4p on a hot August Friday came home and no AC. Called Cool Cat and by 505p we were paying the technician Joshua for getting our AC fixed. He was done by 5p. Within 1hour he came to my home and got my cool air going. Im happy as all get out. 5 stars

These guys are incredible. 2 years ago they replaced my system in the middle of summer. Everybody was quoting me weeks out. After contacting Cool Cat they were there the next day with a new system. Fast forward to 2 years...our A/C was not cooling. Temperature rising in the house and I cant figure it out. Called these guys and was told we can be there in the morning. Ten minutes called me back and said we can be there in a few minutes and told me to hot outside to wait until the morning. They inspected my system and with 30 minutes cold air was flowing! They even performed the service as at no charge for a courtesy of purchasing the system from them.BEST A/C TEAM ANYWHERE!!! You dont get that kind of personalized service anymore. Do yourself a favor and call these guys.

Absolutely terrible service from this company and specially the repair person Anthony. Charged us an exorbitant $800 for a completely botched repair job that didnt even fix the issue. To add insult to injury, when we tried to claim the warranty just two months later, he flat out denied it and was incredibly rude and unprofessional about it. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. He clearly has no idea of what he is doing and doesnt care about customer satisfaction at all.

Jay with Cool Cat just replaced our 27 year old HVAC system. Not only was he super professional, he worked within my budget for what we needed. We had a very small issue and he was back as soon as I called and went over and above to make it right! Highly recommend this business and Jay and his team.

Our AC system stopped blowing cold. I got the number for Cool Cat AC & Heating from neighbor. Jay responded very quickly and was able to squeeze me in to his schedule. When they arrived with in a couple of minutes they found the problem and repaired it. Great workmanship and customer service.

I called at 8:50pm for condenser outside not turning on after trying to troubleshoot myself by changing filters and blowing out the line for any blockage and then cleaning the coils outside we still weren’t getting cool air and we smelled a burning smell so it was time for the experts, they were here at 8am on SUNDAY and experts is definitely what I would call the cool cat team!!Thank you so much for everything!!

Jay and his crew were AMAZING! I called him and explained what the other company had told me about my AC. He came out promptly the next day and checked everything out. He explained the problem, told me he could get the part today and how much it would cost. He left to do some other jobs BUT came back the same day and completed the job! The other company kept stalling me and procrastinating. I appreciate Jay’s professionalism, empathy, efficiency and urgency he and his crew took to take care of me. My AC was about 10 years old. I started noticing a lot of water and ice on my air filter. I removed all the covers to the unit and noticed a lot of rust and a ton of ice on the evaporator coils.. I contacted several vendors and Cool Cat responded right away. (They are open until 9pm which is super helpful).Jay came out the next day and took a look at my AC unit. He found the Freon was leaking due to the rust. He quoted me for just coils and an entirely new inside unit. It made more sense to just replace the unit. (Yes, I did a lot research before hand on the subject). I asked him about replacing the outside/entire system as well and he gave me his honest opinion and told me no. He said it still looked good and I didnt need to waste my money on it right now.They told me they would be out in two days to do the work. He called me at 8am on the day of the repair and was promptly onsite. He did all the work, was clean and very thorough. He ended up replacing the entire inside unit for only $500 more than what replacing just the coils would have cost and gave me a 10 year warranty on all parts and labor. He even stayed and helped me get the new unit registered and warranty setup online.I highly recommend Cool Cat. Very fair price, great service, punctual and quality work.

This past April we bought an old farm house in Driftwood and are starting the process of updating it. My wife and I initially wanted a few Split systems mounted in the house. Jay made house call out himself and talked about my options with us settling on a no frills central unit based on the smaller size of the house and what our realistic cooling needs would be. I was surprised by his honesty on advising what we would probably need even at a cheaper cost. We financed the unit at 0% on Thursday and the cool cat team was out here that Monday. He went above and beyond to make sure we got a good clean install at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for installs and servicing (no offense but I hope not anytime soon!)

Jay came out within 30 mins on a Sunday evening and he knew the problem right away. He was honest about the cost and how quickly he could get it done. Less than 24 hours later my heater was on and working and the cost wasn’t outrageous at all. I would recommend Cool Cat AC to anyone who needs fast and reliable service. We hired Cool Cat to do a service before selling our home, based on a friend’s recommendation. They fit us in, updated us on their eta, and showed up on time. He provided clear information on how well our hVAC was working and recommended a new filter.Then went above and beyond to fit us into an already full schedule to return to our home and write another report to satisfy a ridiculous inspection report from our buyer. 100° degree weather is terrible timing for the AC to break down. I called and Josh helped me out with a quick capacitor replacement same day! Life saver and Im truly thankful! I will use Cool Cat for all my AC services moving forward. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Called them around 9pm on a Friday and spoke with someone immediately! They had someone come out at 8am the next morning. Super fast response, quick fix- they were here about 15 minutes, and affordable l- I didnt get upsold on something I didnt need.

Jay came out within an hour of calling, friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. Also only charged $65 diagnostic fee opposed to 70-85 at other companies I called. If my AC ever needs maintenance again I will use Cool Cat.

Jay with Cool Cat AC/Heating came out to repair my mini splits on 12/1/20 at that time he detected three different leaks but only had parts for two. He decided to repair the two and refill the system with freon without discussing with me when I was on the property. When he was finished he explained to me that he would need to come back to repair properly once I ordered and received the 3rd valve. He charged me $465.00 and said it would be another $365.00 when he came back. I asked him why he did not discuss with me before he finished the job. He apologized said he thought I wanted to get the system running and promised to come back to check the freon which is still leaking at anytime while I was waiting on the part. The valve took two days to come in. I called him when it did to come back but he said that the job was unprofitable for him to come back and finish the job he started.

The men at Cool Cat AC are great - prompt, knowledgeable, personable and honest - what more could you ask. They changed out my old unit last year and changed out a part that had filled with ants this year. I have been advised as to what to do to keep it in top running condition like turning off the unit when the mowing man comes around and what to do to keep down ants the next time. Very satisfied customer.

Woke up a few weeks back to my A/C not cooling. Called up Cool Cat, and Jay was over to my home in the next couple hours. As soon as he walked up to the unit he knew what was wrong, and even stuck around to answer some questions pertaining to my furnace inside my homes attic. I will definitely call on Cool Cat in the future.

On July 20, 2020 i noticed my a.c.was not blowing any cold air. I immediately called Cool Cat A.C. he responded in 40 minutes kid you not. I had told him over the phone, that i was short of cash until the following day. He said no problem, he found the cause a dirty exterior coil, a simple hose off of the condenser and i was up and running in under an hour, they were definitely life savers. If you want fast quality service, give them a ring. You wont regret it !!

They came out this summer and got my ac up and running right away and today fixed my heater. Both times I needed repairs they camr out same day and and charged a very reasonable few for work done! They are m6 go to for all my ac/heater isssues. I would definitely recommend cool cat ac!

The guy seemed nice enough, I wanted to hire a local company. I scheduled a system maintenance checkup because i wanted to have my system checked because it wasnt cooling properly. I thought my evaporator might be dirty. Hey took the cover off of the inside unit and said it probably had a leak. He also said my fan was dirty. I asked him how much to clean it and the evaporator and he said he wouldnt be able to seal it back up to check it. He asked me what I thought. Um your the guy that should answer that question not me. He didnt do almost anything on his 10 point inspection. He said he could charge the system and see what that does. I let him do that and clean the condenser coil for $190. Probably a total waste of money. Because he never actually checked the system for a leak. I checked the evaporator housing after he left and it was not sealed right and leaking cold air in the closet it was in. I sealed that up. The service call wasnt thorough at all. I still have no idea whats wrong with my system. Will not hire again.

I called for repair and automatically told coil is dirty and wires are incorrectly installed so I need a new system. Felt they would rather sell a new unit than admit he didnt know how to fix the problem. No volt meters or tools to check unit. Annoyed I spent money to be told to spend more.

Jay did a complete A/C and Heating system installation. He finished in one day and also installed a free thermostat. Friendly and great service.
