Fairly priced too!

Man these guys saved me. It was 100+ outside. It was Sunday. I was at home with my two young kiddos. And my AC went out. I searched Nextdoor reviews and these guys only had good ones. I called and left a message and they called back within the hour. Said they were at church but they would be here asap. A couples hours later they showed up, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in less than an hour. Even showed me what caused the issue, fixed it, and then showed me how to fix it myself so wouldn’t have to pay to get it done again in the future. 100%. Call this number

This has got to be one of the most honest a/c repair guys i have ever used. I had him come in and repair another companies work that kept giving us the run around on work that we had paid them to do.. The system that was installed had several leaks on it that Ozzy was able to pin point and show us. Our system has ran flawlessly of the past 2 years even with this Texas heat with temperatures well over 100 degrees... I would highly recommend Vasques Comfort Air Heating & Air to anyone needing a repair or a complete new system.

I’m going to be honest. Ozzy was the first guy that I went to. I didn’t do research and I’m so glad I didn’t shop around. He did literally everything in his power to lower the price and even taught me a lot about the hvac so I “didn’t need him anymore.” I’ve had him by at least 4 times now and every time I like him more and more. Our 15 year old condenser recently went out leaving us with indoor temperatures of up to 90°. With our little one being homeschooled, we knew it wasnt something that could wait but worried about the expense that would likely ensue. I looked high and low for a reputable company, and even phoned a few prior to contacting Texas Elite. Ozzie was the ONLY one willing to come out the day of and was so thorough during his assessment of our unit. He took the time to explain everything every step of the way. He tried replacing the capacitor and capacitor starter, looked for signs of shorts and electrical issues, doing the absolute most to try and rule out the need to replace the more expensive parts. In total he was there for roughly 3 hours between 9pm-midnight. When he concluded it was in fact the compressor, I had no question in my mind that he did everything he could to revive the ol lady, but alas it was her time. After all his efforts, he only charged us the diagnostic fee. He then replaced the condenser within 3 hours or less just 2 days later at our request (though he was willing and offered to come the very next day.) His pricing was more reasonable then any others wed come across by margins. He is not only a hard worker, but is kind, relatable, HONEST and compassionate stating he enjoyed his line of work because he simply enjoys helping people. He even warrants his work in addition to the manufacturer warranty for a year! I will call Texas Elite for all of our future HVAC needs and I highly recommend you do the same.

Life saver! I First had Strand come out to check my outside unit, they quoted me 10K to fix everything. They also said I need to replace everything. Ozzie at Texas Elite Air came out to do a second pass for me and fixed it on the spot without replacing anything. My family can safely return to an Air cooled house. He’s a must to call!
