I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Comfort. After they installed my new air handler, they refused to power it on or test it, claiming another company needed to complete additional steps first. When I hired a different company to finish the work, they quickly tested and confirmed the system was functional.I then asked Precision Comfort to come back and test the unit to ensure it was working correctly, but they ignored my request, hung up on me multiple times, and were rude when I asked for assistance.To make matters worse, I had to pay another company to fix massive leaks in the supply plenum and insulate the copper lines, both of which were missed during installation.Overall, I would never recommend Precision Comfort. Their customer service was unprofessional, and the installation was poorly executed.

They called and came quickly.James did everything he said he was going to do. Quick service. It was a breath of fresh air. Pleasant and kind. Will absolutely ask for Precision Comfort from our home warranty to come to our home in the future if ac/heater issues arises again. They got our heater working. They get 5 stars from us!!!!

We have a Carrier Infinity system. Most technicians dont know how to diagnosis our system because its high tech. James the owner came out after we have had several companies that couldnt figure out how to fix our system. Great service and honesty!Highly recommend them.

Great customer service! A team of2 arrived to replace our heater and clean our vents. They were mindful to not knick any walls and a vacuumed and cleaned up areas where minor debris fell.

Very friendly, great customer service. They came out and serviced the home before we closed and forgot to do one part but they came right back out in the rain free of charge.

I highly recommend this company both men were very respectful and friendly. Mr. J Mudd was knowledgeable, confident in his explanation. Although my problem wasn’t happening any more he did a complete check on my air conditioner and the unit outside. It’s possible my unit overheating. But said to call back if need. Then about 20 min later a woman so helpful and so kind reassured me if it happens again just to call. She made me feel that my problem was her concern to solve it. Mrs. Meier

Sunday morning with no a/c. Called around no one had times. Found Precision Comfort. Janes was at my house an hour later. Identified the capacitor as the issue replaced it. He was here maybe 15 minutes, and the house is cooling off.Looking forward to having Precision take over my current maintenance plan. I highly recommend Precision Comfort.

I called yesterday after my unit went out and James came within an hour, assessed the problem, covered all my options. I went with a complete new system r/t the age of my old unit . I was surprised they were able to come the next day. They were prompt they covered the work area replaced everything and had the unit working with in 5 hrs. I was first time for Prcusion and they were super courteous on phone and technicion was really great did perfect job and unit works like a charm. Highly recommended!! I had another company come out troubleshooting for a week kept throwing parts at the unit without any results. These guys came out on a Friday had a quick diagnosis. Came back Saturday and got it going.

I suspected the AC had been neglected for a long time in a house we recently bought. Plus, the heating was not good this past winter. I found Precision Comfort on the internet and requested an appointment on line. My appointment was confirmed right away. Jared and James came out and checked my system. The AC was fine but 2 of the 3 heating coils were inoperable. I asked about getting a UV light and James recommended an air scrubber, which is even better than a plain UV light. They got the air scrubber and heating coils installed right away! Now were looking forward to a cool summer and warm winter with no worries! Thanks, guys!
