We have used The AC Guys for years. Noticed a water mark in one of our bedrooms and called them and they came out same day. Prompt, excellent service. Will continue to use time and time again.

I honestly cannot say enough good about the AC Guys - Matt Gilliam (owner) . Not only do they show up when they say, but they do a fantastic job. At least twice, when called on the weekend they showed up within hours for my in-laws . I really appreciate that. Always so kind and helpful. Never over priced, always very reasonable.I joined one of their yearly maintenance programs, and every year, they come and make things better. I will without a doubt have them install new air conditioner when I need it. (Soon)So impressed with their professionalism and fair pricing. They also don’t talked down to you when explaining the problem. This is rare these days . They have integrity and everything always get fixed. If only I could find a car mechanic 1/2 as good as these guys. 😂

Noticed our AC wasn’t working at 4:30am. Indoor temperature was 82 degrees. The company we called first couldn’t get to our call so we called The AC Guys at 10:45am. Kevin was at our house by 2pm, when the house was 86 degrees. Replaced our capacitor and topped it off with freon, all in all about 30 minutes. Very grateful for the fast and competent service!

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air, so I called The AC Guys for help. Within an hour, Chris arrived, quickly found the problem, and fixed it. His expertise and swift service were impressive. I highly recommend The AC Guys for their excellent work and fast response! Thank you, Chris!

The best AC team in town!! You can leave a message, and they’ll text you back to schedule. I’ve called them 3 times and each time they show up same day or early next day (I called after 4pm that time). They are responsive and easy to coordinate with.Their work is top notch. They are experienced and knowledgeable, but they also have a mindset of good value for the customer. I’ve had some tricky issues, and they always left me with a working AC/Heat at a great value. I’ll be calling them the next time I have any issues for sure.

This company helped me in the past with my AC, so I wanted to use them. On January 7, i reached out to ask for help and they responded quickly….THEN I heard nothing from them. I waited a couple days And then tried to reach out again, and they completely ignored me. I have a problem with my heat and thought this was a good, reliable company. It is not! It has now been eight days with no response whatsoever. I would not recommend this company at all

The AC Guys are the absolute best A.C service company in the Kyle area. They are prompt, communicate well, have plenty of parts in the truck and are reasonably priced. Weve used them probably 6 times in 10years and they consistently go above and beyond.Our AC was turning on fine until around 11pm last night. Then we could hear it turning on but no air was coming out. My husband texted the number on Google at 7am and they immediately scheduled us for 11am. At 945am, the tech texted and said he could come early if that worked for us. He was here 5mn later, identified the issue, provided a quote, was in his van aprox 45 seconds and came back in with the part. He had it replaced and the AC back on within 5min!

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I sent a text to the AC Guys at 5:40 am, they responded to my text at 7:30am and they were at my house by 8:30 am. Service was fast, reasonable price and had the AC working within the hour. Definitely recommend their services.

Within a couple hours of my first call they had a tech out, diagnosed the issue with my AC, went and got a part and came back and repaired it while my toddler was napping! They’ve repaired our AC in the past as well in the middle of the night. Great service and really affordable even for emergency calls. Highly recommend.

They fixed my AC when it was over 100 degrees out. I called them that morning and 2 hours later they were out and we were up and running. Price was fair, the technician was helpful and informative. Will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin with The AC Guys. After 2 weeks with no AC, 97 degrees indoor temp, and trying to fix the capacitor and fan motor by myself I finally called in the professionals. Another company was able to come out first and was lazy diagnosisng and was going to charge me $1000s for a condenser switchboard which retailed for $335. I was so unsatisfied that I called the AC guys for a 2nd opinion and I am so glad I did! Kevin was soooooo nice, professional, and really thorough. He was very knowledgeable with my unit, knew all the connections on the broken switchboard, and how the computer system worked. Found the problem immediately and called in to the office to start looking for the part to get it fixed. They found the switchboard at a fraction of the price and gave me a much more reasonable estimate. Kevin came back out 2 days later, and an hour early, and fixed my AC and even cleaned my unit and reset my keypad. I love him and the service I received. So impressed. Call them!

My air conditioning unit went down and the AC Guys came on the same day I requested service. The technician was professional and was able to get my unit working again! I highly recommend them to service my unit now and in the future.

My two systems are old and in need of TLC to postpone having to buy new equipment. Brent with The A/C Guys, has been very understanding and helpful in trying to manage the maintenance. The AC guys installed our new AC system several years ago and came in at a lower price than the others I called. When it stopped working at 10pm on a 100 degree day, not only did they respond to my service request that same night, but had a service tech show up the next afternoon to fix the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when the tech showed up earlier than expected (so nice - it was getting hot) and the repair was much less than expected. 5 stars+

They worked quickly and efficiently to try and get the job done, but also done well. Very professional and responsive via both text and email. Explained the problem, sent me video showing the problem, and gave me an option to repair or replace. Did not try to push any additional (and unnecessary) products or services.

We were hot, now we are cool. Good options, good installation, price exactly what was estimated. System works very well.A few years later, the system had shut off due to the high temps. My efforts to reboot by turning it off at the thermostat was incomplete, should have turned it off at the breaker to allow system to reboot. Technician was there as promised and reset functionality very quickly and now I know to reboot from circuit breaker.Here we are in a multi day freeze getting cool air coming through the vents, called and got a quick service visit that resolved the problem: wiring not performing as it should have been for who knows how long. Technician changed it and now we have heat.

It took extended time for a response. But when technician did arrive he knew exactly what to do with reprogramming Nest thermostat and he even removed the reusable filters in attic so we could wash them. Very polite and helpful. He even talked to RyeLee.

Our retail shop’s AC went out over the 4th of July Holiday and the AC Guys were there and fixed within 4 hours!

They were very quick to schedule an appointment, they showed up on time, and they gave me various options for a repair even though they could have taken advantage and just quoted the more expensive one. My unit was fixed the same day and is working well. Great service!

I called Brett early on a Sunday and told him my AC was not working. 30 minutes later he showed up, took a look at my AC, immediately identified the problem, and replaced my broken capacitor. We then told him that our upstairs rooms dont cool as well as other parts of our house. Brett then discovered our damper was stuck and preventing the cool air to circulate to our upstairs rooms. He quickly remedied the problem and now all the rooms in our house are cooler than EVER! Thanks Brett! You were quick, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I needed a second opinion on some AC issues and I got a solid recommendation from a family member to call The AC Guys, and I am very glad I called them.Michael called ahead and actually arrived a little early, which was great. He was very courteous and extremely patient with all of my questions. He thoroughly explained everything and also took pictures of all of the important parts/issues. He listened to my concerns and helped me come up with a plan.I got nothing but good, honest vibes from Michael and everyone else I spoke with at The AC Guys.Do yourself a favor and call The AC Guys the next time you need a maintenance check or have HVAC issues.

Kevin found a wiring error that had been plaguing my system for 15 years. After repairing my ceiling a few times after pan overflow in the attic, it’s finally SOLVED. At least 5 other technicians have failed to fix it, but he did. Got my new smart thermostat up and running, too.

Great work by Kevin and Chris. They did some work and then followed up for two days to make sure it was fixed. There was still an issue so they came back and found the issue, explained it to me, and fixed it. Couldn’t be happier

The AC GUYS are everything you want in an air conditioning and heating company. We called them out to get a new vent put into a remodel to our home. He has me send pictures so they could arrive with all of the needed equipment. They arrived when they said they would and took only about 30 minutes to complete the job. They were efficient, polite and considerate!!

The AC Guys are unbelievable! AC went out Sunday night and they showed up Monday. Assessed the unit and had to replace it after it died (20 years). Tuesday morning 8am they were on the scene with new unit in hand. They made sure I did not over buy and cheap out. Asked me questions on what I wanted and how long I’d be here. Made sure I got a system that would pay for itself in savings.The new unit is in and I am dumbfounded at how long I waited. Here’s a fun little fact: DO NOT WAIT! You are missing out. At one point the whole team was hear installing my system. It was amazing!What are you waiting for? Call em! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Just got done with their service, was told I’d receive an estimate beforehand, did not just started working and boom I owe close to 600 for just a hose down with my water and freon, now they are non responsive, I don’t recommend them, go else where with someone honest

The A/C Guys had my a/c fixed in under an hour & charged about $350 for the repair. Brett showed me the part they replaced & gave me a detailed list of the charges.The thing is, if he hadnt shown me the actual list of what they were charging, or if hed given me a larger amount due, or said we needed a new system entirely, I would never have known. We figured wed be on the hook for at least $1000 anyway.Not only was their work speedy & reliable, theyre honest about what theyre doing & charge great rates.I cant recommend the A/C Guys enough, & they have me as a customer for life.

My AC was not working when I woke up this morning. It is now 10:30 am and the AC Guys have come and gone. Like always, they deliver prompt and professional service. I am grateful!

After finding out that PEC provides $100.00 bill credits for servicing your air conditioner, I called Brett (The AC Guys). I had been contemplating replacing my 19 year old air conditioner with a model that got me to Net Zero with my solar panels , but after several quotes which topped well over $30,000.00, I put that thought on hold. There was no way a Net Zero system would balance out in cost. So, I decided to call Brett (The AC Guys) out to service my AC instead, and talked to him about his thoughts about a Net Zero system. I would keep this information in the back of my mind for when the time came that I NEEDED to replace my aging air conditioner. Well, I experienced the most pleasant surprise: Brett took the time to understand what I wanted, listened to my concerns, and I even mentioned some of the items on my DREAM/ WISH LIST (media filter and an air scrubber/ purifier). Brett quickly made it clear that I did not need the ridiculously priced systems I had been quoted, gave me options (i.e.: price of a lower end ACs with higher electric costs vs. a higher end ACs with Net Zero billing etc) so I could ultimately decide what I needed, wanted...etc. We were able to get a NET ZERO system for LESS THAN the baseline cheapest price (i.e.- not even close to a NET ZERO) system I was quoted by others. Not only was Brett by far the best price, he never once tried to up sale me in any way, and I got EVERYTHING I wanted (even the media filter and air scrubber). He just wanted me educated and happy knowing I still might not even get a system. I will not be calling any other AC company for my AC needs than The AC Guys in our future. We are so lucky to have him right here in our neighborhood. Thank you Brett

I called Brett due to an intermittent heating problem. He responded quickly. I had done some troubleshooting prior to calling and had narrowed the problem to a couple of possible causes. When Brett arrived, he listened to my assessment and went about to see what evidence there might be to support or refute what I was thinking. In the end, he came to the same conclusion as I and searched deeper to try to eliminate one or more of the options. Of course, since the problem appears to be intermittent, it never showed itself while he was here. I was truly impressed with Bretts level of knowledge and professionalism. I would strongly recommend him and his company. He knows what he talks about.

Not sure what to make of it. Scheduled a ac checkup. Guy came out, did the check and told me we were low on freon. I said ok, well how much to put it in. He told me, I paid it, but then he said, well technically I already charged it cause part of the check is to see if it will take a charge. So.....did he charge me for the refill when it was part of the checkup? Did he really top it off or just put a little to see if it would take a charge? Not sure but went from $90 to $230, for him to say he technically already did it, and then left after payment. Im not saying he didnt do it, but obviously it the charge was part of the check, then why did I have to pay for it? Why would he have filled it if we hadnt discussed anything over the $90 checkup at that point? Just have questions now...

Mon evening 100 degrees the ac goes out at 8pm . I’m thinking Fans, Cold shower, maybe a Hotel Matt shows up and has parts in his van. 35 minutes later i got cold air again. Wow! Thank you AC Guys

My 15 yr. old condenser unit failed during this heat wave and the ac guys responded immediately and had me up and running with a new unit the next day.

Guy came out and they said they fixed the leak. A weak later called them back and they said that they had to put more Freon because the leak was reopened. Would not recommend to anyone.

I wish I could assess the actual service, but on the day of the scheduled appointment they were a NO CALL NO SHOW. I called to leave a message with the response “I’m currently on the phone, I’ll call you back.” Again, NO CALL. It’s days later now and still haven’t heard anything.
